Despite the horrible negative comments I have read for 3 days, I still decided to give ssense a shot since only they have the shoes I want to buy with such a steal price. Anxiety starts hitting me after I started the order. The next day came, when I tracked the other, it was already there, at the front of my door. Excellent packaging, excellent quality and super fast, the best online order I have ever experienced before. Recommend you guys give them a chance.
Ordered an $800 designer belt and it arrived in nothing but a kitchen ziplock bag thrown into a battered cardboard shipping box. Contacted their customer service to complain and received an extremely rude, argumentative, and deflective reply saying they were doing it for environmental and sustainability purposes. You guys are full of BS if you think you can convince anyone your idea of environmental packaging is by using PLASTIC ziplock bags. Let's not try to act like there aren't thousands of brands who have adopted sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging options. You guys just want to cut corners and save a few bucks on packaging all the while blaming the designers "for how they shipped it to you" as if there aren't tons of other luxury outlets that offer their own in-house packaging (I can think of 5 just in Canada). Don't market yourselves as a luxury company when you offer such a terrible buying experience and horrific customer service.
.. Was great, once I was able to get a hold of them. But in the run-up, had to send emails and texts, which was a weird experience, bc it was difficult to capture all the information necessary. And it ended up being a totally different team member who helped me solve my return issue, and he was really amazing.
2 been weeks and no contact from SSense about the shipment of my order.
They took the funds out my card but no response from them.
I've been a customer with ssense for years! And have ordered during busy seasons but never been treated this way.
Don't order front them! Not worth the wait and they'll just rob you.

Do not order from ssense if you have never order before. I tried ordering shoes on March 12th and my order has been cancelled twice. They told me change the payment method so I did. Still cancelled my shoes. The verification process for payment methods is pure bull$#*! I would definitely not recommend anyone ordering anything from here. Especially if you need it as soon as possible.
I ordered from Polyvore dress one evening and requested a refund the very next morning. I was lied to and told my order had ship. I was also given a fake tracking number. I should have read real reviews before I ordered, because they have done this to several people. Most haven't even received their order like me. I have started the dispute process against this scam.
I place my order Dec 14th paid for express shipping. Still showing preparing shipping. Today is Dec 22nd and still being prepared. Items was supposed to be Christmas presents. Never will I order from this place again.
Ordered a jacket and a shirt, paid $40 for shipping because I really wanna that jacket. After 3 weeks, Ssense told me the jacket got cancelled because it was out of order! I ended up paying $40 shipping fee for a $80 shirt. Asked customer service to double check the shipping fee since the jacket was gone, never got replied or at least not within a week. The shipping is slower than what I paid for, took 2 weeks while other website only took 1. Will never shop with them again!

Keep saying they can't verify my information and asking me to try different payment method. I have tried credit card, debit card, paypal, non of this work. I tried different address too but still won't make a different. I asked them which part of the information I provided could not be verify? How can i make my purchase? They said there is nothing they can do. Just wasted times.
Bought a pair of Valentinos which had a day delay in shipment & came to find out that I had a pair of Women's sandals in the box instead! Reached out to them, they would only refund upon receipt of wrong item with 10% discount on next order. No attempt to re-send nor resolve the issue professionally!
SSense is by far the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Over two weeks processing time, just for them to cancel my order, claiming it's out of stock. They accepted my payment immediately. And in return held my money ransom for two weeks. Thousands of other shoppers share my experience. The holiday rush is far too much for ssense.

I have tried purchasing the same items with 5 different purchasing method and every time they got cancelled because of some security issue. And every time I sent a followup asking what was the issue they provided with zero additional information. I really don't recommend this site especially when you're paying such prices for such terrible service
Online retailer SSENSE spies on it's paying customers! First time shopper on SSENSE I placed on order for an $1100 handbag on Saturday and discovered that their "customer service" rep spied on me on LinkedIn on Monday! I supplied a valid credit card, bill to, ship to, etc... why do they need to know who I work for and my employment history? I called, they said it's fraud protection... seriously? This is what it's come too?
I have seen some bad reviews on this web. I was really nervous before I placed my order. Then I thought just give a try. I got a great deal for the purse and got 2 day free delivery. Everything went well.
I've had a very bad experience with this brand I don't recommend it at all. I had Bought trainers and they sent me another size so I called for a refund and I send back the item only for them to not only blame me, lie about the refund and the customer service was probably the worst I've encountered. I didn't receive a refund until I opened a case with pay pal, if you do plan on buying from then just make sure that you use pay pal even the product it was fake :(
I always have a great experience with Ssense. This time was a bit slower than usual and it's been difficult to receive answers from customer support (I know your team was overwhelmed) but the support that I DO receive is always amazing. Things are processed and questions are answered without difficulties and always result in a positive resolution. The only feedback I have is that during sale and holiday times that you hire some more staff for your customer support.
Bought a pair of Filling Pieces and I have many pairs of them so know that their sizes are actually one size smaller than the regular EU sizes. However, this company advertises their shoe sizes as EU but in fact they were actually a size larger. Not a mistake of sending the wrong shoes out but they fail to acknowledge that different brands have different sizing techniques. Failure to admit their lack of knowledge and wrongdoing

The selection of designer clothing is great on the website, however only request is to bring in more colours of the $155 stone island long sleeve. Otherwise fast and accurate delivery. Product was quality.
I have been buying from this online shop for over eight years and recently my last two purchases have taken at least seven days from when they were shipped to be received to me. This would be fine if it were not for the express shipping included in the purchase price. In the past, Ssense used Fedex and packages would be received within two days to California. These last two experiences are making me reconsider buying from here ever again.
Excellent service! Initially bought a bracelet, but it didn't fit, so I had to return it. The process was hassle-free, and I repurchased another one. The delivery was lightning-fast, and I received my refund in no time. Highly satisfied! Thank you.
It was my first time shopping at this site. FedEx lost the item and I am still waiting for a refund. I think the company should have refunded my purchase or sent a replacement item. Instead Ive been waiting for the FedEx investigation to conclude before anything happens. I have to say its frustrating to have to wait. Target has better customer service. One time a shipment that I ordered from target was lost and a replacement item was immediately shipped out and they dealt with the shipping provider.
I love ssense! I'm so happy I didn't listen to these annoying reviews because most of them are from people who live in the US. I have no idea how the shipping and all that works but if you are a Canadian resident it is AMAZING. I live in Toronto, Ontario and shipping was amazing. Around Christmas time I purchased some Saint Laurent shoes for my bf and they came literally the next morning with express shipping. I also purchased some Giuseppe's for myself and I didn't pay express shipping, it was normal shipping and got my order within 3 days. The shoes were both perfect and I've never been happier! Will most def buy from them again!
I could not be happier with my purchase. The shipping only took a total of 5 days. The customer service answered my email in under five minutes when I had a question. Product that came was packaged perfectly to ensure the product was shipped safe. The product itself was exactly what I ordered. Will order from this website in the future.
The items may be authentic (jury is still out on that), but I'm pretty sure that you're buying from the reject pile. I've gotten better quality from designer outlets. When I contacted customer support, they basically wouldn't have anything to do with me. Totally rude, terrible experience. Avoid at all costs.
