AVOID!

AVOID! They don't deliver on anything that is promised. Dedicated Case Agent was never assigned and a paralegal never reached out as promised. The initial case review was completely generic and useless. In fact, how can you even provide a written case review without contacting the client first? They don't respond to emails either. This place is the definition of bad business.
