Spreadshirt is great if you want to add a quick store to your site that will enable you to have shirts, other apparel, mouse pads, mugs, etc with your logo on it. They do all the fulfillment. I've used them on 4 sites already. Very cool.
I joined this site a while ago as a creator to try and sell some t-shirt designs on the site. Spent my own free time creating and uploading them. Sold some shirts and "made money" off them supposedly. Then once I go to actually collect my money, there's no way to get it! I've tried putting in my banking info at least 10 times and every single time it claims the info is incorrect, even though I've literally gone to my bank to confirm its 100% the right iinformation. Contacted SS support and got a couple useless emails telling me to double check my info, with no actual help. A glitch on the site shouldn't mean you're stealing money from me. A support agent should actually figure out a way to get me the money I'm legally entitled to. It should be top priority to follow the law. These people are thieves who don't care about the creators that keep their site alive. Considering taking legal action against them for keeping my money.
Like most other reviews you will read here, I too ordered a shirt from spreadshirt on May 15th. I was sent a FedEx tracking number however, my package number seems to be linked to 2 orders being tracked - 1 that has been "in transit" in Newark NJ since May 21 and one that has been "in transit" in Mirabel Quebec since June 10! I live in Ontario! When I reached out to customer service, no one responds. It has been 5 days already. Be warned - stay away and save your money!
This company stole money from my credit card. My purchase was invoiced and paid in full. They then proceeded to add a random purchase/charge of almost 70.00 to my credit card. They stole 70.00 and then pretend to not know what happened but yet do not return the stolen money. Beware!
I ordered an item through their online website since April 17th. It is now April 29th, and no item had been received.! When I contacted them they told me that they have no record of the transaction. I called my credit card company and they informed that the $70.08 was processed by spreadshirt.com since April 23rd. What a shame to con people like that.
I don't often give a review on products I purchase but I saw so many bad reviews of this website, I thought I'd give my own personal opinion. I read a lot of reviews saying shipping took forever, the quality of the clothes was awful, and some people were charged duty upon arrival. I had none of these issues. My confirmation email said my order would be here between June 14-June 28 (I ordered May 24th) and I got it in a June 14. The quality of our shirt was good and the customization was perfect. I wasn't charged any fees when my order was delivered and I live in Canada.
I wanted to print a logo on a new T-shirt. While the T-shirt is of average quality (when you match it for its price of $32, I could have got an excellent Nautica or Hilfiger for that price.), the logo that was printed was really of poor quality. Highly disappointed with my first experience.

Quality is pretty low for the price they are charging.

Avoid at all costs. Well this one is on me. Should have done my homework. These over priced fruit of the loom tee-shirts for $18.00 bucks + $5.99 shipping. What a ripoff! Would be worth it if they used quality shirts and not some cheap colored underwear.

I ordered shirts and pd 107.00 cad on my pay pal account from this company on march 28th 2020 and have still not recieved them and they sent them to california ontario usa instead of bridgenorth ontario canada. Pissed right off... never again as they are a bunch of screwups
They will deny almost all of your hard work and wont explain why. Takes days to get simple answers.
They do as they please and dont give a fudge about you as an artist.
You spend hours and hours creating art that you want to sell and they just say "no" and cant tell you why.
I have uploaded the same art five times and depending on who sits at the other end some got through and some didnt.
If you want to sell your art, go to elsewhere.
When you have questions they take days to reply. When they do reply they don't answer the question you asked smh. Uploading an image and to place it where you want is a hassle. I paid for softwares to convert my images to vector to use in spreadshop, it didn't work. So I paid spreadshop employees to convert the image. The converted image only work in one area, so them themselves don't know how to convert images for it to work in all areas on the t shirt etc. It's a complete waste of time with them. Never use spreadshop if you want to design your products uniquely. If you just want to slap a logo on a t shirt, you can use them but good luck.

Only use if you don't want to design a t-shirt. If you only want logos printed use them. I'm not sure how well they do printing phrases. But I do know they only offer a small area for printing designs on the front etc.

I ordered 2x Premium Organic T-shirts and 1X Mens Hoodie and the prints look ok (have only washed a few times) but the quality of the garment is not at all! The white t-shirt is so thin that I can see my nipples and chest hair through the material, and the hoodie is also very thin that it doesn't hold its shape and is not warm at all. This is a huge disappointment as the world doesn't need more poor quality goods being made that do not last their expected lifespan. I suspect that after 10 washes these items will be misshaped, faded and even thinner. I had ordered a hoodie from Spreadshirt in the past the the quality was excellent, so that are cutting costs there and that is a shame. I will not be using them again and would urge other not to either as the quality is not good!
If you value your hard eared Canadian dollar, don't trust this site.
I ordered one tee shirt, and on the same day my wife ordered one on her email. That was December 12th. Neither of us have received any correspondence from our emails to them regarding non-shipment of items purchased. It is now January 16th, and nothing. Well we shouldn't say that... They actually have the audacity to have Fedex send us each another bill for $24.65. Apparently this is for shipment. When we both ordered, shipping was paid for. Now they say we cannot cancel our orders because 30 days have passed. Now, I am a good man that has a professional job, and ethics. This company clearly preys on the unsuspecting buyer, and should be charged with theft. I wonder how many more of you out there got SCAMMED by this company that calls themselves Spreadshirt... I think they should take the "h" out of that name. If there was a zero rating or less... I would have hit that,

Purchased 2 onesies for a present back in April. Told it would be here by May 5th. Wasn't told until after I ordered that they'd come from the States with no tracking provided. Finally got a customs Dec number but unable to find it anywhere. Contacted them and asked what they would do. Said they coukd resend without a tracking number, or I could get a refund, or get it set International Express Freight for an extra $48. That would make the total cost for 2 onesies over $100. A week ago I asked for a refund. Still no sign of it. Very disappointed with this company.
Printing quality and delivery time was good. I bought an item for 60 CAD, plus shipping for 22 CAD. However I had to pay an additional 36 CAD for duties/FedEx shipping. Customer service reply to this issue was generic.
I ordered a Shirt for my father for Christmas on December 5th 2018 and Its Now January 9th 2019 and I still have not received my shipment. The Date promise was between December 22nd to December 27th... They will not track it or help. I will never buy from this company again.
I had a few sales from close friends through spreadshirt and they never acknowledged to me that anything was bought. So you probably won't ever make anything selling through them.
It's easy to set up your shirt storefront and you can easily customize the apparel items you choose to sell but I had an account with them for about two years and got no sales.
I ordered in August. It is now December, and my order has still not arrived. But, what do they care? They have my money. If I get a refund, it will be from PayPal. Do not even consider this company.

I paid for shipping at check out and then was charged an additional $42.66 COD charge when I picked up the package. I called Spreadshirt customer service and was told to bad so sad. Scammers!
I ordered a sweater as a christmas gift... weeks went by and I heard nothing. Then I got a call from UPS saying it couldn't be delivered until I paid them more money, and that if I didn't they'd send it back to the company. I didn't feel comfortable paying over the phone so I took my chances with it being sent back. Next thing I know I get a letter in the mail giving me a website to go to pay the extra money. So I did. In the end I never got my product, only got a partial refund and never got the extra money back from UPS. I was scammed out of about $30 or $35 and a ton of my time. Spreadshirt is NOT WORTH THE HASSLE
After being informed that the client's private Data was leaked, I asked them to delete all my account and Data, since I have never bought, sold, or really used their site and is my right in Europe to have this Date deleted. So, not only they had the Data hacked in their weak system, they refused my RIGHT to have this data deleted from their server.
