I ordered Box LAX rib pads for my son. They didn't arrive after two weeks. My son was playing games and getting badly hurt. I emailed customer service (I could not get through on the phone) and explained that we could not buy these pads locally and could they quick ship a replacement so he would not get hurt in another game. Nothing happened. I had to call them and they did not stand behind the order and said I would have to wait for an investigation w/ UPS that could take a LONG time. If they had contacted me sooner I could have ordered from another website regular shipping, but because of their non-response I had to pay an extra $32 to overnight from another site.

I received my order less than 24 hours after ordering! Size charts were accurate and the lax gear fit perfectly! Thank you Sportstop, i will definately order from you again!
