The order from Canada arrived within three days to Germany without any problem and I found an item which sold out in Europe already (at least it seemed to be). Great!

Fast shipping two days from Canada to the us. Customer service was really nice and helpful. Item was as described. No fancy package as you would hope for buy items a lil cheaper then elsewhere.

I ordered boots, which unfortunately did not work for me. However, the return process was quick and painless. I would definitely shop with Ssense again!

Size was too big and did not receive a return refund as well so disappointed. Should consider the customers that shop from outside North America in the future

Ordered a pair of shoes half a size too big, just requested a return, SSENSE sent me a return shipping label instantly, dropped it off at the post office, got my refund in like 2 days. 10/10 would order from SSENSE again, now that I know how easy it is to deal with products if they don't fit.

The item my son wanted as a Christmas gift with very little notice to me, was fortunately available. Shipment and delivery was quick and arrived earlier than expected. He loves his jeans! Thank you.

Everything has been conducted within a short amount of time. Love how efficient Ssense is. And we only need to pay the national tax when doing a purchase which is great!

It took a little longer than usual due to the seasonal sale but you guys solved my situation and sent me a new ups label so I could complete the return.

SSense always provides me with very good service. Their product line is fantastic. On the rare occasion when I have had to return an item, the process is simple and quick.

Customer Service was able to help me out in regards to finding my right size as well as returning a Final Sale purchase item.

Please disregard all the negative reviews lol. They did get back to their customers, but it may takes some days depending on the urgency, as you also know they suddenly have like tons of complaints so they were super busy to solve those, I recommend that you guys don't just read review here, Read on SSENSE social media page and click on those negative comments and see those profile, most of them are shady fake profile. I'm glad that I gave them a go and I received my item in perfect condition :) They ship the next day after I placed the order even though it was weekend. Also I read that many orders got delayed in the past few weeks because Canada was on a strict lock down, which is understandable that they don't have enough man power. I think everything are back to normal now. Great website, great customer service, they way they reply my email was polite, pleasant, immaculate and very professional. Nina even went extra miles and provided extra information which is very useful in email. Great discount too. Just hope that they could offer free international shipping sometimes hahaha.

I have two credits card and both got rejected for "security reasons" while my friend have the same card from the company and have succefully complete the purchase. Then I have to get a brand new credit card for the purchase but still, the same result. I have reached for customer service but they basically CANNOT DO A SINGLE THING! Then they told me to use PayPal. Okay okay, still get rejected. They told me to verify the paypal account. Okay spent me half a month to do the PayPal verification. Lastly still get rejected. I don't know what did I do but it's seems that they don't like doing business with me.

I ordered a father's day gift for my husband on Ssense. After a week, I have finally received the package, but the warehouse sent a completely different item instead. I contacted the customer service right away, but the service person didn't even apologize for their mistake, only requested me to return for refund. According to FTC law, the unordered merchandise you can keep it, I don't have the obligation to return it, but clearly Ssense ignores the FTC law. I am a mom taking care of the baby myself, I don't have time planned for returning the item, plus Ssense ruined my father's day plan. With communicating with the agents back and forth, they only agreed to refund half of the money if I want to keep the unordered merchandise. It only cost $85 by the way, not an expensive merchandise. I finally ended up paying the package fee myself, taking extra time to the post office, in order to get my money back. My advice: never order from this website! They asks you to pay for their mistakes! You should change the brand name to Nonsense. I am going to report to FTC.

This is one of my new favorite sites! It is a bit adictive actually. You can create (drag-drop) your own outfits and choose from hundrets of fashion pieces. Make a collage and also drag in other favorite items such as nailpolish or bodylotion into the collage. They pretty much have every company to choose from. And if they don't have it, you can load up your own items. It is easy and fun. A real chick site! Try it!;-)
