SS396 is an awesome company. Easy ordering, great customer service and great products. I have made several orders and ordering, confirmation, fulfilment and shipping notification are always quick and precise. Fedex on the other hand was a cluster, delayed attempted delivery said noone was available ( no signature was needed) called customer service and was told it was delayed, getting to Concord, this happened twice. How can a delivery be attempted if it hasn't arrived at the terminal(twice)? Finally arrived 4 days late. SS396 great company! Fedex not so much.
Ordered complete wiper motor with pump received cheap chinese motor with pump separately which required modification just to bolt on cninese motor which had electrical conn in wrong position which they are aware of as it is stated in their catalog. Well the cheap chinese motor did not work cost me 30.00 additional dollars for return shipping they would not accept modified pump for return even though they made the decision to send that junk without even notifying me. Meanwhile customer is waiting
It was easy to order, track and overall use was great. This is the 4th or 5th time I have ordered from this site and each time it has gone really well.
Wel, I Received Half of My Order Fairly On Time, I am However, Still Waiting on a Console that I Ordered Way Back in November of 2021, and it is Now almost February of 2022. So I can say that I am only Half Pleased.

WAS ELATED TO GET ORDER IN A QUICK DELIVERY TIME. THESE ARE THE GAUGES THAT CONVERT FROM NOID LIGHTS TO GAUGES. WAS CATASTROPHICALLY UPSET TO FIND OUT THE GAUGES THEY SEND NOW ARE TOO LARGE TO FIT IN THE FACTORY HOUSING. IN ORDER TO INSTALL YOU MUST DESTROY THE BACK OF THE CLUSTER TO GET THE NEW GAUGES IN. WISH THAT WAS PART OF THE DETAILS ON THE WEBSITE. SO BUYER BEWARE. YOU WILL BE DESTRYINGTHE BACK OF YOUR CLUSTER TO INSTALL THESE GAUGES.

Ordered some items. Paid over 200 in 3 day shipping. 10 days later from the order date and I still never received any of the items.

I would never buy from them ever again beware! Valve covers came scratched up and they would not stand behind them.

Our customers have installed this product many times and love the finished results. Installing any aftermarket part like this will ultimately require some modification. In some cases, these modifications can be minimal and sometimes extensive; however, in the end, the choice is yours to cut or not. Lastly, as an option to not destroy your OE cluster, we recommend looking at IGH-66A-G (1966-1967 Chevelle Dash Gauge Housing Backing Plate With Gagues).
