Despite the horrible negative comments I have read for 3 days, I still decided to give ssense a shot since only they have the shoes I want to buy with such a steal price. Anxiety starts hitting me after I started the order. The next day came, when I tracked the other, it was already there, at the front of my door. Excellent packaging, excellent quality and super fast, the best online order I have ever experienced before. Recommend you guys give them a chance.

“Awful buying experience and even worse Customer Service”

Ordered an $800 designer belt and it arrived in nothing but a kitchen ziplock bag thrown into a battered cardboard shipping box. Contacted their customer service to complain and received an extremely rude, argumentative, and deflective reply saying they were doing it for environmental and sustainability purposes. You guys are full of BS if you think you can convince anyone your idea of environmental packaging is by using PLASTIC ziplock bags. Let's not try to act like there aren't thousands of brands who have adopted sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging options. You guys just want to cut corners and save a few bucks on packaging all the while blaming the designers "for how they shipped it to you" as if there aren't tons of other luxury outlets that offer their own in-house packaging (I can think of 5 just in Canada). Don't market yourselves as a luxury company when you offer such a terrible buying experience and horrific customer service.

I shopped at SSENSE for the past 10 years and had a great experience. About a week ago I made purchase and received a shipping confirmation within a few hours. Then the item never left the warehouse. Few days later I called customer service and was assured that they would intervene to immediately release the item to UPS. The day after item was still not moving. I called again and got a run around from the customer service rep. A after much back and forth he said he would cancel the purchase and provide refund, which did not happen. So I reached out to online support and received an apology, refund, discount for the next purchase, and a promise of future expedited shipping. So I decided to repurchase the item as there was a last one remaining in stock, while online with the rep who confirmed discount and expedited shipping were applied. Two days later the item was still showing as processing and has not even been shipped. So I reached out to online support and cancelled the order. It's ok if you accidentally screw up and try to fix the issue, but screw up on a redo is unacceptable. I am officially no longer shopping here. O Canada you are O so Incompetent.

Tip for consumers:
They used to be a great and reliable company. Judging by the reviews and last personal experience they have gone down hill. I would not recommend shopping here.

It took around 2 weeks for the delivery which I never experienced and it was not a door to door delivery that I have to go to postal office to collect. If this is a free shipping, I think it's reasonable but it cost me around USD20, I don't think it is fine for me.

BUYER BEWARE! What a NIGHTMARE it is dealing with this company. I will never order anything online from them again. I had ordered a pair of jeans for my husband, they werent quite right on him so I asked for a return label and instructions. NO ANSWER. This went on and on and on, I even contacted PayPal to make an inquiry. I FINALLY received an email from Ssense apologizing profusely and promised they would be sending another email with the Return Label and return instructions. NOPE! Never came. It has been over a week since that email. I emailed several times. No response. Im DONE with this company.

So i ordered a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes (shipping is free) and i got them in less than 24 HOURS! Since i am from Ontario the shipping is quick because it is near Montreal. Excellent first experience and will most DEFINITELY buy off them again. THIS IS A LEGIT WEBSITE. INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I place an order for about $2000 and not only was it on hold for nearly a month, they never notified me why until I called SSENSE customer service after
The first 2 weeks and they told me one item was out of stock. They still took 2 additional weeks to send me the rest of my things after I called SEVERAL times and I would just be put on hold. Absolutely ridiculous

If I could give a ZERO as a review, I would! My husband and I have been loyal customers for a few years now. They're a great company, until recently where we had two horrible experiences. Still to this day, either of those issues have been handled! First off, I ordered a handbag from them back in December, as a gift to myself for Christmas. It was shipped, but never received it. Apparently USPS sent it back but Ssense claims it was never received on their end. Basically, I'm paying for something I don't have in my possession. Which I think is unfair and ridiculous. Second, my husband also bought me a handbag as a gift for my birthday. This time, he received the wrong item. He received 5 shirts!? He complained, and until now, it hasn't been resolved! It frustrates me that we cannot speak to an actual person but rather through live chats or emails! They have not much to say but only sympathize! I don't need sympathy, I need answers and for these issues to be resolved. I loved shopping with them for years but now, I no longer want to shop with them. Smh

STAY AWAY! LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE! SO MANY OTHER OPTIONS OUT THERE!

I have been doing business with ssense for years and now it's pure garbage! They sent me a defective product, won't answer the phones-no matter what number you call, I have a direct line-and wont respond to emails, but I'm one of their "highly-valued" clients. So many other places, not worth the headache and the feeling of being scammed for saving a couple of bucks.

They got the return on 19 Jan 2021 and said to refund in 5 working days; after that, no response from CS at all then here I am and push me to open case on PayPal and write another 1-star review. They brought me a lot of troubles, esp during pandemic and wasted me a lot of time.

I wanna know how many days I have to leave 1 star until they will finally refund me
SSENSE really deserve this. I can't understand why they are calling ssense when what they do doesn't make any senses!

This is a terrible company with zero customer service. I ordered in Dec. And emailed customer service several times for an update and just get a generic reply. Have to do a charge back on my order.

Placed order in December, After 2 weeks of no updates or notification from them, enquired if my order is being processed. Got a reply, there is a high volume of orders and they cannot prioritise my order. No timeframe was given. Waited another 2 weeks. They finally shipped my items a month after the order was placed.
Realised they have removed one of my items I ordered. The item they removed was the main reason I made the purchase. I added other items as the shipping cost was the same. They did not even notify me of removing the item prior to shipping. They still charged the same shipping fees. The other items I ordered are not even half the value of the removed item.
Since it is already processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled. They know international customers will not return the item once we receive it as it is too much of a hassle to organise the refund.
Even small retailers selling cheap goods notify the customers of their delay and items missing. This is not the service you would expect from a high-end retailer.
Very disappointed and I will never buy from them again.

Ssense cancelled my order a week later after I purchased off their site and they withdrew money from my account. After going back and forth with them for a week they requested I reviewed their support and I told them I would submit a review once my order had been posted and received
They then stated "We have tried everything we could do to process your order, but we were unable to validate the information your have provided." And a few days later the shoe size that I ordered and paid a lot of money for was out of stock.
I have emailed them 3 times asking questions and they are yet to respond.
WARNING- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

I absolutely love polyvore.
I use it on a group account and a personal. Its so much fun and mostly everyone is really nice. Some of my friends from school cant text or email me, so the messaging and commenting is a really good easy way to communicate to all your followers. Having 'followers' makes you feel like youre getting a lot of progress on your set quality and its really fun to get a message from an excited new user saying "thanks for the follow/likes!" although it is difficult for people to see your account, making groups and inviting friends to join it (they tell their friends too!) helps, and so does submitting sets to groups. So much fun and very addicting. You can get it on almost anything for the app and site goes for safari too. Its a free app and i use it on both app and site. This place need a major make over purchase some item on the 10th of December was told I would get my items from Christmas. Christmas past I got a excuses and was told 1st of January. 2nd week in January I was only given a refund. When I made my purchase sizes where still in stock even the next day. Spoke to a David M he is the worst customer service agent work for this place. I honestly wouldn't recommen people todo business with this place. Hence why its a 3.7star and not 5star. I bet my bottom dollar its customer service

I ordered shoes from SSENSE. First they had my shipping and billing address incorrect, but upon delivery, they sent two packages, one with my name and one with someone else's name but with my address (the address was incomplete, mind you so I'm lucky they arrived at all).

The driver was sent away with *******@wrong name" package, only to return today insisting that SENSE told him to deliver it to me. After some hesitance, my roommate acquiesced and signed for this package.

Later this evening, the driver texted me saying SENSE had directed him to return and retrieve this package.

Given this example of oure incompetence, and unscrupulous mismanagement on the part of SSENSE, I will not be a repeat customer.

I would never suggest anyone purchase any item through SSENSE. If you are like me, regular consumer of high end, designer merchandise, steer clear of SSENSE.

I purchased a pair of converse cdg in size 7 (women 37eu) but ssense sent me a size 9 for man. So i shipped back the item the fees where 38 to ship it back and they are not refunded tho. And morrover i called ssense to know more about this problem and the lady said that there wasn't converse x cdg anymore in there wharehouse wheras the product is still on the website in all size.
It was for a gift and i'm not happy with my experience won't buy again on ssense

I see these great shoes, they are listed on Polyvore, they come to my email as ads and advertising on websites all the time. They hardly ever have my size, 10. A total waste of time.
