I'd give them zero stars on this site if it were possible.
I had ordered on a weekday, waited for my order to process and was told it would take two business days. The wait was no problem but I had emailed them (because they don't answer the phone) and asked them if they couldn't find an exact time when to deliver to just please give me a refund. Instead of receiving something as simple as an answer, I was sent another email with no information on when my order would be delivered and no information on whether I received a refund or not. The third email they responded as if I never asked for a refund and even gave me $10 off my next order. Haven't even gotten my first order, guys. All I needed was straight answers but you won't get any from them. Stick to your local street dealer, they're more reliable. You hold the record for pissing off a customer without them trying your products, thanks.
