Beautiful lamp, good price for xxl size. The bulb that came with it, as well as an extra bulb that was included in a separate box do not work. I happened to have a nightlight bulb so that worked fine in the lamp, so no big deal. The shipping was impressively quick. Overall, I'd say I'm very pleased with my purchase.
They deliberately delay your shipment so you ask for a refund then they keep 25%. Pretty lucrative business they're in. Then they harass you by leaving bad reviews for YOUR business. They will not give me a refund even tho I have never received the sauna. They will not call me back. Check the better business bureau before buying. I wish I would have, hundreds of cases like mine

I ordered a salt cave sauna for my business and I was aware that it was a custom order this has arrived at our new location and we're very happy to have it. The unit arrived fully pallitized and ready to bring inside it was very simple to assemble I did have extra help which I do recommend it uses a standard 20 app outlet and comes with Himalayan salt which helps for breathing take a look please let me know what you think I'm happy to answer any questions from customers like myself who are considering ordering a salt cave sauna.

Don't bother. Unprofessional at best. Guy answers the phone and acts like I am troubling him when I ask about a product they have advertised for sale. No "Spritualquest, can I help you", just some random guy in Los Angeles with zero personality. Too bad they just lost a $1300 sale so no, thank you.

We just opened our salt cave studio and have been pleasantly surprised with the overwhelming response, the community is flocking to us for news and treatments. Lung health is going to be particularly important for a long time. If we can do this properly then these patients will live longer healthier lives. Thanks to Spiritualquest for supplying everything we needed to get initiated all the way through to the day we opened. They even made a custom size wall 6x4 huge for us. The single person sauna has been great for getting a deep sweat in as saunas in california have been closed for almost a year now. It takes about 20 minutes to heat up - i set it at 145 and sit in it for 20-25 minutes and get a great sweat. Worth the price and wait for delivery.
I was one of those that ordered just before the supply chain issues in CA and other import ports of entry. Thank you for providing me udpates with regards to the delays and your move to the savannah area. Once you got there and started receiving shipments I got notified of my sauna being shipped. " it can't be i thought". It was true and my wife and I are happily enjoying it daily. We wish you the best in these time of chaos, keep up the good work and thanks for the extra thoughtful items.
Thank you, Kim, again as we share and update all orders there are supply chain delays, and other countries are quarantined due to covid on and off. In fact, our sauna factory personnel are quarantined now, as we work together in getting saunas out to customers, its the ones like you that we enjoy the most. Please note that for those that read this she ordered in the heart of the pandemic and before our move from Los Angeles to the Savannah GA area. The move alone added 60 days to all shipments however the port of entry here (container shipping port) is working per normal as opposed to LA. Thanks for sharing Kim thank you again.

The product comes with a halo generator which creates the salt mist which is for breathing therapy.
