SS396 is an awesome company. Easy ordering, great customer service and great products. I have made several orders and ordering, confirmation, fulfilment and shipping notification are always quick and precise. Fedex on the other hand was a cluster, delayed attempted delivery said noone was available ( no signature was needed) called customer service and was told it was delayed, getting to Concord, this happened twice. How can a delivery be attempted if it hasn't arrived at the terminal(twice)? Finally arrived 4 days late. SS396 great company! Fedex not so much.
Ordered complete wiper motor with pump received cheap chinese motor with pump separately which required modification just to bolt on cninese motor which had electrical conn in wrong position which they are aware of as it is stated in their catalog. Well the cheap chinese motor did not work cost me 30.00 additional dollars for return shipping they would not accept modified pump for return even though they made the decision to send that junk without even notifying me. Meanwhile customer is waiting
I had a hard time finding the motor mounts I needed in stock. Ss396 came through and they arrived quick.

I did not receive the ground up catalog for 68-72 nova. Really wanted to see what else yall offered in the magazine but still havent receive it yet.

If I cannot find what I want the Tech Support is very good and they always answer my questions.

Great shipping fast only company to have the hard to find part window guide. The only problem is shipping cost such a small part.

I wish I saw the reviews before I purchased! I called for parts for a 88' Monte Carlo, received parts for 70's Camaro, mistakes happen. I called back to inform them of their mistake, spoke with a few reps who were very adamant about me sending the incorrect parts back but not nearly as adamant about correcting my order. I was ordered to send them photos of incorrect parts and all labeling on parts which I did. After asking to speak with a manager(Kim) finally informed me that the parts I ordered weren't even in stock and that there was an error at the warehouse, She tells me to ship incorrect parts back using provided shipping label call back and they will have the cost of the parts refunded. I was sent a shipping label and after going to UPS to ship off parts, called back to give them tracking number and refund, I find out you have to wait for them to receive said parts and inspect them before you can get a refund (1-2 weeks they say) The same parts I sent countless pictures of. This is the first I've ever heard of such return processes. I tried to explain my deadlines and how inconvenient it's been with the return to Dan (Customer Service Rep at Ground Up SS396) who replied back "that's not our problem" smh. I spoke with 4-5 reps at ground up 396 who stated to me that they didn't care if I ever shopped with Ground Up SS 396 again. Which shows they simply don't care about the customers, their products or the reputation of their company. Again, I wish I had seen the review before I purchased. I wouldn't recommend groundup SS 396.
