I bought a single pair of Jasper Conran specs; they arrived on time, they are amazing quality and great value for money. Definitely recommend and will be a repeat customer.

I would have given 5 stars if they could speed up the delivery process as it took weeks.

APPALLING!

Stay clear! Ordered my glasses over 5 weeks ago and they have apparently been in the post for the last 2 weeks! They are asking me to wait another week as Royal Mail is currently taking up to 10 days to deliver. I wonder if it's just their parcels as all my other parcels from other companies normally only take 1-2 days. Think royal mail has actually got something against them!

Phoned them multiple times and the receptionist says I have no one I could transfer the calls to leave your name and number - they NEVER call back. I have asked for a refund and they very conveniently ignore that part of my email. I Whatsapped them 10 days ago - no response.

So basically, they took my money and have not given me the promised goods and are refusing a refund. And I cannot even claim my money back as it was less than £100 on a credit card.

I wish I had gone to Specsavers!

Tried this site, conflicting reports of delivery but was quicker than expected, as for the glasses, frames are pretty good, as for the lenses think I might of put in the wrong digits as there no good can't use them will have to get these checked before I can make an percent assessment.

I was very impressed with the glasses, the cost and the level of communication along the way. The only reason it isn't a 5 Star review was that it took quite a long time for delivery. I would still recommend SpeckyFourEyes highly! Great product and price

Agree with the previous review, must be riding on old reviews as they are soooo slow - 3 weeks and a day turn around, then the lenses where wrong too - joke of an outfit, would never use again or recommend!

Placed my order on 3rd and had an email to say it was posted on 17th. Took 4 days to arrive so under 3 weeks for £24 glasses that would have been 3 times that elsewhere. Yes, there is faster places but at this price I can wait.

Excellent value for money. Lots of comunications with emails at every stage. Order took 4 weeks and when I ranh they said it was in their terms. Terms could be more clear but for the price I was happy to wait.

Prompt delivery service.The glasses suit me, but have a tendency to fall off when I lean forward. I will find a cord to stop this annoying occurrence. Otherwise I am happy with my new pair of glasses.

Maximum delivery time of 20 days has now long passed (25 working days to date). I have just received one of two pairs, but even this has arrived without the glasses cord that I ordered with it. No emails received to explain or apologise for the delay, and nothing in the delivery that I received today to say that this is a "part-order" with the balance to follow. Poor service

Saw a deal for designer specs down to £9.95 from £100. Would not have paid any where near that. Uploaded my prescription from a couple of years ago, took a while to arrive but was updated regularly. The specs are easily the clearest I've had, very pleased

Ordered 2 pairs of Animal glasses as spares for around the house. They are well built and substantial. I thought they might be cheap for the price but they are not. Will look out for other offers as I'd like to get some of the lens coatings next time.

Ordered through MSE code. Very pleased with the glasses once I finally received them. Two pairs of Ted Baker prescription glasses for around £65. The only issue I had was delivery time. Ordered glasses in February and received them in April. I did read that delivery could be up to 30 days from order date.

I used this company because of a good offer code through MSE. The order process was fairly straightforward. The only issue was the delivery time. After 1 month I had to make some calls & send a message or two to get things moving and the final delivery came about 5 or 6 weeks after the order.
However, the glasses are good and the lenses are perfect and I was not in a rush so the final result is a good pair of glasses at a very good price.

Very very slow service, takes a week to let you know they have your order and all in all they come in a month. No excuse in this day and age. They make and post them in their own time. Don't be wastingvyour money on their £9.99 fast post as you ll get them a day earlier than a month. There's nothing to tell you it takes this long as you would assume, like I did that they will get on with it and be a week at most, and even that is long nowadays

Thought i'd give these guys a go as there was an offer through HUKD. Ordered my glasses on Jan 13th and received them on Jan 29th. Came as expected no hassle or trouble whatsoever. If you know your prescription already then its an absolute no brainer. Very happy with my glasses and cannot wait to order another pair (Granted there is an offer going!).
Email communication and updates were effective and helpful throughout.
Hope this has helped someone. Do not hesitate to buy from them.

Could be quicker and has been in the past. I bought knowing it would be 10-30 "working" days to complete the order and it was pretty much the 30 days. I wasn't in a hurry so no problem but if I was in a hurry it wouldnt be funny

Great deal of 2 packs of 5 pouches for £10:99 including postage. Delivery within 3 days, great quality. Both myself and my partner, very pleased with the quality, service and price.

Very, very slow to process the order. 2 weeks before the prescription is even checked. The 3 weeks before it's glazed, 6 WEEKS BEFORE DELIVERY. If you want these before you on holiday, order months ahead. They also lied to me when they were going to dispatch them and so the order arrived after I had left on holiday having been assured they would arrive before.

This was first time I have used SpeckyFourEyes and found them very good and really happy with how easy it was to use online account. Would certainty use again.

Lovely glasses I love the look of them. BUT I am.an idiot and sent a 2 year old prescription for the lenses. Need to send them back for the correct lenses. All my fault not theirs

This is the first time I have bought glasses online and I thought it was an excellent service. Specky four eyes were quick to respond to all my queries and the glasses were great too!

While it took some time from order to delivery I was kept informed at each stage of the process and totally satisfied with the end product.
