Despite the horrible negative comments I have read for 3 days, I still decided to give ssense a shot since only they have the shoes I want to buy with such a steal price. Anxiety starts hitting me after I started the order. The next day came, when I tracked the other, it was already there, at the front of my door. Excellent packaging, excellent quality and super fast, the best online order I have ever experienced before. Recommend you guys give them a chance.
Ordered an $800 designer belt and it arrived in nothing but a kitchen ziplock bag thrown into a battered cardboard shipping box. Contacted their customer service to complain and received an extremely rude, argumentative, and deflective reply saying they were doing it for environmental and sustainability purposes. You guys are full of BS if you think you can convince anyone your idea of environmental packaging is by using PLASTIC ziplock bags. Let's not try to act like there aren't thousands of brands who have adopted sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging options. You guys just want to cut corners and save a few bucks on packaging all the while blaming the designers "for how they shipped it to you" as if there aren't tons of other luxury outlets that offer their own in-house packaging (I can think of 5 just in Canada). Don't market yourselves as a luxury company when you offer such a terrible buying experience and horrific customer service.
Purchased a Thom Browne tie which came with defects. Contacted customer support who in turn replied with a 10% discount as a courtesy.
Told them that their offer was a bad joke, to which they said I should take that 10% to use at a tailor to fix the tie.
Are you for real? How do you guys have any business in this day and age? Mr. Porter, END, every other online retailer in this space has CS far superior to yours.
Get it together SSENSE. Or don't, I'm staying the hell away in the future.

Do not order from SSENSE if you plan on making a return. I have bought many things from this site never having an issue until there was an item that didn't fit me. They claimed that my package got lost and was never received by the warehouse even though I provide via my tracking number it did. After over a month of fighting with them for my refund they finally did. I've read some other reviews that talked about the same issue. Order but be cautious when it comes to returning an expensive item they will claim it's lost.
Do NOT shop here. They used to be amazing—they had real customer care and actually had quality control. The company has grown and unfortunately they have failed in almost every aspect. Items are no longer of expected quality… beat up, damaged or just plain missing! I used to spend $10-20k a year with SSense and now I'm done.

Ordered some Versace sneakers, box was in good shape, as well as my shoes. They also came with an authenticity card that had a code on it to look the product online to verify if they're real. But I could tell by the quality of the leather. I'm comfortable with buying from the again and would recommend anyone who was considering it.
Horrible experience 3 times ordering from them you order they send u small deposits you know nothing about won't email you to say call n verify your payment before items get shipped customer service doesn't care at all about complaints on defective items don't bother emailing them bout issues
After paying extra for priority shipping, I waited an entire month for another update. I had emailed about my order and about a week later they finally responded. They gave me 10% off my next purchase and said they are too busy to get orders out on time. I got an email a few days later saying my items were cancelled to "speed up the order process". Wtf does that even mean! Don't buy from this place, save your money and time- just go somewhere else.

This used to be my go-to site for designer clothes. I spend anywhere from $10-20k a year on their site, and have for the past 6-7 years. Their customer service was always immediately reachable, shipping fast, returns easy.
Fast forward to Spring 2022 to present. There is now NO customer service at all. They've done away with a telephone number to contact them, as well as live chat. If you email, it takes 2 weeks to get a reply. Shipping now takes FOUR WEEKS at minimum. I placed an order 32 days ago and it has still not shipped. What happened to this site? Shame.
My order was delay for almost 2 weeks. I called the customer service line as they were very knowledgeable, supportive by providing me the reasons and advised when I should be getting an email that my item being shipped. They also offered 10% discount for inconvenience. Thank you!
I stumbled upon this site while searching for a sold out pair of Gucci slides and was thrilled to find them on here. The price was great and there were no additional duties. The order shipped very fast and received it within a couple days. Will shop again!
Not sure what's happened to this company, they used to be great but things have changed drastically in the last few months. Placed an order Dec 13. Order contained Christmas gifts. It's 2 days AFTER Christmas and my order hasn't even shipped yet. Multiple emails to customer service have been completely fruitless. Each time a different customer service clerk answers your email with a pre-set, standardized respond that bares no relevant information and no projected ship date. And none of these agents actually work for Ssense, it's obviously an outsourced service that barely understands what Ssense actually is. This is the 3rd time in the last few months that orders take forever to ship, on one occasion my order actually was cancelled by Ssense two weeks after I placed it. Completely unacceptable and very frustrating!
Placed an order with them. Delivery time got delayed by over a week even though they advertised two day shipping. I told them I would be out of country so please cancel my order. Instead they shipped it after that conversation. Lo and behold, when I got back there was no package for me. Reached out to their customer service, which was beyond terrible. They had no notes to the file from our previous conversation, and each new rep would need to be explained the situation all over again. They claimed to escalate my request for refund, but of course denied it via email.

Ordered an item on a Monday for express delivery (2 days as stated on the website)... come wednesday after two days of hassle verifying my credit card details (which are identical to my shipping details)... the order was cancelled without me being asked. Now I'm expected to order again but only using a different payment method (I don't know about you but I only have one credit card) then wait 3-4 days for payment verification (which I have to do by confirming a small initial amount charged I must verify with my bank), "0-2" days for processing, followed by "2-4" days for shipping...
I've ordered from Ssense many times before but I never will again. Pathetic customer service for a company selling $1,000 t-shirts.

First company without giving the choice charged stiff fee for 2-3 days express delivery. After a week I reached to customer services with no avail. Another week passed buy and no news. I wrote again. No answer. Only after I filed complaint to my credit card, I got an email that the item was not available. Return will be issued in 3-5 day. So here is the result - no item, waste of time and energy. No more shopping at the site!
Very bad customers service, wanted to place order and it's showing something went wrong please try again later. Keeps getting same messages all the time. Contacting customer service numerous times and they were mostly unhelpful. Very annoying people with no way of helping customers. It's better to take your business elsewhere.

I placed an order 20 days ago thinking I had plenty of time to receive for Christmas. Bit no - still not shipped! No one to contact, emails returned unsent. Just generic, unhelpful bot responses. I used to love ordering from SSENSE but will never again. Beware!
Purchased a bathrobe for over $180.00 USD and it arrives falling apart. Requested replacement or refund. They spun me over and over with their "customer care" via email for weeks. Sent receipt, sent 8 photos, (one below you will see pulls like this all over the robe), answered queries ie., no one wore it or washed it this is straight out of the box.
They practiced immoral and unethical ways with me and have essentially committed false advertising and fraud and thievery. Rotten people. Lousy product. Big rip off.
My experience was nothing less than perfect. I am very happy with both the service provided and a wonderful shipment process. I wish customs was factored in, but that's because they declare value at retail and are in Canada. Otherwise 10/10
They took the order and debit from the account, and couple days later got an email said the order was cancelled!? Very bad service either online or/ phone with the representative! Worst experience EVER! Didn't want to gives star but must at least pick one :(

I had a complicated international order. The sales rep I worked with was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what I've ever experienced with any retail store. I'm hard to impress, but their customer service was truly unmatched. Love SSENSE!
I ordered a pair of the black camo rock stud Valentino's to Liverpool UK. I thought they would take over a week to come at least since they was travelling from Canada. Within 2 days I had them on my doorstep! Fantastic and quick delivery even though it was international shipping. Would highly recommend!
They closed their phone lines and emails are not being responded to! Their chat service is a joke! I waited 40 minutes in que and I got disconnected when there were 5 people ahead of me!
They have a 30 day return policy but my account indicates the item I bought three weeks ago is no longer eligible for a return!
Placed an order for multiple shoes, almost the entire order was cancelled due to stock issues, fine. The two shoes that did arrive literally had holes in the outside box and each shoe box. I emailed about this with photos. They then email me back asking for way more photos, serial numbers and all kinds of stuff AFTER I already provided everything. They tried to fix this by giving me a 15% off coupon. I used the coupon and they cancelled two shoes from that order. No apology email, no trying to fix it. Nothing. I will never order from here again. They can't get their act together and don't even try. Screw them.

Ordered on December 14th in plenty of time for Christmas. An extremely small bag for 394.00 for my daughter. Received order confirmation. But then NOTHING. Nothing saying we can't ship. We are behind. Sorry for delay. No tracking. NOTHING. When I reach out they give canned replies. Order FINALLY showed up After the new year. They still have nothing to say except - basically- sorry it is late but glad it arrived. WHAT? What a joke! What a scam. I NEVER leave bad reviews, but this is too much. Oh, when I did get tracking after many complaints it was a false shipping number. And when I questioned it they said nothing.
