I worked as a booster with them since June, they hired me from another platform and seems like their business went down, so they can't even pay to their old boosters like me. Work with someone else, if you've got a stable flow with other big companies - never give a try to speedythiefs

I paid for Necrochasm sherpa with catalyst obtain and they promised me to start in less than 1 hour, but they wasted 14h of my life for nothing, this is nonsense that they can't provide you refund when you asking about it. For sure it takes 6 players and maybe it's not so easy to find a group of boosters, but that's what I'm paying for? Paid for piloted Diablo leveling yesterday, their support promised that they'll be ready to start in 15 minutes, I took a cup of coffee, thought that it's possible to share account during my break, but 8h after still no one assigned. And only later I got what's going on... I'm not sure if they are legit at all, likely you can chargeback

The worst experience that I've ever had. Conversation started from message that they got my order and they even sent me my order ID, but after that for some reason they asked for a proof of purchase. I've been outside with my dog and they trolled me for that, asked for refund

I've bought Destiny 2 Trials of Osiris recently. They promised me that they'll start an order in 10 minutes, but it's 4 days now and what makes it even worse - there is no trials on the next week! I've asked support about solution and compensation because it's Wednesday already, but they said that they've got no boosters for PSN, only for PC. So I've offered them to provide this service sherpa, but they asked me to pay extra, because no one going to play in party with me for the same money. Can you believe in that? I had an extremely disappointing experience with SpeedyBoostSupport. My order ID - #149. When I tried to communicate in French, I was told to speak in English or use Google Translate. They made it clear they didn't want to deal with translating my messages, which is quite unprofessional. After delayed and rude answer from them I requested a refund. Instead of handling it professionally, I was met with sarcasm and insults, being told "Take the baguette under your arm and leave". It became obvious I wouldn't get my money back with this level of rudeness. It seems this company has no interest in anything, but only scam. It's my fault that I haven't checked all these reviews before, I don't know what to do now, I feel blue. PLEASE DON'T MAKE MY MISTAKE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS SERVICE

So, starting out that my wife is pregnant and I won't have the time I used to have, she found out this week, and she is away from work because of nausea and feeling very ill, that's why I won't be able to play with booster for now, asked them to get done my paragon leveling without me, until it stabilizes, I know I bought selfplay, but they promised me to start in 15 minutes and I was ready to play, there is still no update about refund
I reached out multiple times, asking for updates, but they never assigned a booster. Days went by with zero communication or progress. Frustrated I decided to go elsewhere and successfully got the service from another site, which shows it wasn't complicated request or something difficult. When I asked Speedyboost for refund as they hadn't even started the service, they had the audacity to refuse a full refund! Instead, they only offered me 80% back, despite them doing absolutely NOTHING. How is it fair to keep 20% when no service was provided? It's a scam, and I still waiting an answer from them. DON'T USE SPEEDYBOOST, THEY'LL STEAL YOUR MONEY
