My glasses took 15 days from ordering and were then the wrong colour frames which was disappointing. They did respond well and quickly to my email though. I sent them back via Royal Mail ( I was going to go use their free return service but then found the nearest drop off point was a long way from me) and they refunded me the postage very quickly. I finally got the correct glasses exactly a month after ordering but, in fairness, I didn't do the return for about a week as I was isolating. Very good deal, nice frames and I'm happy with the prescription and fit. Would use again. They also emailed to check my pupil distance was correct which I thought was good of them.
APPALLING! Stay clear! Ordered my glasses over 5 weeks ago and they have apparently been in the post for the last 2 weeks! They are asking me to wait another week as Royal Mail is currently taking up to 10 days to deliver. I wonder if it's just their parcels as all my other parcels from other companies normally only take 1-2 days. Think royal mail has actually got something against them! Phoned them multiple times and the receptionist says I have no one I could transfer the calls to leave your name and number - they NEVER call back. I have asked for a refund and they very conveniently ignore that part of my email. I Whatsapped them 10 days ago - no response. So basically, they took my money and have not given me the promised goods and are refusing a refund. And I cannot even claim my money back as it was less than £100 on a credit card. I wish I had gone to Specsavers!
I ordered my glasses 3 weeks ago, but I am still waiting for them. I sent an email to the company to see if there are any updates, but there was no response. I also contacted them through online chat where I left a message, but again, no response.
If I knew I would have to wait so long I would definitely use a different company, but I got fooled by other reviews.
Price is good, but wait is extremely long and communication is zero. I would not recommend them and will not use again.

This company must be trading off an old reputation if my experience is anything to go by. I would never use them again.
I ordered bog-standard sunnies with a not very powerful prescription.
The price, not that great. Over £30.
Speed of delivery - appalling.
Communication - no progress tracking. And when I did ask, I got terse, unhelpful emails fobbing me off with weak promises (and even they did not come to fruition).
When I order glasses online I want value, speed and quality. I don't care how the founder came up with the idea etc etc.
I care about glasses arriving when I need them, looking as good as the pictures, and being the correct prescription. One out of three (prescription) is not great.
More than a month after ordering, they actually arrived.

Just picked up my levis glasses from the post office and I'm really pleased/surprised as it's my first online glasses and I didn't think they would be much good.
Tip for consumers:
They take a few weeks to come.

Delivered on time with no hassle, or hidden extras. Free case, cloth and sweeties were a nice touch and probably make me come back again.
Really bad, still waiting for my glasses after more than a month.
If you are in a hurry do not go with this company.

Scam company don't even try, my order was done 10/3 with no delivery or communication what so ever, chasing 5 times with no answer

Extremely slow service
Ordered 10th December 2019, now 25th January I'm still waiting, a rediculous service. Don't use them
Bought recommended by Martin Lewis site, if you didn't upgrade their offer they couldn't fulfill the offer. Had to cancel NOT RECOMMENDED!

QUICK TO TAKE MONEY EVEN THOUGH THEY KNOW THEY CANNOT DELIVER THE GOODS, LONG TERM FOR MONEY TO RETURN. HAD TO OPEN PAYPAL DISPUTE!!
