Despite the horrible negative comments I have read for 3 days, I still decided to give ssense a shot since only they have the shoes I want to buy with such a steal price. Anxiety starts hitting me after I started the order. The next day came, when I tracked the other, it was already there, at the front of my door. Excellent packaging, excellent quality and super fast, the best online order I have ever experienced before. Recommend you guys give them a chance.
Ordered an $800 designer belt and it arrived in nothing but a kitchen ziplock bag thrown into a battered cardboard shipping box. Contacted their customer service to complain and received an extremely rude, argumentative, and deflective reply saying they were doing it for environmental and sustainability purposes. You guys are full of BS if you think you can convince anyone your idea of environmental packaging is by using PLASTIC ziplock bags. Let's not try to act like there aren't thousands of brands who have adopted sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging options. You guys just want to cut corners and save a few bucks on packaging all the while blaming the designers "for how they shipped it to you" as if there aren't tons of other luxury outlets that offer their own in-house packaging (I can think of 5 just in Canada). Don't market yourselves as a luxury company when you offer such a terrible buying experience and horrific customer service.
I made sure I spent the minimum to ensure I received the 2-day rush shipping but I didn't receive my order for over two weeks as the order was just "processing" forever. I did not arrive in time for the vacation I needed it for. If I would have received an email saying they have delays in processing that would have been better, but I tried to call (no answer) so way kept in the dark the entire time. Very disappointed.
They just don't care about customers!
They did not send the necessary documentation to me therefore I can not receive my package in Denmark. I am forced to return the package. Although it is their error, they will not refund my 50$ postage fee!

Ssense.com stated that i would have FREE shipping (because order was higher than 250 eur). But when I ordered, a couple days later i got a bill of DHL of 180 euro (200 dollar) for taxes and import costs.
Really disappointed, at least they couldve warned that there would be additional costs..

I recently purchased a beautiful Balmain Tshirt and can only say good things about Ssense. I shop online a lot from Luisaviaroma, Farfetch, Revolve Clothing, Yoox... and this was just another nice online experience. Definitely, I will shop on Ssense again!
It was my first time shopping here and everything is good! That pair of shoes are what I always want but couldn't find anywhere. SSENSE seems the only place where I could buy. But actually the experience was rather good. Everything goes well and it took only 5 days to ship it here, which is fast considering it was sent from Canada.
I was in need of some super cool casual wear for school. So I saw the suicoke sandals on your guy's website and I purchased. There were some errors at first with my purchase, but it was my fault in that. The delivery was very quick and I loved the item I got! I will definitely return soon for more stuff! 5/5
How unfair is it to pay for a luxury item, receive a damaged one, and be forced to pay for it!
I bought a pair of leather pants. They were smaller than my smallest pants, I never wore them so I wouldn't stretch/damage the leather, sent them back within 2 days, then they sent me pictures of stain on the lining, saying they won't accept the return, and doesn't matter how many times I tell them that I never wore the item or did anything to cause the stain, they said the decision is final. This is not acceptable for me, I'll pay a lot more on legal fees, so to make them stop stealing other people's money.
I placed an order on a jacket worth 500$, provided the right bank information to then receive a message from ssense saying my order has been cancelled and I have to wait 2-3buisness days to be refunded

I had a fraudulent charge to this Company, while it was still in the pending status I notified SSense customer service. SSense stated they would advise their fraud department, not to worry since it was pending they would take away the charge canceling the order. Four days later the charge was not removed and when I called them back to let them know they stated they had mailed the $705.00 tennis shoes out to an address in Florida. All they did was apologize repeatedly and say there was nothing they could or would do.
A label was created and that's it. My order never actually shipped. I completed a form on their site to inquire about my order and received no response. I chatted with their customer service. They immediately told me they canceled and refunded my order. No other options offered.
I had been coveting a pair of pink Alexander McQueen sneakers for months. I did a broad search and a company I had not heard of SSENSE came up with my sneakers. I read some reviews, which were mixed, however, the good reviews were really good. I gave it a go, and was delighted with the service I received. First they are in Montreal, Canada and I am in Nashville, TN. No worries, my sneakers arrived in what seemed like less than 2 days, super fast. They were packed perfectly, and my beloved sneakers are glorious! I search SSENSE on a regular basis. Do not hesitate to use this company!

I've been purchasing on this website for quite some time now. They are based in Canada and have super fast shipping via DHL. Prices are very reasonable, even though I purchase from the US. For the most part they have excellent customer service. I once had ordered two Fear of God hoodies and one of the sizes was wrong. The outside plastic showed a different size than the actual hoodie. I contacted SSENSE and they offered free returns and also gave me a promotional $15 off my next order.

I ordered a Jimmy Choo tote from SSense as I had heard good things about this online company. The Tote arrived with a big dent on the front of the bag and from there began the long and hellish journey of trying to return it. Their listed phone numbers immediately disconnected any time I tried reaching an agent through that method. I sent repeated emails to their customer care email address that included pics of damaged item as well as emails that did not include any attachment. All came back as undeliverable. I used their chat function to try and resolve this issue. The first person I connected with took FOREVER to respond in the chat. The 2nd person was more helpful but the chat kept disconnecting so that made it a long and challenging process. This was a trash experience! Particularly given the fact that this 1000$ item arrived damaged...will NEVER use them again

I have been shopping on this website for years and always had a great experience, except with my last orders. At first, I thought this was an isolated incident but then EVERYTHING went wrong - offers didn't ship for weeks while I was charged immediately; there was zero communication on the delay; was on hold for hours trying to reach customer service; first offers where confirmed and then I was told the items were no longer available - this was after weeks of waiting and still being charged; it took weeks to get credit/refunds. What is going on in this company? Please get it together!

The website is convenient to use and nice, the price are good with free shipping over $500, however the shipping time is longer than the description in the payment page, which said about 5 business days but the Canada post said have to spend 6-10 business days. And actually spend about 10 business days. A bit slow...
I purchased a name brand belt for much less than it cost elsewhere and a bunch of pants and a pair of sneaker. The items arrived within two days, are authentic and look great. SSENSE didn't give me a single problem with my items. I haven't spoken to customer service so I can't say too much about that. The website is very easy to browse and checking out is just as simple. My only peeve is that shipping is kind of expensive.
Placed an order for a xmas present on Dec 11th. Heard nothing from them. I finally contacted customer service on the 26th. My order was still not processed or shipped. Finally on Dec 31st I received an email from customer service telling me that the two things I ordered were no longer in stock and that my cc was going to be refunded.
A total waste of time. There are many decent sites out there. I would avoid SSENSE and will never buy from them again.

Was good experience however when I went to modify and wanted to ask a question about my order, the order was put on hold. Did not make sense (pun intended) when my question was only asking about when the order would arrive. Other than that I am still satisfied with my overall experience.
Everything went well... the package arrived earlier and everything was intact. The packaging was good. Better than most of the online stores out there and i have recommended the store to all my friends. This website has better return policies than most of the canadian stores plus you do not need to pay extra duties as theyre included in the price.
I ordered a pair of winter boots from Dr. Marten.
They were 30% off (wich is a miracle for Dr. Marten). I ordered them and paid 7.00$ for a faster shipping. Took 2 days and I received them. Love them, fit well and Ssense made me save 110$ overall!

Was excited when I first got my package. I wore it as soon as I got it. After a couple wears, I was called out on wether it was real or fake. After investigation, I came to realize I was rocking fake balenciaga from ssense. Super disappointing, I haven't even bothered to try and get a refund cause I know they will say the item is already worn.
First time customer, I placed an order for an Off-White bag. I read the reviews and wasn't sure if I should make the purchase. However, I am 100% satisfied and I will make more purchases in the future. The bag was recieved in about a week, busy time of the year. As well the bag was in an authentic marked dust pouch. The bag is beautiful and exactly as advertised. I got an awesome deal too, saved hundreds of dollars so I'm really happy with my purchase from SSENSE :)

Apparently I ordered what was the last pair of Gentle Moster shades in the warehouse in this particular style. Took about three extra weeks for them to find the pair before shipping it to me. I paid for two day shipping. So yeah, a little dissatisfied.

This is a company I will never buy from again. Order Dr Martens boots size 37, i was sent a size 38. When I chatted with customer service I was told that the sizes are different from EU/IT... to put an insole in or wear a thick sock! Because of THEIR mistake the shipping cost of £27.41will come of my refund. They also don't provide and exchange. If I wanted to buy them again I'd have to pay the postage of £17 again, and the boots have went up another £37! But its ok they offered me a 10% discount!
