Decent Site but only decent. So much can be approved in the information could be better refined to its purposes. Also, this. Search is not exhaustive enough. There's not enough ways to refine the search. As a matter of fact, there are no ways to refine the search. You simply. Press a button that says refine search with no parameters. But tends to be pretty. Good percentage of actual fines and tends to find some people's reports that other sites don't. So in that note, pretty decent. But again, it could use a lot of improvement.
I would be more than happy to offer my humble opinion as to how things could be better for this site. Because, again, it does have potential. But I'm just a regular Joe, who the hell wants to hear from me?
I chose it because it's absolutely the only site that I could afford at the moment. All my other subscriptions are lapsed. And if I had any other choice, I would have taken it.
The unfortunate truth is at its current state, it would not be one of my 1st choices. As a matter of fact, it is absolutely my last choice at this point. But again, it can be drastically improved. And there are a lot of people like me that use the site. So I don't know, maybe a consultation. But yeah, boring that. No, only because I didn't have a better choice.

All needed was name for phone number and was listed as free. Click bait spam... Takes a long time to generate report when all that was needed was a name. After website asked for $, I closed it. Don't waste your time.

It's pretty accurate. Theres some errors in information. Overall, most informative people search engines tried previously.

This has given me zero information other than name and address. People I know to have criminal records come back as none. I entered myself and got 10 voter registration for states I've never lived in. When I open them, none have my full name (except the actual correct one). Emails that aren't mine, addresses that aren't mine. Not one person that I've searched had work records or even driver licenses - I know I have both! Extremely disappointed and now out $30! I will definitely be cancelling today and probably writing my own public review to prevent others from falling for this. You also had a great rating with the BBB, but I will be submitting my experience to them as well.
I spent all morning researching background check companies and found yours to be the best based on everything I read. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I could open an old phone book and get the same information I got from this site! Except for the voter registrations which I could care less about. I am absolutely stunned that this site had such great reviews.
