Despite the horrible negative comments I have read for 3 days, I still decided to give ssense a shot since only they have the shoes I want to buy with such a steal price. Anxiety starts hitting me after I started the order. The next day came, when I tracked the other, it was already there, at the front of my door. Excellent packaging, excellent quality and super fast, the best online order I have ever experienced before. Recommend you guys give them a chance.
Ordered an $800 designer belt and it arrived in nothing but a kitchen ziplock bag thrown into a battered cardboard shipping box. Contacted their customer service to complain and received an extremely rude, argumentative, and deflective reply saying they were doing it for environmental and sustainability purposes. You guys are full of BS if you think you can convince anyone your idea of environmental packaging is by using PLASTIC ziplock bags. Let's not try to act like there aren't thousands of brands who have adopted sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging options. You guys just want to cut corners and save a few bucks on packaging all the while blaming the designers "for how they shipped it to you" as if there aren't tons of other luxury outlets that offer their own in-house packaging (I can think of 5 just in Canada). Don't market yourselves as a luxury company when you offer such a terrible buying experience and horrific customer service.
Purchase made Dec 23rd- Robot answers all questions cannot speak to someone. Paid $650 for shoes and DHL number does not come up with any details. Do Not purchase from this website it needs to be reported and shut down.

The shipping is not as promised 3 days, they use Canada post 3 days (not even business days according to their description) However, it took a whole week time to be delivered. And when I called them to return the order, they refused my request and got denied. Worst customer service ever! So do not buy anything from them, just get the luxury items from italian e-commerce retailers, Farfetch, luisaviaroma, they offer much better customer service, provide faster shipping with no extra duties fee occurred as promised.
My bad I did not read reviews as this was my second time ordering at this site. I was confident I even paid express shipping just to get the item before christmas. Long story short, been lied by fed ex about the package whereabouts, every agent that I speak was trying to get rid of my call. My item was "DELIVERED" and signed by someone I didnt recognize, so do I have to be okay with that? Who is really liable? You robbed me my hard earned 593$! I want my money back!

Worst customer service I've received from a so-called "luxury goods seller". There is nothing luxury about this company, especially the customer service. I've had a huge problem with my order that was not resolved and instead of getting into what happened, I'd just like to let others know to take their business and money elsewhere. The regular customer service rep went back and forth with the supervisor relaying messages for me when he could've just directly transferred me to the supervisor like I asked when I initially made my call. After an hour I finally got hold of a supervisor who did nothing but apologize and repeat the same thing over and over again. I could get a Neiman Marcus supervisor faster on the line than I could with these people, total JOKE. Their customer service reps all sound like they are working from bed... I don't know who trains or hires these people. I don't even know why I'm so surprised, the rest of these reviews are just as bad!
I have gotten 2 orders from ssense and I haven't had any problems with it. Authentic shoes and fast shipping. I have never had to return anything so I can't say if their returns are great, but I know that they are definitely not a scam website.

Based on other reviews the return policy seems to be questionable. This was not my first time purchasing Air Force 1 shoes so I already knew my size and I would recommend trying on something with the same sizing so that you it will fit you.

Received m order promptly and in perfect condition. The price was excellent. I had to call service when ordering and got assistance right away. I would have no qualms about ordering again from SSENSE.
This website has shown complete disregard for a tight-knit creative community in a matter of hours. No official announcement was released by the company beforehand. Change the name or change the layout... i couldnt care less. But ive just wasted a good 1/3 of my life making art that no longer exists. 20 sets and collections id drafted - all down the drain. This was literally my only source of creative freedom and i was extremely proud of my archive. We're ALL pissed off and that speaks volumes about how influential polyvore was.
That's about it. It's just awful.
I've ordered a bday gift for myself, requested express shipping
3 days after my order was cancelled flat. And i've received an email that the item was no longer in stock.
And that's about it. Unreliable, irresponsible poor service. It's better to pay couple blundered extra than to order from this nightmare. Completely spoiled my birthday.

An investigation was never initiated. Customer service promised a refund. Unfortunately this never happened. Due to the constantly changing customer service, I had to start over and over again with my request. 445 € are simply gone.
Absolutely awful. After my package being lost they didn't even offer anything instead they just kept saying it is your fault you enter the wrong address. I end it up paying $900 for something I never received and this people at Sense didn't even offer anything. Just horrible that's not the way to treat your customers.
I haven't got any solution from this web like nothing zero. They just took the money for package that was stolen. At least offer something or come up with solution but NO nothing. I never experienced such a poor service where they don't care.

Customer service is poor and it appears all of the staff is working from home. Several reps seem distracted and do not want to do their job. If you ask to speak to a manager they tell you that they don't have managers. I was also told that I can tell the customer service rep/security my complaint and they would forward my complaint. This online store is a joke and they make you jump through several hoops to be refund. Will not be shopping here again. There is a reason Nordstrom is still in business.

Please please never ever think of buying from this website. They have the worst customer service ever! I ordered from them a bag worth 2000$ and the way i received is like i received a cheap bag in a disgusting box + have minor scratches! I texted them to complain, nobody got back to me even. They also dont offer free return for international orders, i had to pay 200 $ for a return.

Terrible, terrible website. Awful, almost non-existent customer service, totally inept representatives. Phone lines disconnected. Placed an order on NOvember 30,2022, it was on "hold" for two weeks then they told me the item was sold out. Placed another order, they shipped it without paying duty charges passing over charges on me. I refused to pay, and the package is seemingly lost on its way back to Canada. Then placed a third order, three weeks later is was not even dispatched. This place is a joke, even Bloomingdales works like a clock these days.
Bought an item and it looks so cheap and tacky. A 2 year old in crafts could do a better job. Their returns policy is not designed for customers. Their customer service function is useless, great at providing the illusion of a good service. Don't be fooled. At this point I'm better off reselling on eBay rather than returning this item.

I sent them a direct message on here as they asked me to do that they could follow up with my previous review and they did not respond. It seems like they just send those to make people who come here think the issue has been resolved but it has not. Do not make the same mistake I did... do not shop here it is an incredibly frustrating waste of time only to have order cancelled 6 different times. Ssense has the slowest shipping it took over 2 weeks since the expected delivery date. Then after customs they still didn't deliver it and it sat at my post office and ended up getting items stolen. It says exactly what is in the box and the price (even more than the real price) because of customs. Now it could take 75 days to get a return or a refund. Wish I just ordered from places in the states ssense is the worst.
Bought shoes but twice send me wrong sizes even though I constantly confirm to email and phone my right shoe size. You will feel that they are not serious on there job and helping you to resolved the customer issue... not recommended to buy on this website
Reading all the negative reviews perhaps we are not talking about the same company. I have purchased several items and have had to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size once and never had any issues. Delivery was 2 days as promised and the credit and exchange was seamless! I will continue to shop on their website; one questions however- what happened to all the sale merchandise? Did it completely sell out?!
Take your business elsewhere. Unfortunately, customer service has taken a steep decline recently. I had a terrible experience with a return. Read other customer feedback on their social media account before you order.

As far as designer clothing is concerned, I always go to Ssense. They have a wide selection, competitive pricing, amazing shipping options, and a flexible return policy. They curate their site wonderfully, and Ill continue buying from them.
From the customer service getting back to me within minutes about sizing via text, to how fast my order arrived (free express shipping), I am very happy with my order and had a great experience shopping with Ssense.
Ordered a pair of $150 shoes for a Christmas gift. They sent me the wrong size. Returned and wanted a refund as they wouldn't exchange them for proper size. No refund given and they said I mailed them to the wrong address, somewhere in Florida? Even though I used the return label THEY provided. They offered me 15% discount on a future purchase for my inconvenience. What a joke. I'm out over $150 and have no product to show for it. Do not purchase from this company. They've also turned off comments on their FB page because they've had so many problems with orders the last few months. I'm not the only one they've stole from. Shop somewhere else for your expensive items.

I ordered my item during thanks giving, emailed them 3 days after I ordered the item since it still haven't been shipped out, no response n followed up with them on day 5 again.
Finally my order status updated to on hold on day 7, emailed them again with no response. They finally emailed me saying the item was oversold and that moment it is still in stock in their website. Only one apology email with coupon. Such a responsible seller, sure I will not order from them anymore.
My bank is charging me admin fee n they are not absorbing the fee. They did not reply my email, not even Facebook messenger.

Our shipping estimates do not include processing time, which is an additional 0-2 business days. With that said, we usually are able to get orders out within half a day under normal circumstances. If you are shipping to the US, we use DHL for orders $800 and under, which is 2 day shipping. If the order is over $800, we use Canada Post, for customs reasons.
