My company went with Spartanics as a vendor of a laser cutting machine. We chose them based on their assertions that they could deliver our machine within a certain timeline.
They have our $250k deposit on a nearly $500k piece of equipment. It's difficult to get ahold of anyone over there, despite the large amount of money we've paid. They've missed the communicated timing and have said they will also miss the terms of the PO.
