Despite the horrible negative comments I have read for 3 days, I still decided to give ssense a shot since only they have the shoes I want to buy with such a steal price. Anxiety starts hitting me after I started the order. The next day came, when I tracked the other, it was already there, at the front of my door. Excellent packaging, excellent quality and super fast, the best online order I have ever experienced before. Recommend you guys give them a chance.
Ordered an $800 designer belt and it arrived in nothing but a kitchen ziplock bag thrown into a battered cardboard shipping box. Contacted their customer service to complain and received an extremely rude, argumentative, and deflective reply saying they were doing it for environmental and sustainability purposes. You guys are full of BS if you think you can convince anyone your idea of environmental packaging is by using PLASTIC ziplock bags. Let's not try to act like there aren't thousands of brands who have adopted sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging options. You guys just want to cut corners and save a few bucks on packaging all the while blaming the designers "for how they shipped it to you" as if there aren't tons of other luxury outlets that offer their own in-house packaging (I can think of 5 just in Canada). Don't market yourselves as a luxury company when you offer such a terrible buying experience and horrific customer service.

Size: 43 and instead I received women's Lucile combat boots. Customer service was not helpful and required me to send these back before crediting my account and then I'd need to replace my initial order. I will never ever order from this company again. The best they could do was offer me a 10% discount.
Ssense ruined my Birthday!
My boyfriend bought a ysl bag as a gift for my birthday and when i checked the bag It looks like it was used. I found a strand of hair, some scratches, and smudges of make up. So then we file a complaint, but ssense is only giving us $100 off which i think its not reasonable for the bag. So then they decided that i should return the bag without getting a new one for the same prize instead gave me 10% off to purchase another one. It was their fault they should give me a brand new bag cuz when we purchased it it didn't say it was used it was on sale but it's not supposed to be used.
Do not shop at SEENSE because their return policy is really bad. I notice my expensive bag was ripped. And I was told by the customer service it was not returnable since it's been a few months. And it was my fault. I use the bag no more then 5 times, and the bag was ripped... no quality control for their customers. And once they sold the bag to you, any damage it's on you.
SSense has very questionable business practices. I have made one purchase with them, and will never again.
I purchased an item and received a confirmation that my purchase had been processed. Despite their 1-2 business day processing claim, I never received confirmation of shipment, nor did I receive the item.
I tried to call – but couldn't get through on the phone (which should've been my first clue). I emailed and was assured, twice, via email, that my order had been received, processed, and would be shipped shortly.
Still nothing.
Nearly a month later, I receive an email that says, "when we went to process your order, we realized that the item was out of stock."
Moral of the story is, there are plenty of reputable retailers out there. Take your business elsewhere. I had never heard of SSense, but was connected to their site via ShopItToMe.
Do better, ShopItToMe. Do better for your customers. Vet your retailers to prevent scams like this.
It's not intended to buy clothes from. It's a tool, kinda a game, where you put together outfits and enter contests. When you buy an outfit, it's more so that if you see something you like that you want you click it to go the the clothing to buy from the actual website of the brand. So it doesn't have "trustworthiness" or anything because you're buying it from the brand. But styling stuff it really fun. And anyone can add clothes to it. Polyvore doesn't add it, the members do.
I ordered a Valentino necklace from Ssense and the same one from the actual Valentino website. I received the exact same product in the exact same packaging! The necklace at Ssense was 300 and at Valentino it was 595! Got a killer deal and a legit product! Since then I've shopped here many times with no issues!
I have not received a pair of Raf Simons that I ordered a week ago. I did not even receive a shipping confirmation email. Im waiting and waiting. I have even emailed them multiple times. I hope they will send my shoes. Im afraid they forgot about my order. Send ASAP. Thank you
I returned merchandise to them in a timely fashion and they are refusing my return because they claim that it wasn't returned in the original condition. Which is a blatant lie. A nice con way to steal my money. Do no recommend. Don't do business with them.
ssense.com is FAKE! Never buy any "designer" clothes on final sale!
I spent $40 on a discounted "Diesel" shirt for my boyfriend. Upon receiving it, it was made in China (always a dead giveaway of fakes, real Diesel is made in Italy) The material is very cheap, and after discovering there was no microstitch on the tag (all Diesel has a microstich) I got mad and decided to return it. But I forgot I bought it "Final Sale" which means I can't! So I gave them $40 of my money for a crappy, fake shirt.
I bought sneakers from SSENSE, which claimed to include taxes. However, I had to pay additional taxes upon receiving the package. Despite contacting customer service, I received no response.
My experience with SSENSE has been disappointing. Taxes were not as advertised, and customer service was unresponsive.
I bought a Chloe backpack and got it quicker than expected! No problems! Item is authentic and an awesome buy! $600 cheaper than a luxury store here in the states! Will buy again!
OK so I had an amazing experience with SSENSE. I ordered my package two days before I absolutely needed it (procrastination at its finest lol). SO i was super nervous to not get it on time... I got priority next day shipping but noticed there was a 2 day processing fee. I called them the morning after to inquire and they answered ALL my questions and confirmed that due to my location I should get the item in 24 hours. I followed up with them via email and they personally were updating me on the status of my shipment. AND I got it on time. The item I ordered (Off-White Belt) was in a box wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap so it was super secure. The belt itself is beautiful, had all of the tags still attached and was in mint condition. I REALLY recommend SSENSE and will 10% use them for online shopping in the future :)
I would never shop at this online store. Package for a 1,000 $ item never arrived. Customer service is terrible. You would expect a 5 star customer service from a store like this. I would recommend get your stuff from another more reputable store
This company ships out of canada their items get tied up in us customs. You will receive a duty charge that will end up costing you more than you could buy the item for in the states. They charge you the state sales tax then the import tax is on you when you receive the item.

Horrible service. Lack of communication. Sent two emails and didnt get a response to the first one period. Got the second response a week later. Took more than a week to process my product and told me one of my products was no longer available only AFTER they shipped. The email sent wasnt apologetic at all. Sent a third email telling them of my lack of satisfaction. Was offered a 10% code in the email but never actually got the code.
I bought a diesel leather jacket from them and it turn out that the jacket has so many leather defect marks on them. The material they used are cheap and light compare to the real Diesel leather jacket. The leather jacket is made in India. They said that this is a final sales item and cannot be return but they never mention on the product description page or anywhere on their website that this item is final sales.
Ordered a pair of sunglasses on Aug 3rd 2020... sent them back, they got them on Aug 17th (15 days)... I still dont have a Refund, its been 10 days... spoke to 3 horrible customer service reps... Its been a Month... never again!

Everythings great. Just that presentation of the product ( how its packed and how the condition of the product box was) wasnt there for the amount of money I invested in it. Gucci box was all beat up and almost looks like it has been returned before or something. Other than that, quick process and fast shipping.
I was surprised with the fast shipping and the great discounted item during the sales season. The shipping cost were more tha. N reasonable to have the item being shipped from Canada and the packaging was perfect
They literally cancelled my order one month after i ordered it. I ordered earrings on december 14th and waited a month for them to arrive. Within this month i sent various emails questioning the shipping status, as i had ordered my package with express shipping, to which they gave useless advice. At the end of this month, they cancelled my order saying it was sold out, when really, on the website, it says it is still in stock.

Terrible customer service! Do not buy from this site! They will not refund you for any returns. They will make any reason up to not refund you. They treat their customers very poorly, I will never shop from this site again.

Tried to order from this twice now and my orders were both cancelled each time. These items were for my son for Christmas and I was unable to get them for him. I have emailed them twice asking why my orders have been cancelled as I paid through Paypal and I have had no response from them as to why my orders have been cancelled. All in all very poor.

I was charged for the items bought and they still haven't been shipped. It's been a month and I cannot get a hold of their customer service to ask for a refund and no one will respond to my claim. They've disabled their phone lines due to high traffic and backordered.

I bought something from Yeezy Season 4 and it didn't fit me well, so I contacted customer service, and they helped me through the process. It honestly was a great experience and I'm glad that they got to me about an hour after I sent the request for a return. They continued onto providing me with a label for the box and the return went smooth.
