Sprint manufactures junk Tablets which stops working within two weeks. It doesn't turn on. When I do buy a tablet which does work, it will not download any apps in the Google Play of Samsung Galaxy Store. Unscrupulous, unethical business.

I have been with Sprint for 6 years and never experienced the type of service I have today. I have been on the phone for 3 hours to try and restore service and pay my bill. They just transfer you from person to person with no clear direction of what is to happen. You can't get a superior on the phone because they are also dealing with calls. It's unacceptable and this has been the worse since the merged with T Mobile. Making a payment has never been this hard or restoring service. I will not be spending money with this Company any longer. I suggest you do not either.

Been a customer for 8-9 YEARS. Last year, I was offered 2 "free" watches with the exception of $15 service fees for each. Funny thing is - there WAS a monthly product payment for each watch.

Well, I just switched to Xfinity. My final bill for Sprint (T-mobile) was $316 as opposed to $177. Spoke to a rep for 20 minutes. Initially asked if it was for cancellation. The rep denied it and told me for 20 minutes "it is a charge for each phone." Phones are paid off, no over-data...so what for the phones? What could possibly make my bill go up $120? She kept me on the phone for 20 minutes to finally admit they were cancellation fees.

Not sure if it was that she didn't want to talk to the next caller, or what. 8+ years, and they charge me a cancellation fee? Got "free" watches that I had to pay for for my loyalty? Wasted 20 minutes of my life telling me "the charge is for the phones" as if I didn't know I was talking to a phone company?

So long, Slimy Sprint.

As, of today Sprint/T-Mobile has stolen money and wrongly charged me from 7/21-2/23 at $20 plus $15 for a stolen cellphone Samsung. Only offered $150 & stole the rest. So, they get 5 thumbs /Stars Down

I left Sprint last year and they put me collections for my last bill. They sent no communications, was told I would get a call back at least 3 times over 2 months and still nothing. They are a predatory company.

Horrible service
April 10, 2023

I have been 2 different stores today and was told to dial 611 regarding a $30 fee they have been charging me for months for a phone that's been paid off for over a year. I have now been on hold for over an hour all to try to get to the bottom of a fraudulent charge. This is asinine. I would not suggest anyone use sprint

Bill payment

Our bill for four persons in family plan is $225 monthly. We went to their office and call several times,but unfortunately they did not do anything for us. Customer service is very bad and they don't care about the customer service. No responsibility, no respect, no fair. I don't recommend to anybody, and I want to switch to t-mobile.

I called sprint/t-mobile to get my service activated and I was transferred 15 times to various departments. No one knew what they were doing nor spoke English. The call dropped after I was on the phone for almost 3 hours. The rep did not call back, then when I called back the rep was nasty and unemphathic, and hung up on me! If I could rate no stars I would.

Sprint and tmobile

I have been with sprint for years, why cause they will literally make things up as they go to charge you, they was switching to T-Mobile, have not yet received a sims card for months from them, threatened to shut my services down I was able to make calls but had no WiFi, and still charged full services when I have called about the sims card, I finally switched phone services and they are wanting to charge me 3 bills. Always been on time

Unhappy with Sprint overall. I reached out multiple times to the customer service to have my phone unlocked. They kept saying they had but they hadn't unlocked the phone due to which I had to pay extra money to a third party to get the phone unlocked. They were not at all helpful and wasted months of my time, money and energy. Also, when I asked to speak to a supervisor, the agent was rude and didn't connect me. I wouldn't recommend them as their customer service is bad.

Sprint is the worst phone carrier that has ever existed. Almost Every single call gets dropped. Internet is slower than a turtle. Not worth one penny. Don't even receive calls sometimes, a lot of my calls won't go out. What if it's an emergency and I'm dying? Don't waste your money on this crappy service.

I switched from ATT to Sprint. The incentive was: cut your bill in half, plus $200 credit plus up to $350 per line, plus trade in additional phones for credit. This company has a limit of credits it will give your account monthly- even if your bill has an error. I have never done business with such an un-business like company. However, if you want to call and talk about your feelings, these reps can spend hours mirroring what you say to them-don't expect to receive the great deal your were promised I am on month 7 and think my credit for phones is not coming at all. ATT would have paid $400 for them...

I had Sprint several years ago and recently decided to switch back after being offered a great deal. Big mistake, they still have the same terrible phone service which doesn't seem to have been upgraded in years.

The customer service department is routed to a foreign country these agents are horrible, disrespectful, and do not understand English. I can't believe I am stuck paying a company who treat their long term customers like $#*!. I am done with sprint.!

Wait times are horrendously long. Customer service is usually polite but I always get someone who's outsourced so there's inevitably a language barrier. Calls take way longer than they should -- the last two calls I made should have taken 15 minutes, tops, but they stretched out to 45+ minutes. Seriously considering switching my service because I am just so consistently frustrated.

So I had paid unusually high prices on my bill after being quoted 55 dollars per month per line when 2 or more lines are purchased under a 2 year contract with the phone prices being discounted at the online store. After finally getting access to my bills online I called customer service to find out why I'm being charged more than the advertised price. There answer was that sprint will charge you $25 per line per month for having a discounted price. Essentially there are no discounts, if you signed up for anything under there regular prices they plan on charging you 25/month until your term ends.

Customer services answer to my grievances was to sell me two more leased phones for 5 dollars per month per phone and start paying lease payments on the phones I already have, because it was a shorter term and I would end it earlier but essentially pay more as time went on.

Do not ever join Sprint, after my term is up I'm going to a competing pre paid plan and just save the money.

I was warned about using Sprint for my service, I wish I would have listened. Very rigid and horrible customer service. They absolutely do not care about their customers. I honestly don't understand how they're still in business. I would imagine it won't be long... Worst service I've ever had. Save yourself the time, money and headache. Find service elsewhere!

Im sorry but sprint service Is terrible. I had been with them for a while because I did not want to go through the hassle of changing providers but enough is enough. They are rude, they overcharge me every month I had tons of dropped calls and so much more. I literally have to call them every single month to take unauthorized charges off my account. Please for the sake of your sanity do not ever get sprint! The other companies may be a little more expensive but its worth it!

I had sprint for 4 years love have them tell on day I paid my account online with a family members credit card it was his half of the bill I was trying to paid 40.00 to the bill instead sprint took out 360.00 out of his a account I was mad call sprint and told them they made a mistake I was on the phone with someone for 3 hours till she said I will make sure u get ur money back in ur account. I had 6 line with sprint now they email me ask if I will go back to them after this happened to me.
