Despite the horrible negative comments I have read for 3 days, I still decided to give ssense a shot since only they have the shoes I want to buy with such a steal price. Anxiety starts hitting me after I started the order. The next day came, when I tracked the other, it was already there, at the front of my door. Excellent packaging, excellent quality and super fast, the best online order I have ever experienced before. Recommend you guys give them a chance.
Ordered an $800 designer belt and it arrived in nothing but a kitchen ziplock bag thrown into a battered cardboard shipping box. Contacted their customer service to complain and received an extremely rude, argumentative, and deflective reply saying they were doing it for environmental and sustainability purposes. You guys are full of BS if you think you can convince anyone your idea of environmental packaging is by using PLASTIC ziplock bags. Let's not try to act like there aren't thousands of brands who have adopted sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging options. You guys just want to cut corners and save a few bucks on packaging all the while blaming the designers "for how they shipped it to you" as if there aren't tons of other luxury outlets that offer their own in-house packaging (I can think of 5 just in Canada). Don't market yourselves as a luxury company when you offer such a terrible buying experience and horrific customer service.
I've always liked browsing ssense's website and recently I saw a great deal on some Ann Demeulemeester shoes, so I placed an order. One day later I received an email saying my order had been cancelled with no information as to why.
I sent an email asking why my order had been cancelled and got a response which gave me absolutely no additional information, just recommended I try the order again with a different payment method. I tried this and that order was cancelled as well! (Both cards have more than enough money for the purchase.) I even tried using a different email to make another account but to no avail.
Meanwhile the shoes I wanted had sold out... very disappointing.

My girlfriend tried ssense before and she had trouble with them, but they were one of the only sites that had the shirt I wanted. Ijust gave it a shot and ended up very satisfied with the whole process.
Overall I satisfied with your service. However I somewhat surprised when the price increased when I tried to change cloth size after I completed payment. Except that overall experience was good to me. Hope I can see another exciting sale season.
Ssense is the worst online shopping company. Terrible customer service. They shipped the wrong item to me and don't want to refund to me. They may not have enough money so want every $. Even you complain them, they just do not respond, then your case will be closed. So do not trust them, and never do business with them. There are so many online companies around, let's stop doing business with them.
Worst company ever do not ever shop here! I purchased a pair of Prada kitten heels when i received the shoe i noticed one of them was damaged but didn't say anything because i was sending them back right away the shoes were way to big. The next day i ordered the same shoe in the correct size. Ssense is refusing to return my money and the customer service representatives keep arguing and sending me nasty emails. It is impossible to wear one shoe and still have the other shoe perfect. Worst customer service and company ever! Beware!
Bought a pair of CDG Converse High the other week. They arrived surprisingly fast, only took three days but when I got them in hand I felt something was off with them, so I looked up a side-by-side comparison with a fake pair, and came to the conclusion that my pair was actually a fake. Not sure how often this happens on this site, it was my first time shopping there but I for sure will never do it again. Peace.
I purchased a pair of Grenson boots for my husband's birthday, and they arrived so quickly. He loves them. He didn't know what to expect when seeing I purchased something from SSENSE, since there is a very nice conglomerate of clothiers, products, etc. to choose from.
I am very satisfied. It was early to deliver it after placing an order. And it was carefully packed. I asked Japan from abroad, but I am satisfied because I did not pay high tariffs. I will use it by all means if there is another opportunity. Thank you very much.
I ordered a pair of shoes that i struggled to find forever and wasn't so sure about ordering from a company i had never heard of but i gave it a go! The first time the sold out after i had payed for my order and the money was back in my account straight away which i was very pleased with! The second time my shoes came very quickly and were in good shape when they got to me! Very good company

I am terribly disappointed and shocked that your company would package and deliver products in the matter it did. Its simply shocking that your organization is comfortable with your distribution practices. As I said I spent over 1300 and simply poor quality of the overall experience.
I was looking for a certain item from Saint Laurent that was discontinued and sold out in all actual stores here in Paris. Went on the Internet, desperate to find it. Saw it on SSENSE, but thought that it was not possible that they actually had it in stock (as the item was discontinued and sold out everywhere), so I got on the phone with SSENSE (they answered immediately and... a person, not a machine!) and they checked and gave me confirmation on the actual colour and other details, to make sure that it was precisely what I wanted. I've ordered it through the website and got it the day after. Incredible service. Truly.
My credit card was stolen and a $575 order was placed with Ssense. Fortunately my bank caught the fraud. But when I called Ssence customer service to make sure the order was cancelled, the recording said the customer service line was "closed." I could file a complaint on line, which I did, but because this was an urgent matter involving fraud on my credit card their response was unacceptable. I received an automated email saying they received my complaint, but I have no idea where the matter stands or if it is being acted upon. Five days have gone by and I have heard nothing from them. I have also tried calling every day since then and each time they say the customer service line is closed. It also mentions the standard company excuse, "due to a higher than average volume of calls."
I would not buy from this company simply given their lack of customer response.

It is the worst shopping experience I've ever had. The quality of the clothes is really bad, and there is no free return! I have to pay for postage which is really expensive, so I just give up but I won't wear it either! It's like I paid hundreds of bucks for nothing!

I tried 3 times to order the sweatshirt. Each time I was given an amount less than $10 to enter for verification. Each time I entered the amount several times without verification. I would cancel and start over thinking it would go better. On the third time I ordered and ran into the same problem, I called customer service. The person listened, reviewed the information and verified the order. I quickly received the sweatshirt and grandson loved it. The process was too frustrating to try again however.

This is my second time to place an order of big amount on SSENSE. Every time it needs the authorization of my credit card, but I don't mind about it. However, as they promised to take 2 business days to process and 3 days for shipping, none of the above were close to the dates. Instead, it took more than 5 business days each time to process and a week to ship, which I've already out of the city for traveling. It should be shown honestly on the website that it takes the correct dates to process and shipping.
Last but not least, there's a hat I ordered among dozens of items in 2018. But it never arrived. I called the CS, they denied the misplacement and ask me to provide evidence. How do I provide evidence if I receive no hat... a picture of my bare hand? I never got a refund or re-delivery.
I am telling you guys do not order from here. The worst experience I have ever had. I ordered my shipment on December 13 for a Christmas gift, and it is January 6, and still NOTHING. I keep calling them and they tell me my shipment is processing and they have no idea why it is taking so long, i keep giving them a chance bc i really like what i purchased and would love to actually get it, but now when i go to cancel my order i can't now cuz its being prepared and the shipment is "locked" this website is bull$#*!. I received my trainers earlier than told. That alone means I rate SSENSE 5 start. The process also was very easy to go through, even the price I got on my valentines was great, everything about this website and company is brilliant and I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! I purchased an order of over a thousand dollars, all clothes. I only returned two items in one return. One item got fully refunded but the more expensive item was rejected for refund. Their reason is the item has smell of perfume. I didn't even try that hoodie on and I DONT USE PERFUME. It doesn't make sense when the other item has no smell while it was returned together with the hoodie with scent?
I read online and SSENSE always uses this method to force you buy certain things. I just got the returned item which I don't want at all.
I will not buy from them again, and will spread this to any possible person I can.

I've order some converse in the wrong size and I wanted to return it. When I went to tye shipping company to make the process they told me that I did not have all the documents required to returned it. So I've communicate again with customer service and they still haven't sent me the only document required to make the return (this was on june 7 and it is june 21). They don't respond fast and they are useless.
Although the product itself was amazing the service was awful. It took too long to process the order around 3-4 days when they said 2 and the shipping time took ages also. Was extremely dissatisfied as I paid £15 for this! Awful service
I live in the US, I've order clothing from Europe many many times (including Ssence) and no US Customs charge ever. My last order from Ssence…$533 charge from Customs! I can not get a response from anyone at Ssence, obviously they shipped incorrectly. The clothing doesn't fit so now I have incurred more cost to return! Can't find anyone to speak with/ return an email/ nothing! I will never order from them again.

Extremely dissatisfied because I purchased a pair of shoes which a number of retailers stocked, but I chose Ssense because of their good reputation. But when you pay $45 for "express shipping" and it takes a week and a half to simply process the order, it feels like you've been ripped off for shipping. Wouldn't buy through Ssense again.
Quality check and packing not up to standards. Products sent does not look new. Prices fluctuate regularly both for men and women (same product more pricey for women vs for men) and they change that up and down during sales which puts a lot off.
