Despite the horrible negative comments I have read for 3 days, I still decided to give ssense a shot since only they have the shoes I want to buy with such a steal price. Anxiety starts hitting me after I started the order. The next day came, when I tracked the other, it was already there, at the front of my door. Excellent packaging, excellent quality and super fast, the best online order I have ever experienced before. Recommend you guys give them a chance.
Ordered an $800 designer belt and it arrived in nothing but a kitchen ziplock bag thrown into a battered cardboard shipping box. Contacted their customer service to complain and received an extremely rude, argumentative, and deflective reply saying they were doing it for environmental and sustainability purposes. You guys are full of BS if you think you can convince anyone your idea of environmental packaging is by using PLASTIC ziplock bags. Let's not try to act like there aren't thousands of brands who have adopted sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging options. You guys just want to cut corners and save a few bucks on packaging all the while blaming the designers "for how they shipped it to you" as if there aren't tons of other luxury outlets that offer their own in-house packaging (I can think of 5 just in Canada). Don't market yourselves as a luxury company when you offer such a terrible buying experience and horrific customer service.
I enjoy the site, the clothing ideas. But twice now I've ordered clothing items from what appears to be off shore manufacturers and had a disappointing experience. The clothing does not look at all like the photos or they arrive with such delay. I will never order from brands not based in the U.S.
I was really impressed by how much they were willing to help when I had issues with a parcel being sent to Denmark. They took full control and guided me and my brother (receiver of the parcel) in the right direction.

I received my order without delay, but the packaging was in very bad condition. It looked like my shoes have travelled around the globe. I am satisfied with the quality, nevertheless, so I give you 4 starts. Pay attention when you're packing the orders!
I used to order from here all the time with no problem. I was always impressed by the shipping times, even in Covid. But now, sometimes the order status will be stuck at "processing" for weeks. The last time this happened, after several chats with customer service who always gave me the runaround, someone finally admitted the item wasn't even in stock and gave me a refund. Now I've tried to order again, and the order is processing for a week, then the shipping label is finally created but still doesn't ship and stays this way for days. I don't know what happened to Ssense. It was so good but now I will just order from someplace else. It's just not a reliable business. And what's worse, customer service will lie about the delay and provide as little information as possible. Not helpful.
It's my first time buying stuff from Ssense and I received a defective product. It has a rustic logo with black satin on it, and what they told me was that "it was designed like that". Of course I will be returning the wallet that I bought. Just want to alert people for whatever the bag or wallet they buy from them. What was good to me was that the shipping was really fast ad secure with DHL, they asked for your signature to finalize the whole shipping. To be short, please be very careful for the product!
This company has terrible customer service. If you shop here, make sure nothing goes wrong with your order because they will rudely tell you that they will not help. I had an issues with a return and when i opened a claim and even though i had proof of returning the item...they decided that they wouldn't help. Shop elsewhere and not with these risky vendors.

I've placed my order half month ago and it still hasn't shipped. The website is giving customers false info on expected shipping days. AND they charge your credit card before the item is shipped! This company is a total joke.
If you get the damaged item and want to return it, make sure you have taken the pictures before shipping back the item. The return specialist just won't trust any word from you as their customer. After they refused to give u refund, you have to call multiple times to get your item back, and the return specialist Anna just stopping giving u any updates. Don't see how she is specialized in processing the returns, maybe better to place in the warehouse

This is an underrated website. It has great customer service and their shipping is fast with tracking. It is based in Canada, I believe from Montreal. I always order brand name clothing from here, but only when they have sales.

Product arrived in great condition and I'm happy I decided to shop on ssense. The website is really easy to use and their UI is clean and well constructed. I could amend my shipping address as well through my order history page without going through the hassle of sending emails.
You're better off buying a luxury good elsewhere, the customer service policies at ssense are terrible and they're not interested in actually helping you. Carrier lost my package and it's going to take over a month for the whole thing to be resolved. They wouldn't send a replacement item.
Had often watched the site but never ordered until last month.
Don' t regret it, very simple, very good prices ( on sale) and I've been delivered as fast as many others websites.

I have received a faulty, a $750 sneaker that I have received with lots of blue pen ink scratches. That's a shame, but the product is authentic though.
Contacted them to return, and now I'm afraid to send it back and don't receive any refund and loose all my money, as I've seen really bad reviews about this website. Should read them before buying.
I was contacted from their security team because I had a different shipping address from my billing address. I like to have stuff shipped to my sister's house since she is unemployed and home during the day. I advised them to go ahead and ship to the billing address. Was told my order would be shipped either that day or the next day, as all was now good. Then he next day I get a text saying my order has been cancelled due to security reasons. When I called SSENSE they could not give me any reason my order was cancelled, but that I can re-order if I wanted. I will never buy anything from this company. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I even tried. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I ordered on 12/15/15, their site says 2 days for processing and I paid extra for 2-3 day shipping. I was told on 12/23/15,2 days before Christmas, that my order was cancelled. With no explanation of why. Unprofessional to say the least!

Do not order from this site. I've never gotten my stuff and I truly believe that some of the reviews from them are fake. I am not in the process of trying to get my money back because they've charged my account without providing a shipping confirmation.
They shipped the package to unknown address in a different province. I called customer service, sent them the confirmation email that showed my shipping address. No one took responsibility. They asked me to resolve with the bank. It's a fraud, save your money and buy from a different online shop.
Ssense is a fantastic site to buy high end clothing and suited my clothing preferences perfectly. They have a huge variety in their items and provide international shipping with tracking available. The package was earlier than estimated and the product was in immaculate condition and fully legitimate. Will definitely be purchasing with Ssense again very soon!
I wish I could give a zero star rating. I will simply never order again from this company. Buying was fine, but returning an item from the US to their Montreal facility is a major pain: $50+ to return a pair of shoes. In this day and age, I'd expect from an online company that sells $600+ pairs of boots a shipping label and some help when an order needs to be returned. Never again.
After placing an order and having my card billed, no tracking/delivery information ever came. Impossible to reach a human at the company—just the stupid chat box. There's no physical store; no phone number; and some of the email addresses don't work. When I tried to cancel the order, I received no confirmation email that it had been done. And of course it hadn't been done. I finally filed a complaint with the credit card company and they got my refund that way.

I got a pair of dr. Martens from Ssense, got seriously injured on my ankle after the first wear. I had to keep and band-aid on for two days to keep the wound from water. The boots only looks great, but it is too stiff for wearing. I called customer service to ask for a return. They had me send email communication with them. Every email response took two to three days each. And the result is: they can not let me return because it is the expected behavior of the boots (for a pair of 180 dollar boots? Are you kidding me). And now the boots are pretty much useless and only for display at home. And my wounds are still not recovered. If it is Nordstrom customer service, they would put the customer first, and Ssense doesn't really care, they just want to keep the money.
Do not call them if you want to solve a shipment issue. They are super inefficient and they question your ability to make decision. I called them 4 times and spent 40 mins but the issue still was not solve. Thanks to their refunding system I now have to wait 4-6 weeks to get my refund. I deleted the app. Never buying from them again.
This previous purchase was my first and I was very pleased with my experience. Everything from the product choices, exclusive deals, and shipping process! SSENSE has now become a site that I can rely on and love to check out for future purchases
The Goods were delivered way quicker than expected, which made me really happy. The quality is amazing so I'm satisfied with that. Only Problem i had was that I think that the return system is a little confusing but at the end it all worked out.
Great experience, not only did they have they items in stock that were out of stock everywhere else, but they had a huge selection of other shorts similar to my search made by the same designer, so I was actually able to find a better pair than the initial pair I searched so hard for.
The items i ordered shipped very quickly, arrived very quickly and came in perfect condition, as expected! Extremely satisfied with customer service and product. Definitely would purchase from SSENSE again.
