“What's up with this site?”

What's up with this site? - I don't know if this is a new site or what is going on with it. I found it in a google search for a shelf I was looking for.

There are a lot of products but no shipping info, and no contact info other than a way to send an email, No phone #. You can place an order but you're doing it blind.

Has anyone ever ordered from this site? They do have the shelf I wanted but I feel leery of ordering from them.
