Despite the horrible negative comments I have read for 3 days, I still decided to give ssense a shot since only they have the shoes I want to buy with such a steal price. Anxiety starts hitting me after I started the order. The next day came, when I tracked the other, it was already there, at the front of my door. Excellent packaging, excellent quality and super fast, the best online order I have ever experienced before. Recommend you guys give them a chance.
Ordered an $800 designer belt and it arrived in nothing but a kitchen ziplock bag thrown into a battered cardboard shipping box. Contacted their customer service to complain and received an extremely rude, argumentative, and deflective reply saying they were doing it for environmental and sustainability purposes. You guys are full of BS if you think you can convince anyone your idea of environmental packaging is by using PLASTIC ziplock bags. Let's not try to act like there aren't thousands of brands who have adopted sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging options. You guys just want to cut corners and save a few bucks on packaging all the while blaming the designers "for how they shipped it to you" as if there aren't tons of other luxury outlets that offer their own in-house packaging (I can think of 5 just in Canada). Don't market yourselves as a luxury company when you offer such a terrible buying experience and horrific customer service.
I bought something there, they delivered me wrong item, I did return it and they never gave me my refund.
Truly disgusting customer service, the brands they currently carry will not allow them to sell their products for much longer with these services standards.
Don't trust the pricing, check the price on the brands website, you may we'll find a better deal.
Pray you don't have to deal with customer service as they are rude and offensive.
Keep track of any cards you have saved with them they may take money not linked to your order then not even apologize when challenged about it.
You'll pay for shipping and returns even when item arrives used or damaged
Avoid them and shop elsewhere

I had lots of doubts before ordering a speaker from them due to the bad reviews that they got recently.
Once after ordering the product i followed up with them everyday with the same query about my order status. Everytime they replied politely.Finally my order got shipped internationally and reached my country from canada to one of the asian country almost on estimated delivery time.
SSENSE is authentic and Not fake.
Not every customer who have received their products will post as good positive feedback like i do.
But every customer who faced issue will post a negative feedback.
So once you read a feedback please keep in mind only you are going through only feedbacks of people who have faced issues.

Zero. That's the number of items I have received from my order after a month. To top it off, I get an e mail saying one of the items in my order is not in stock…. Why was it "available" on the website then? Very disappointed with this very disorganized company. Will not be purchasing from here again. Shop far fetch instead, much more reliable

I haven’t received any products yet, order placed one month ago. The product I was looking forward to most is “no longer in stock” although it was advertised as in stock and I purchased it. A month ago.
Ordered saint Laurent glasses and they back ordered until 1-2 months after my order date. Never shipped it and now I'm gift less. Was a gift to my friend who's currently dying or cancer and now she won't have a gift. SMH!

I purchased an Essentials Fear of God crew neck. After the first cold water wash (no dryer) the lettering fell off. I contacted customer service, it took a week to get a human. Since the the tags were off the sweater (who keeps tags on when you wear and wash something?) and the sweater was washed, they will not give a refund or replacement. They offered me a 10% discount on a future purchase. I will not purchase here again, I'm out $130 for the sweater which was a xmas gift for my son. Horrible company, horrible customer service. BUYER BEWARE! Wish I could have given zero stars. So disappointed in this company.
I bought two Champion embroidered script tees (white and black) from the SSENSE website. It was confirmed as their legitimate site as I dealt with their customer service for the delayed shipping. The tees ended up being fake. The material quality was appalling and the logo on the sleeve disgust me. Didn't bother returning them as I am from overseas but I'm never going to buy anything from them ever again.
Package came broken and they refused to do anything about it, and i've ordered from them twice and both times were tiny items shipped in a huge box. Huge waste of a cardboard and plastic definitely not eco friendly and on top of that they take like a week or more to process orders.

I recently purchased a pair of boots for over 500 pounds and realised I had ordered the wrong size. I tried to contact the company to change the size or cancel the order straight away. I tired calling by phone, live chat, email and was unable to get this rectified until the item was dispatched. Not one person got back to me until over 4 days later and then I was informed by email that it was too late and they had been dispatched. Now I have to pay to return the item from the uk to Canada and I have no confidence in the company. This is the first time I have purchased anything on SSENSE and it will be the last. There is something very shady with this company and it makes me uncomfortable paying for expensive designer items from a company that is unable to provide simple customer service. Please be very careful and do not buy from here as I have learned the hard way.

This company is running a complete scam. Placed an order with Express shipping & never shipped. Their customer service lines are down, do not respond to emails and use bots with generic messages promising 24/7 service that is nonexistent. After weeks I finally had to file complaint with credit card and boy did they respond then! Please carefully review their *******@ssense where thousands of very angry customers have posted. The company has time to post & delete comments but not to fulfill orders or answer emails/phone lines. Beware!

Good luck getting your order. Out of 5 orders I placed with Ssense since July 2022 only one was processed on time. The rest took 6 to 12 days to get shipped. Their policy has never been updated (3 day processing time is absolutely misleading) and the only information ever available is generic responses from the customer service team or chat bot. I have been a customer since 2017 but considering not returning, as clearly Ssense does not value its customers.
Had big problems with DHL but ssense customer support was great and kept in contact/updated me when necessary. When deliveries have issues all you really want is to be heard, seen and reassured <3

I love shopping at ssense when they are having their sales. Usually shipping is very quick, there was a bit of an issue last Xmas but customer service was helpful in assuring me it would come in time and it did!
Best online purchase Ive ever made. Not only do they have an awesome selection of designers, I placed my order on Friday afternoon and received my package Saturday. The shipping was free as well. My new favorite joint.
When ordering an item you would expect it to be in stock. It took up until the day before my guiseppe zanotti trainers were meant to arrive for them to notify me that they suddenly ran out of stock. All they offered was a petty 10% discount. I am disappointed and outraged by such poor service.
The item I ordered did not fit me--and has been returned as directed. I shall see how quickly you credit my account. However, if all goes well--I am satisfied with your professional service and will definitely use your site again!
I ordered a swimsuit on my coffee break at work (a little retail therapy) and two days later was a sleek little box waiting for me. It came sooner than expected and wasnt over packed. Secure enough while still minimal. Might as well have walked out of a store with bag in hand!
I ordered 2 items but received only 1. I sent 96 million emails- no one bothers to reply so everyday I'd do live chat abs they'd give basic information say they'll investigate. A month later they say the shipping team sent it and end of complaint. Now I'm out of pocket of £137 and they don't care. Disgusting communication and assistance. I wish I never took the risk.

Placed an order with express delivery. It's akreadynine days since they haven't even sent the product. I contacted them through emails and online support and the same useless answers like "we will inform you where is the parcel, when our team informed us".
Asked for a refund at least for express shipping, which does not exist in fact, still no answer.

Placed two orders during their Black Friday sale. One went into the interweb somewhere, so I'm short already for Xmas gifts. Received an email 5 days later on the second order that they are swamped. Understandable. I have replied and asked where my order is - Christmas is 2 weeks away. Nothing. I have no idea if I'm going to get my gifts. It's going to be a bare tree of not.
I can't recommend Ssense highly enough, they have a wide range of excellent products, they're very reputable, the prices are great, and the free delivery takes only 4 days to arrive in Australia. I will definitely repurchase from Ssense.
I have multiple orders with them. 1 is three weeks old, my emails go unanswered by humans. I continually get sent through a system of automated bull$#*!. First experience with them and not good so far. Tomorrow I'm going to try to call. See what happens

Spent £355 with this company, Still haven't received my refund after two weeks, due to the sizing being much bigger than expected, baring in mind I paid £62 just to send them back!
