Despite the horrible negative comments I have read for 3 days, I still decided to give ssense a shot since only they have the shoes I want to buy with such a steal price. Anxiety starts hitting me after I started the order. The next day came, when I tracked the other, it was already there, at the front of my door. Excellent packaging, excellent quality and super fast, the best online order I have ever experienced before. Recommend you guys give them a chance.
Ordered an $800 designer belt and it arrived in nothing but a kitchen ziplock bag thrown into a battered cardboard shipping box. Contacted their customer service to complain and received an extremely rude, argumentative, and deflective reply saying they were doing it for environmental and sustainability purposes. You guys are full of BS if you think you can convince anyone your idea of environmental packaging is by using PLASTIC ziplock bags. Let's not try to act like there aren't thousands of brands who have adopted sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging options. You guys just want to cut corners and save a few bucks on packaging all the while blaming the designers "for how they shipped it to you" as if there aren't tons of other luxury outlets that offer their own in-house packaging (I can think of 5 just in Canada). Don't market yourselves as a luxury company when you offer such a terrible buying experience and horrific customer service.
I purchased the Alexander McQueen skull bracelet for my daughter's birthday. It arrived in great condition and in a timely matter. My daughter will be so excited when she sees it!
Items become unavailable after purchase! Was notified after almost two weeks after order placed. There is no compensation given and forces customer to take it or leave it kind of deal!
I shipped back items and I waited 2 weeks to get a refund it's a shame

On top of it I received 2 VERSACE ITEM DEFECTIVE BRACELETS and now I have to ship them back and wait for a refund AGAIN for 2 weeks!

I order daughter sneakers for Christmas they never came I got confirmation they were lost from shipper a few days later but I still haven't received my refund a month later they said the process takes 3 weeks I've called several times with the same bs response so now I have to contact my bank for a refund will never shop this site again

I got shoes size wrong. I was worried about they can't return. After calling the costumer service, the service people were really nice. They tell me specific step of how to return and answered my questions.
I payed with a credit card for some Rick Owens sneakers. They took the money immediatly. After 2 working days they reached out via e-mail and told me that they took no more than 10$ for security measurements and i needed to reply them the exact ammount. I did that and then, after 3-4 days, i received a e-mail from them saying that the order was canceled because they "were unable to validate the information you have provided" and this can't be reversed. I am very dissapointed about that, i thought it was a serios site.
Absolutely awful company, who waste days going back and forth to not end up honouring your order. I purchased an item to send a birthday gift to my sister, so the delivery address was her address as she obviously doesn't live at the same address as me which is the billing address, they wasted days asking various security which were all answered correctly, for them to tell me they can send the item if the delivery address isn't the same as the billing address. I can't have it come to my billing as I'm out of town and so now the gift is extremely late and I have to go elsewhere to purchase it. My main issue is why did they spend days going back and forth asking one security question after the other when they can could have asked in one go, i would have provided all the information and saved us a week of going back and forth (mind you they're so slow to respond). No apologies for their incompetence, rather they tell me if it's a gift best to reorder and use PayPal in situations where the delivery address is different, how does that even make sense cause the billing address on PayPal is still the same address?

After i asked what is the issue i received the following response:

All orders go through our security measures and if they do not pass our security measures, we cancel the order.
Note that the pre-authorization on your card has been voided and that your bank may require additional time to reflect the change.
We suggest that you try replacing your order with a different payment method. However, if you do place new orders with different payment methods and your orders keep getting cancelled due to our security measures then unfortunately at this time there is nothing we can do to assist you."

Nothing good to say at all. I placed an order for a very expensive pair of sandals for my wife for an up coming trip. The order was placed more than 3 weeks before our departure and the sandals were in stock at that time. 15 days after placing the order and absolutely no communication from Ssense I go online and chat with a customer service representative who told me that I would receive an email the next day with the tracking information. Of course the next day their is no email so I get back on a chat and then am informed that the item is not in stock any longer, of course not now 16 days after the order was placed. I called customer service and after 18 minutes on hold…get cut off. I call back and 20 minutes later wasted more time trying to educate the uneducable about customer service. Needless to say. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY SHOPPING AT SSENSE

SSENSE couldn't even get the right sizing of their inventory on the website. I had ordered the CDG Play converse in the women's section in a size 6, IT 36. Any individual with a brain would have thought that a women's size 6 would be delivered to their house. But to my surprise, a men's size 6 came in... Then I had contacted customer service with my issue and they did not even apologize for their misleading advertising. SSENSE if you're going to sell something, at least get the sizing right FROM THE FIRST DAY that you put it on the site. So disappointing. All customer service could say that it is their standard site/sizing dropdown menu... The worst customer service. Will never shop at SSENSE again. I'm just happy that I got a refund. The shipping was good, thanks to Canada Post.
Received within timeframe, fast service and the quality of product was great, the only thing needs to improve is the DHL pickup service in Crows Nest, a filthy convenience store where I was asked to find my own parcel from the floor.
This past holiday season, I placed multiple orders on SSense. Unfortunately, SSense had to inform me multiple times that some of the products that I had placed orders for were actually out of stock. While I can understand this happening once or twice due to human error when it comes to thinking you have only 1 product left in stock (when in reality it's no where to be found), I did not appreciate this happening to me multiple times. When this first happened, SSense did not immediately offer me anything in terms of a discount code to use on my next order or a offer to take a discount off my current order... I had to ask for a code instead. I'm sorry, but if you screw up as the company, you should immediately try to resolve the situation or offer your customers something in return. What I was offered was a lousy 10% off code. 10%? Really? And it was for 1 item, not 10% off an order, AND IT HAD AN EXPIRATION DATE associated with it. Overall, there just didn't seem to be a focus on the customer in this entire situation. When this same issue happened a second time and then a third time, a representative should have reached out by phone to apologize and try to remedy the situation. Do you know how frustrating it is to think you're going to receive something you've ordered to find out that it's no longer available... and for that to happen to you multiple times? Sounds like SSense could use a better inventory tracker. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth.

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU LIVE IN THE US. My order was held up a month in customs, and then I was charged an additional $100 ( for which I had to write the postman a check) before I could receive my item. When I called the company for help I was offered a discount on a future purchase. Since I will not be buying anything else from them, this was NO HELP AT ALL!
Love the range of brands at SSENSE. The delivery was SUPER fast. My only complaint is that the shoes I bought were very very very small for their size (and non-returnable). I would have expected that to be noted in the description on the SSENSE website.

Paid express order hasn't been shipped they created the shipping label and that was it. It's been 2 months and no updates, customer care team non existent cannot get though to anybody except a bot SCAMMMMMMM
SSense has excellent customer service that replied within a matter of minutes to a support ticket. International shipping only took 3 workdays as well. Definitely recommended!
