Spreadshirt is great if you want to add a quick store to your site that will enable you to have shirts, other apparel, mouse pads, mugs, etc with your logo on it. They do all the fulfillment. I've used them on 4 sites already. Very cool.
I joined this site a while ago as a creator to try and sell some t-shirt designs on the site. Spent my own free time creating and uploading them. Sold some shirts and "made money" off them supposedly. Then once I go to actually collect my money, there's no way to get it! I've tried putting in my banking info at least 10 times and every single time it claims the info is incorrect, even though I've literally gone to my bank to confirm its 100% the right iinformation. Contacted SS support and got a couple useless emails telling me to double check my info, with no actual help. A glitch on the site shouldn't mean you're stealing money from me. A support agent should actually figure out a way to get me the money I'm legally entitled to. It should be top priority to follow the law. These people are thieves who don't care about the creators that keep their site alive. Considering taking legal action against them for keeping my money.

Tip for consumers:
Don't be a creator on here! They'll steal your money!
MISLEADING & NOT CANADIAN! They call themselves "Spreadshirt Canada" and their website is a.ca website, and they even charge in Canadian Currency. But that's all deliberately misleading. The last order arrived with an extra $120 in Duty, taxes, brokerage, and COD charges.
They give a cut-and-paste line about "oh, that's your government that charged that, not us" but they clearly should not be using a.CA website, and clearly should not be using CAD$ transactions with a Canadian Flag on their shopping cart - they are perfectly happy to trick people into thinking they are Canadian. Lot of other option (such as RedBubble) would be a much better deal and RedBubble would print and ship from inside Canada.
I ordered a sweatshirt for Christmas, the quality of the sweatshirt is okay, color and size were true to the picture, however the printing was terrible. It faded after one wash, and after 3 washes it's almost all gone and destroyed. I would never recommend this website to anyone and will never but anything here again.
Tip for consumers:
Terrible quality

I was charged over $80 in taxes, fees, brokerage fees in addition to the high shipping costs for an order of less than $300. I will never use this company again. Be forewarned-just because spreadshirt uses ".ca" it doesn't mean anything.

Waited weeks with no real tracking.
I'm a logistics manager for my company and no way we'd accept this type of tracking service.
Customer service just sends a generic email and also says we the customer have to contact customs if there are issues
I read that FedEx will charge a duties fee. So I am expecting that
As for the shirts they already look faded. The blacks are not black and the whites are grey
Vistaprint does the same quality work but at least charges proportionately...
Materials are horrible
They advise different levels and I paid for the better material but is horrible and feel like wearing sand paper
My 8 yr old won't wear the sweatshirt either is so course and hurts to wear.
Also after the first wash all shirts and sweatshirts words have faded and started to come off already
Very disappointing
First they send me the wrong T-shirt, one that is not even close, different color, logo, but get the size right. It took several emails on there part to decide that they would just refund my money instead of just sending me the shirt I ordered. Hell, I would have even returned the wrong shirt they sent but they didn't ask for it back. Anyway it's been a week and I haven't received the refund yet so I filed a dispute with the CC company.
I have ordered a few times from this company. The order I received today has had to be one of the worst if not worst experiences I have had yet with this company. There is a 50/50 chance they will either get your order right (i. E. ship entire order with nothing missing, ensure what you paid for is what you are getting in regard to no graphics skipping production line, or colours, contrast, sharpness being way off). See photos and decide for yourself before you place an order. Customer service is where you are not the customer and the representative is - they are right and you are wrong. When you hang up and call back to speak with a supervisor games are played where the representative doesn't answer the phone and/or emails are ignored. Definitely would not recommend.
Tip for consumers:
Find another printer or avoid at all costs.

None of it, it's good for the garbage. How could you donate or gift it?
Never again will I purchase from spreadsheet. Poor quality and screenprinting comes off after a few washes. When addressed them they said sorry about your luck. $3000. 00 of shirts and sweaters for the garbage. Embarrassing to hand out to employees or customers.

Been waiting for my full order for ages now, I'm sick of the auto responding emails, it takes them 24 hours to get back to you, not even properly understanding what your saying. Absolute crap service. If there was an option to give it a 0 I would.
It just took a while for me to get the text sizing right; had to start over a few times. The finished product is great because I can view it in different color combos you may not have thought of. T shirt is very good quality and was delivered in 2 -3 days. I tried Zazzle before this and Spreadshirt is 10 X better.
I placed an order November 23,2018. It's January 18,2019 and I haven't received anything either. They insist its the "postal strike" but I ordered something else from the US and it shipped via Canada Post within a week after ordering. What a let down.
Also, why is there no option to leave a review on google? Hmmm
Hello Ava,
We are very sorry to hear it took so long for your package to arrive. Unfortunately, the postal strike really did have quite a dramatic impact on our delivery times. It didn't affect all shipping providers and all packages the exact same way, but we did get several reports from customers even in January still. It's just as frustrating for us than it is for you and we understand your disappointment. We of course take full responsibility for your package and are happy to compensate you if it got lost during shipment. Please reach out to our Customer Service team with your order number, so we can solve this quickly. The email is service@spreadshirt.com.
As for the reviews, we don't restrict any review platforms, so you are free to share your view wherever you prefer and we are grateful for the feedback so we can improve further. By the way, our official review page you'll find on Trustpilot.
Best regards,
Marie

Stay away from spreadshirt! I am a self employed artist that uploads my own designs to spreadshirt for sale. The problem with spreadshirt is the design rejection, one day they accept the design and than 7 days later they will reject it for BS reasons. Than they give you penalties for rejected designs and reduce your visibility to buyers. It's crazy how they treat us for measly 3 usd! Please take your business elsewhere! I'll change this design when things improve!
Spreadshirt gave me a total of roughly $400 for my invoice for 20 shirts. They then showed me there was a $75 one time shipping fee. The total invoice was roughly $475. This is okay. After i paid and made the order, they then conveniently hit you with A 175 DOLLAR HIDDEN FEE because i live in canada. Not once through out the entire check out process was a fee this large mentioned. If a hidden fee is almost half of the invoice price, it should be mentioned as such in the invoice. Their customer support department was also a complete joke where only 1 of the 8 members i had to speak to spoke semi coherent non broken english. The entire refund process took over a month, and it wasnt even a 100% refund. Stay away from these scam artists at spreadshirt
Tip for consumers:
Spreadshirt is a joke scamming hard working canadians and small businesses. Please be careful

Do not buy from them. We have been waiting for over 5 weeks and no item and company will not provide a tracking number. Customer service keeps saying well if you don't receive your order on such a date then please contact us and they never do anything to answer our questions or even care that we don't have item because they have our money already.
Spreadshirt is the worst printing company that exists today. Do not even try it. Almost nothing they have on their site is ever available AND they'll tell you it is, only to tell you WEEKS later that it isn't. I have no idea what they claim to do but it's not business. It sucks to pay so much only to have NOTHING in return. Their customer service team is the most incompetent team ever. They'll send you tons of emails that have absolutely nothing to do with your order. Worst experience EVER shopping online.
I think this is the first negative review I leave in my life. My order never arrived and they do not provide a tracking number with a standard delivery. The only solution was to refund the money or they can give you a voucher to purchase it again (and wait another 20 days). The express delivery is 30 pounds and they do not cover it. Not suitable if your t-shirt if for a certain event or present. Girls from the customer attention service were nice though.
Tip for consumers:
They do not provide a tracking number, items usually get lost (they told me it is quite frequent)

Not great quality. Logo came as pictured, but the shirt was made of cheap cotton that felt incredible thin. Sizing and cut of the shirt was strange as well, the collar around the neck had way too much fabric so it puffs up. Disappointed for what they charged.
Spreadshirt profits from a collection of t-shirts with "Veterans Before Refugees" slogans.
I am a combat veteran of the U.S. Army. I am also a refugee. Where do I fit in your narrow and simplistic worldview as expressed on Spreadshirt's t-shirts?
Hello Martin,
We appreciate your feedback very much and understand your perspective very well.
Spreadshirt is an open platform and we believe that the free and open exchange of ideas on products is key to self-expression, even if we might personally disagree with those voices. Therefore, Spreadshirt publishes almost all submitted designs whether we as a company or individuals like them or not. Of course, there are also standards that we set for our community. We reject designs violating our community guidelines if they contain illegal content, hate speech, pornography or glorified violence.
If you would like to report a design because it violates our community guidelines, please use the "Report design" field next to the design on our platform. We respond as quickly as possible by reviewing the notice and take appropriate action.
You can also reach out to our Customer Service department should you have additional questions.

Ordered a dozen or so sweatshirts as company uniforms. One came defective (no logos at all). They only gave a partial reimbursement of the sweatshirt, since as mentioned above, you can expect to pay 50% of your order in shipping/duties.
They argue the fees are not their responsibility;
I counter with "i shouldnt pay shipping and duties on a defective product because you couldn't be bothered to realize you sent me a blank sweater?
Poor quality control
Hell that's akin to a chef sending out mashed potatoes, forgetting to plate the steak, charging extra for a glass of water, then telling you "well - yeah, you ate the potatoes so we have to charge you for the steak".
Tip for consumers:
Beware of shipping fees/duties
Damn, some of yalls reviews scared the $#*! outta me lmao. I've never custom ordered clothing before and I found Them first and didn't really look at reviews until all was said and done and then I seen all these! Well I've received the package and I can honestly say... I didn't fight with anything, the fabric is nice and soft, it fits well, the print looks great, the color I wanted was a charcoal grey so the color was dull but that's what I wanted so I can't say much on if the bright colors are vibrant(they probably arent lets be honest haha), my main concern was that it was ridiculously priced? Especially in import fees. And I will find cheaper for the future lol but overall for me personally, wasn't horrible.

I ordered a hoodie back in January from one of the stores and stupidly waited for weeks before my father realized they had cancelled the order and hadn't even sent an email. When we contacted the store to get the order moving, they told us we had to make the order again, and wait like two weeks for it to get here. We weren't charged for the failed order, but I never got my hoodie.
Now I went to another store and bought a similar hoodie, it already reached my friends house and she said it looks good. I haven't seen it, because Spreadshirt doesn't deliver to my country, so I can't say much about it...
Though they delivered the order pretty quickly, I really hate that I need to bother my friend because there is no alternative to deliver to Chile.
They are great at printing but I ordered an xxl and it doesnt even cover my belly button. However they did refund me. The got great customer service but the 3 xl hoodie is something for a clown
Tip for consumers:
buy you own clothes and then get it customized
I ordered the shirt and paid for better shipping. The quality of the T-Shirt could be better but it's exactly what I ordered my only complaint is the HORRIBLE SHIPPING! The shipping is so poor that you get a UPS tracker initially but it's actually USPS or a joint collaboration but here's the kicker. It hit NN pretty quick but once it hit BJ they use a 3rd party to transport it to my local USPS and it took that 3rd party 3 or 4 days to transfer it to my local USPS. While with 3rd party UPS nor USPS had any way to find out where the package is and I paid a good amount on shipping. They obviously make a profit on shipping. I wouldn't order again because of the horrible shipping.
Tip for consumers:
I wouldn’t use again due to 3 parties are involved in the delivery. One which is untraceable. UPS Some no Mae 3rd party the USPS
