Despite the horrible negative comments I have read for 3 days, I still decided to give ssense a shot since only they have the shoes I want to buy with such a steal price. Anxiety starts hitting me after I started the order. The next day came, when I tracked the other, it was already there, at the front of my door. Excellent packaging, excellent quality and super fast, the best online order I have ever experienced before. Recommend you guys give them a chance.
Ordered an $800 designer belt and it arrived in nothing but a kitchen ziplock bag thrown into a battered cardboard shipping box. Contacted their customer service to complain and received an extremely rude, argumentative, and deflective reply saying they were doing it for environmental and sustainability purposes. You guys are full of BS if you think you can convince anyone your idea of environmental packaging is by using PLASTIC ziplock bags. Let's not try to act like there aren't thousands of brands who have adopted sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging options. You guys just want to cut corners and save a few bucks on packaging all the while blaming the designers "for how they shipped it to you" as if there aren't tons of other luxury outlets that offer their own in-house packaging (I can think of 5 just in Canada). Don't market yourselves as a luxury company when you offer such a terrible buying experience and horrific customer service.
I bought a pair of balmains they were used, And the Zipper fell off the first time i wore them, and site said NO RETURNS, i paid 470$ they were originally 1600, disappointed with this purchase it was my own birthday gift, be careful of this site i read everyone's reviews and still put trust in them
I paid priority shipping and items took 5 business days to arrive (if they even arrive on Monday). I called in to ensure I would receive by Friday and I was told yes. Not impressed
My offwhite shoes came that I ordered from ssense and the laces were dirty, I called them & they told me to send pictures & I haven't heard from them since, I Definitely won't be ever ordering from them again.
SSENSE online live chat customer service is now atrocious, if you ever get someone called Mylene+Nyjah just end the conversation and start the live again to get someone else to help you. They make you wait over 20 minutes for a response, and by the time they reply. They don't even read your message properly and just copy and paste a responses over and over again with 20 min wait times in between. Mylene was calling me an abuser, when I never said anything rude, not once. I only contact live chat because i was simply was trying to make an enquiry about a price adjustment of a particular item. Customer service is utterly disgusting now, they have zero care for your enquiries and don't even bother to try help you in the slightest. I've been shopping here for years, and the one awesome person that always helped me doesn't work there anymore,

I was very pleased with how quickly my items were shipped and appreciated how I could amend the delivery details through DHL. I would definitely order from Ssense again in the future.
You can snag a good deal from Ssense however if your buying from UK or Europe the following should be taken under consideration: On the website they do inform that import duty/tax may have to be paid what they do not inform you about or educate their customer services about is that the items could be held for anything up to 1 month or more in a central hub until the local revenue customs agents have checked the goods, and then calculated from the shipping invoice what duty has to be paid, if there is a huge back log of items they have to check there is nothing to be done until the all clear is given and your sorting office has written to you to inform you about the duty to be paid before arranging delivery.
So if your ordering an item for a gift for some one or your self unless your prepared to do the ground work and wait up to a month, do not order from this company.
Customer services do not know anything they cannot even answer a simple question of what agent their local shippers/courier use in your country to receive information.
There are other sites whom use DHL, UPS etc for delivery either local or international where at least you no your items will be with you a lot quicker than Ssense.
Would I use them again or recommend them no its just not worth the hassel.
My Ssense invoice was £297, with an additional import UK duty of £59.70p..

Customer service advised me that item ordered had small defects before the shipping. They even sent me some pictures of the defect and offered me a small discount.

I bought a PRADA iPhone case. I paid $250.00 yes shame on me. The case is shredding after having it for 4 months and I take very very good care of my things. I went directly to PRADA in NYC Who then told meThat they can't verify that it's authentic from the paperwork that I showed them. I then contacted ssense and they did not help me at all. They basically told me I'm screwed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE FAKE PRODUCTS!
Ordered some clothes as they released, no issues carting and paying for the product (you know how bots be on drop days). Clothes came 2 days in the mail, no shipping cost. Couldn't be more satisfied
Do not order from ssense if you receive an incorrect size cost $40.00 to ship it back ssense will not pay additional customs fees, required by seller, items is then returned to you another $40.00 and it sits in customs waiting for ssense to pay customs fees IT'S BEEN 2 MONTHS NOW, NO REFUND! AWEFUL EXPERIENCE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

I placed my order on Nov 28, it has been a week and my order is just BEARLY received. They asked me to confirm the amount and I did. The order change to processing and BACK TO RECEIVED AGAIN. I tried to call the customer care, and apparently, they do not have one. It is like all the representatives are BUSY FOREVER. I had been on the phone waiting for more than 20 mins MULTIPLE TIMES.
