Despite the horrible negative comments I have read for 3 days, I still decided to give ssense a shot since only they have the shoes I want to buy with such a steal price. Anxiety starts hitting me after I started the order. The next day came, when I tracked the other, it was already there, at the front of my door. Excellent packaging, excellent quality and super fast, the best online order I have ever experienced before. Recommend you guys give them a chance.

“Awful buying experience and even worse Customer Service”

Ordered an $800 designer belt and it arrived in nothing but a kitchen ziplock bag thrown into a battered cardboard shipping box. Contacted their customer service to complain and received an extremely rude, argumentative, and deflective reply saying they were doing it for environmental and sustainability purposes. You guys are full of BS if you think you can convince anyone your idea of environmental packaging is by using PLASTIC ziplock bags. Let's not try to act like there aren't thousands of brands who have adopted sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging options. You guys just want to cut corners and save a few bucks on packaging all the while blaming the designers "for how they shipped it to you" as if there aren't tons of other luxury outlets that offer their own in-house packaging (I can think of 5 just in Canada). Don't market yourselves as a luxury company when you offer such a terrible buying experience and horrific customer service.

Avoid this place. Placed order and it's not shipped for 10 days and counting. Customer service tell stories every time like package is waiting for currier pickup..

When I browsed their website I noticed a huge range of products that interested me but I'd never used their site before so I only bought a pair of shoes for my first order just to test the waters. Although I made my order during peak Christmas rush I got it delivered to Melbourne Australia from Quebec in relatively good time. Now that I know theyre good to deal with I'll be using them to order the rest of the stuff I want.

I am am an overseas buyer, the Marsell shoe are quit expense, the help via email to the helpdesk enablement me to get the correct sizing as I had heard the shoe ran a bit on the large side. Very happy with result.

I bought Gucci sunglasses which are on sale for very good deal. Later I orderd same product from Gucci offical website. Compared both the glasses and SSENSE Gucci glasses are fake AF. They look total different from color, size an model wise. Anyhow I am returing the glasses now.

After being told my delivery would take 4 days I thought I was ordering in plentlyy of time for my boyfriends birthday. However the security process that I was unaware of took a week to get through before it was actually sent. Then it was sent laate and somehow ended up in america again on the day it was meant to arrive. They then had to resend it which took another 4 days and was 5 days after my boyfriends birthday.

I recently purchased a set of Maison Margiela rings from this company and they arrived several sizes too big — I was also generally unhappy with the quality. I returned the package asap and requested a refund for the product. The company denied my refund and reshipped to product to me despite multiple requests not to. They stated that I was ineligible for a refund because I opened the product. After a long chain of back and forth, I had to dispute the charge with my bank. I also returned the product to sender.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I tried ordering two pairs of balmain jeans from the site for the last two weeks we tried everything they told us make a new sense account, clear website with my bank, paypal, credit cards debit cards everything we could and every order would get cancelled. After i told myself i would try one last time i put in a order and it was of course cancelled but my money was not returned to my bank account like the previous cancelations. So now i am out $1,900 and didn't even get my christmas present. Great way to start off the new year. Thanks a lot for the great customer service ssense. Not. STAY AWAY!

I didnt enjoy online shopping at all because In the process I lost the items I initially wanted, I had to call them 3x a day for confusion that they couldnt get organized through themselves, I ordered express shipping somewhere within all the confusion that got changed in their system so it was nerve wrecking. Some of the staff were amazing and some of the customer service were extremely rude but overall the products are amazing!

I ordered clothes for 1200 Euros. The return cost me 50Euros (insurance covers 1000Eu in case of lost). Now the parcel did not arrive and I need to claim the money back which is a big chaos! If I am lucky, I will get 1k Eu back but will have to pay 200Eu myself! What‘s the point to shop at Ssense if your return policy is such a trouble for the customer?

I bought Givenchy sneakers on the 9th of June. By the time I recieved the order, it was mid june. I wore the shoes twice, for going out. Due to Corona and working from home I did not have too many occasions to wear the shoes for. The third time there was a tear on the top, where the tounge of the shoe is. I called and sent photos immediately. After no one getting me i called 10 days latter and was told it is due to wear and tear.
Horrible customer service. " Chloe" lied and said she was in Canada, which clearly was npt the case.
Please be careful if buying from them! If something goes wrong they do not care if you are not in Canada. I am a lawyer and will be contacting ACCC. I oblige everyone to take this option, as since their website services Australia, they are requried to obey Australian laws and regulations!

If you need to return something I can guarantee you with 100% confidence you will want to kill yourself. The whole customer experience is horrible. If you can buy the products you like elsewhere I would HIGHLY recommend you do so. SSENSE is awful to their customers.

Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your time unless you're 100% sure you won't return the items. Oh, it also took 18 days just to SHIP my items :)

Products used:
I bought 4 products - one was described incorrectly so didn't fit. One was an SSENSE Works piece and the quality was genuinely awful. The other was fine, I just didn't like it.

Horrendous experience! I purchased a Gucci Marmont Bag but i sent it back the next day after receiving it but to my disappointment you didn't even let me know that you already received it and did not accept the return. You did not email me the reason why you reject my return i only found out when i tracked my parcel where it says return back to UK sender. I want my money back and the money that i spent when i send the package! I feel that this is a scam! Please give my money back I alredy send the item! What a horrible experience!

I had my car broken into and got a pair of Giuseppe Zanottis stolen. So I decided to buy a new pair on ssense, because the pair I had is no longer available on Giuseppes website. They sent me a fake pair! I didn't say anything to them about them being fake because I just wanted to return them with no issues. I was extremely disappointed because I've heard good things. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from them, seems to be one big scam.

After having a bad initial experience that may have been triggered by faulty communication, I finally got news from Salvatore, Customer Service Agent at SSENSE handling my complaint that my refund was approved. I think it is only fair that I make everyone aware that while this process was taxing and draining, it had more to do with banking problems than SSENSE. All has been resolved and I totally appreciate the call directly from customer service this morning. Thank you SSENSE for keeping your word. #

I ordered some clothing items on Ssense. They charged an initial small amount on my credit card as a "security measure" & I was asked to "locate the charge & verify the transaction amount" first, before they can proceed with my order.
This is the first time I've encountered such rules for online shopping. It was difficult for me to call the bank to locate the charge. Ssense was totally inflexible about it.

I tried calling the Ssense customer service line many times, can NEVER EVER get through.
Overall, HORRIBLE & FRUSTRATING experience with Ssense - lousy service, payment method is made so inflexible & non-user friendly.
I DO NOT recommend online shopping here.

So shopbob had these pair of men golden goose sneakers selling them as ladies and they were gone. I saw them appear on ssense. They were $650 so expensive but I wanted them. I got them and you know what? They aren't comfortable. Not like my first pair i worn for years and I can't wear them without socks or I get a blister. I never was able to break them in. Then, I got another pair from intermix and they are like butter I live in them and I also got a pair high tops from intermix perfect. I just ordered another pair from shopbob. But, why is the one from ssense hard as a rock and never got comfy and this is why people pay for the shoe is because of the comfort. I just read the last review if she got a fake bag, then these shoes are 100% fake! I got conned. You guys are good you advertise off the real site, probably copy shopbob and intermix and you fooled me but my feet killed. I now know why and it sucks!

Look like treaky SCAM!

I tried to order 3 times but every time its appeared an error that my payment cant be proceed. I contact via chat support they told me to try to order from app. Okkkk... i tried it but it did not work... finally i understood that my credit card data was saved without my permition! And Support team told me that only one way to remove it is to delete my account! But i cant do it only them can do it... and its already 1 month since i waiting it and nothing! I trying to contact support but they only telling me that they need to consider something to look at something! Its violation of my privacy! Its look like real scam!
