It's just that... great prices on most lacrosse equipment, the website is easy to use and the delivery is within 2-3 days (for standard shipping). I'm constantly recommending Sportstop to other lacrosse parents/players.

I ordered lacrosse goggles where only one size is available. This led to the assumption of one size fits all. When it arrived, it was WAY too small, and they were adult goggles too. I do not recommend the product, but the standard shipping was great. It got here in 2 days.

I have ordered Adrenaline socks from Sportstop.com when they are on sale and they are a steal! Check this website often, as my boys "grow like weeds" and are always in need of socks! And they love the Adrenaline 100% cotton socks. Sportstop usually has them to me within 3 days of order. Never hesitate to order from here!

Sportstop delivered what what I ordered in a timely fashion. I had a concern at first with tracking the item. I called service and they tracked the item and told me exactly when it would arrive. Once I received the stick and head, I had a concern with the hole not matching on them both (even though they were from the same manufacturer). I called service and once again they were thorough and reassuring about drilling a new hole not cancelling the warranty. I was told, if for what ever reason it did cancel the warranty, Sportstop would take care of it. Person from service sent me a youtube video on how to drill the hole and my son is super happy with his new stick and head. Yeah, as you can guess, I am new to Lacrosse. Thank you

I had a very bad experience. My order was lost & I had to return since it did not arrive in time. I got NO help from customer service, they tried to justify that the order wasn't late (lie), & then charged me for return. Don't shop here!

This is a good wrist guard but a little hard to fit it up under your existing arm pads. The actual protection is piece is good and works, but the rest of the slide part on would be better with a thinner more breathable material.

Best clearance prices on field hockey sticks. Is a hidden secret as nowhere on home Web site says any field hockey equipment. All about lacrosse. Just strange to me they do not want to promote their field hockey product.

I live in a lax desert but a growing club - I've used them twice. Great experience - but agree that shipping can be slow. Order early and be patient. I did have to make an exchange for size and they were EXCELLENT - and received correct size in 2 days and no additional cost.

We found what we were looking for in-stock - when many online or physical stores didn't have it - at much less than what we were seeing elsewhere. It was easy to order and purchase, and it was delivered in 2 days! I'll use Sportstop again.

Purchased a StringKing LAX shaft and pre strung head. I thought I was getting a ok deal even with the included shipping and handling costs to get the product to Canada. However, SportStop does not disclose that the high shipping cost that they charge does not cover an additional charge that the carrier (FedEx in my case) will charge you after the parcel has been delivered for "administration/processing fee" for it to enter Canada. This cost me an additional $104.78
I tried to reach out to SportStop to discuss…. Zero response.

This company is very very well run and not to mention friendly. I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of equipment from them for the high school team I coach and personal purchases. Their prices are great and they have very fast shipping. They are always the first place I go to when looking for lacrosse equipment.

We had to return the gloves we ordered because they were too small. I had to email a reminder to provide me with an RMA but once I received it it was relatively painless except for having to pay the return shipping so now I paid $8 with nothing to show for it. I guess I can accept that because their prices are better than the big guys but Im just used to the site paying return shipping. All in all it was okay and Ill give them another shot.

Bad customer service, the return policy is to charge a restock fee no matter what even if the item is new and unused. Don't buy something you need to try on or size because you will lose if you have to return it.

Ordered two heads that got here in no time with a free upgrade that came with them strung. While a generous gesture, I am picky about my mesh type and string job so I had to unstring it and give the mesh away to a friend. Nice, but annoying at the same time lol.

I have bought several lacrosse sticks from this site and have yet to be disappointed - great deals on "old" model sticks (last year's model) and FAST shipping. I always recommend my players to check here when looking for new sticks

I appreciated the quick response in this very busy season. I ordered other items on line and was hit by porch pirates with a slow response from the shipper - I did not receive the service from them as I did from Sportstop. You are great!

We should have purchased this net a year ago! We have spent twice the cost of the net on replacing fence boards and lax balls! We strung the net between some trees and existing poles that we have and it is working great. My son now practices his shot at home for hours.

My order involved a third party vendor who would be shipping me my product as it had customization. When I didn't hear from the vendor, I called SportStop to get tracking information. They quickly followed up with the vendor and gave me a timeline for shipping. They again followed up with me the next day to provide the ship tracking information. Customer service at SportStop is always top notch. And their prices are reliably among the lowest available.

Very easy to order and size. My son tried everything on and it fits well. It's nice to buy a starter package and custom fit the order. Reasonably priced and quick delivery. The season starts this Sunday and he's ready to roll!

Was looking online for my son and his new sport he decided to play. His friends parents told us about sport stop. We were happy with the prices. Lacrosse gear can be pricey. The shipping time was fast. Made my sons day when his new equipment came in, and his new stick. He didnt ware no time playing with everything.

My daughter is a lacrosse goalie, although her helmet didn't fit inside the helmet pocket, we were able to still latch it on using the clips on the bag so she doesn't have to carry it. Fits all of her equipment. We also added a clip to one of the stick holes to carry her cleats. Less stink in the bag.
