I ordered lacrosse goalie gear for my son and I received exactly what we asked for. The custom stringing on the goalie head is outstanding right down to the string and lace colors my son requested. Quick turnaround.

I had great service with the company as they had contacted me to make sure that my order was not fraudulent. Once they figured out that it was not my order was completed and sent out in a timely manner!

I placed an order for some parents on my team for few heads and by accident ordered the wrong STX head. I wrote them an email and explained my mistake and before i knew it they switched the heads on my delivery order with no questions asked. Fast and polite customer service. Great site, they helped me pick the right gear, and helped me get the correct sized equipment. The rep told me that the recommended gear wouldnt fit right and recommended other gear and it ended up fitting perfectly.

This bag was different looking than the bag we actually received. If you want to know what the bag ACTUALLY looks like, google the Nike Face off bag. That's what it will look like. It has goofy checkered trim, not the solid color trim shown on the Sportstop webpage. We were disappointed in the difference and I let customer service know in the online chat. They were not sympathetic or helpful. Also the "shoe compartment" is useless, it's SO SMALL. So my son sticks a pinnie or a clean shirt in there for after practice. Overall it's the biggest of the LAX backpacks, and serves its purpose.

I placed a late order for an unstrung Nemisis 2 head for my daughters B day, did not think it would make it time. Sportstops staff not only expedited the shipping, they put a few extra goodies in (stickers, ball, special B-day msg) I will spend all my online LAX dollars with them.
