I've been waiting since October of 2017 for my Healthy Living magazine. It is now April 2018 and I'm still waiting. They keep saying it's on the way. So is my death. Bunch of low life rip offs.
We had a subscription interruption issue. One two minute call to the SpeedyMags C/S phone and the delivery glitch was solved. WOW! No reason to use any other periodical subscription service.

I got woodworkers journal. It was cheaper here than anywhere else and it came in just 3 weeks which is way faster than they even claimed it would. Very happy.

I have a subscription to Analog that was up for renewal thru them for 63.97 for 2 years. Speedy had the same renewal for 46 and change. Saved over 17 bucks. Thanks!
I ordered a mag on line and about a week later i found i needed to cancel so i called customer service to cancel. Jake (the rep i talked to) took care of it right away but what i was shocked to see was that my refund was back in my account the next day. I have never had a refund of any kind so fast so thank you Jake for the great service I WILL BE BACK

Unstable delivery, had to buy many magazines over the counter, no refund on cancellation. Waited over three months for a refund. Do not expect to get it.
I ordered Outside magazine and it came in just 3 weeks. It said it would take way longer, so I'm pleasantly surprised. As long as it keeps coming, Im a happy camper and will leave this review up.

I've used speedy mags for a few years for a favorite magazine. The price is good, the ordering process simple and spare. The only time I had a problem, they were able to quickly fix it for me.

Allow time for your first order because sometimes you miss the monthly cutoff. Jake at Speedymags was very helpful in explaining that to me.

LYING, & REFUSAL TO CREDIT MY ACCT. - BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING MAGAZINES ONLINE. THEY MISLEAD JUST TO GET YOUR MONEY. I ordered a magazine from this website 9 weeks ago (12/24/09). They said I should receive my magazines in 6-10 weeks. I finally called the magazine company and they said I wouldn't receive the first issue until 3/23/09, which brings it to a full 13 weeks. I tried to cancel the order but they gave me the run around. I'm going to dispute it with my credit card company to see if they can help. THIS IS A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF TIME TO HAVE TO WAIT FOR A MAGAZINE! -- 3 MONTHS -- I'M SO TIRED OF COMPANIES MAKING ALL THE RULES AND TAKING MY MONEY AND IT'S A HASSLE TO GET ANYTHING RESOLVED. MAY AS WELL GO TO THE MALL WHERE YOU CAN STILL RETURN SOMETHING WHEN NECESSARY.

I ordered Speedboat from SpeedyMags in Jan 2017. The recipient never received a magazine by May. I emailed SpeedyMags and asked "where is the mag"? I told them to refund my money if they would not send out a mag in 2 days. I received a response a week later stating they were looking into it. 2 weeks later still no mag and no response. Again, I asked for a refund. Received a reply stating still checking. 3rd time I asked for a refund. 2 weeks later, SpeedyMags claimed Speedboat never processed the order. I asked for a refund 3x and instead of refunding my money after 6 months, SpeedyMags decided to process the order and blame the error on Speedboat. 2 days before my final email from Speedy, I went directly to Speedboat and ordered the mag. SpeedyMags somehow found out and added their subscription to the one I ordered from Speedboat. They refused to refund my money because the order was processed and I would have 2 years of mags. I don't believe that... I am sure my recipient will only receive 1 year mag & by then, SpeedyMags will no doubt skip town. Purchase from here if you want to throw away your money and never receive the magazine.
