Despite the horrible negative comments I have read for 3 days, I still decided to give ssense a shot since only they have the shoes I want to buy with such a steal price. Anxiety starts hitting me after I started the order. The next day came, when I tracked the other, it was already there, at the front of my door. Excellent packaging, excellent quality and super fast, the best online order I have ever experienced before. Recommend you guys give them a chance.
Ordered an $800 designer belt and it arrived in nothing but a kitchen ziplock bag thrown into a battered cardboard shipping box. Contacted their customer service to complain and received an extremely rude, argumentative, and deflective reply saying they were doing it for environmental and sustainability purposes. You guys are full of BS if you think you can convince anyone your idea of environmental packaging is by using PLASTIC ziplock bags. Let's not try to act like there aren't thousands of brands who have adopted sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging options. You guys just want to cut corners and save a few bucks on packaging all the while blaming the designers "for how they shipped it to you" as if there aren't tons of other luxury outlets that offer their own in-house packaging (I can think of 5 just in Canada). Don't market yourselves as a luxury company when you offer such a terrible buying experience and horrific customer service.
Shipping was so quick and fast, said 2 two days but actually 1 day. Love this store. Have lots of crazy sales and good varieties of brands

I like the selection of brands, the prices are good, and I love buying from a Canadian company (I am a Canadian living in NYC). The items arrive fast and returns are easy.
I like the wide range of product of Ssense, but the delivery is quite slow, espceially for me living in Macau. Canada post is probably quick within canada, but outside Canada it s really. Slow =[
I would suggest using Dhl / Fedex / Ups for international delivery. I am sure there is a lot of international customer on Ssense. The bad thing about canada post is since its not available in Macau (and many other coutries), it only delivers to the post office so I have to go and pick it up. As with many other online shoping site, they mostly use dhl / fedex / ups so they do deliver it to my home instead of me picking it up at the post office. Thats a weak point of Ssense compare to other shopping sites. Online shopping is for lazy people. Lazy people like us really dont wanna go to the post office to pick up our parcel =[
The good thing about Ssense is there is abundant stock of the products and the styles are very updated.
This is my first experience with Ssense, looking forward to an improvmemt in the delivery.
Expedited shipping was great - chose ssense because I could also return quickly for free - which I ended up not having to do because the item fit!
Not much to say. They used DHL so it was very clear cut. Products arrived in 4 business days Canada to Australia. Pretty happy about it.

Their website uses inaccurate and blatantly wrong colour descriptions for products. This is misleading and unfair to customers.
