I recently looked online to try to find a good liquid collagen supplement I can take instead of pills that provides results for skin, nails and hair. I found Spoiled Child and after researching it and reading reviews I decided to order it on a continuing basis to see if it works for me. They say the are sending you a lip balm and a full size product, not a sample. We'll its not product at all. It's a shot glass. When they first started years ago, they used to actually send you a free product to try, not to mention they are still sending the exact same color lip stick as 5 years ago. Try switching it up, your long term customers don't want to get the same thing over and over again! Extremely disappointed i came back because of the promo, that isn't really one at all.

Purchasing experience was easy. I'm excited to try the product and hopefully see results as I've tried so many ohers and spent so much money and time n saw no results and some even damaged my hair even more. My only complaint is the surprise gift I'm getting is a scrunchie :/. I do not have enough hair for it. So it would be useless for me :( thank u anyway

The website has a lot of glitches, I was given an option for a mystery gift if I gave my telephone number and email. I did that, but no mystery gift was given. Then I got an email that i hadn't selected my mystery gift yet. I tight oh good they got it sorted out, I clicked their link to select it and i took me to a page that said, your cart is empty. I responded to the email and was told to call customer service. Sigh.
