Despite the horrible negative comments I have read for 3 days, I still decided to give ssense a shot since only they have the shoes I want to buy with such a steal price. Anxiety starts hitting me after I started the order. The next day came, when I tracked the other, it was already there, at the front of my door. Excellent packaging, excellent quality and super fast, the best online order I have ever experienced before. Recommend you guys give them a chance.
Ordered an $800 designer belt and it arrived in nothing but a kitchen ziplock bag thrown into a battered cardboard shipping box. Contacted their customer service to complain and received an extremely rude, argumentative, and deflective reply saying they were doing it for environmental and sustainability purposes. You guys are full of BS if you think you can convince anyone your idea of environmental packaging is by using PLASTIC ziplock bags. Let's not try to act like there aren't thousands of brands who have adopted sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging options. You guys just want to cut corners and save a few bucks on packaging all the while blaming the designers "for how they shipped it to you" as if there aren't tons of other luxury outlets that offer their own in-house packaging (I can think of 5 just in Canada). Don't market yourselves as a luxury company when you offer such a terrible buying experience and horrific customer service.
I ordered from their site and as soon as I clicked process order I realized I made a slight mistake on my shipping address. I soon modified my address and got an email saying "My packaged has been shipped to the address provided". Which doesn't make sense as I just ordered it 5 minutes ago! I ended up cancelling the order and still waiting for a refund...
Im always weary about purchasing designer product online and usually buy at Holts, Saks or Nordstrom. Ssense sale was really good.
I ordered Saint Laurent boots. I sent multiple emails requesting info on sizing and didnt get a response until the half-size up was sold out. Then my order was delayed for almost two weeks. When I finally got the package, I needed that half-size up.
Hire seasonal staff to support during sale season. Customers can only be so patient with delays.
Smh I ordered from Ssense three times in my life and my first two experiences weren't bad at all. This last time I ordered something on Saturday and today is now Thursday I'm writing this review I don't even have a tracking number! (Express shipping by the way) I've contacted several customer support agents who keeps saying it's waiting to be shipped. Do not order from this website!
I was able to order exactly the right size clothing because Ssense had thoughtfully included a very detailed size chart. No returns necessary! This is so ssensible! I wish other vendors would provide such precise inforomation.
I definitely don't plan on shopping with SSENSE again and would not recommend the company (and there are many other businesses that carry the same brands and others, but have good reputations).
In summary, the main issues are...
The delivery time stated at checkout was about 3 days. It's been 23 days, however the order still hasn't shipped. They won't provide an updated ETA. Christmas gifts and vacation items won't arrive in time.
Customer service isn't able to help or provide additional information.
Now they are no longer accepting phone calls ("to better serve you").
Their Chat system does not work.
Emails may take "3-5 business days" for reply.
They still have a "3-4 day" shipping option listed on their website.
It looks as though they are taking orders under false pretenses (stating delivery times they know they can't deliver).
If I would have known the order would have taken over 3 weeks to arrive (ETA still unknown), I wouldn't have placed the order.
This site used to be great they fell off bad smh ordered a coat 3weeks ago still didn't receive it just a tracking number created and just sitting there we all need to do a worldwide lawsuit on them I don't like how the company is being ran can't even speak to someone to inquire about your order because they closed they phone lines
I placed my order for YSL pouch which was on sale but when I submitted my order, I was charged 25 dollars more than the price shown on page. I called customer service, they promised I would get refund for the 25 dollars but after that, they changed the price on website.
I definitely returned and will never buy anything from them again.

I was looking for some extraordinary clothes in the internet. So I got accidentally on your homepage. I have not been on your homepage before, so I thought that might be a good idea.
While I was going through all the pictures and models, I surprisingly distinguished 2 models which I do know from Switzerland, though. I guess this was one of the most essential points for me, which finally made me buy the clothes. Do not worry! Your clothes are very very nice! I am looking forward to buying a bunch more clothes to fill up my closet with fresh new stuff!

I bought the item already 12days, but I didnt receive it until now. This is the worst online shopping experience I've ever encountered, please give me a fully reason and explanations. Hope your can make it better.
If I could give them a minus 10 review I would. From start it has been horrendous dealing with this joke of a company. It took them 3 weeks to send me my item, and when it did arrive it was the wrong product I ordered. There is no returns info on their website. I emailed in the pics of the item, only for all of my emails to bounce back undeliverable.
10 emails back and forth, and they keep asking me to send in the same info. Waiting over an hour on hold at times. I am still waiting for my refund.
Please please please avoid SSense at all costs, they should be shut down immediately.

I ordered a pair of glasses on Dec 2nd. As of Dec 25th they have not arrived. They said there were problems because of the sale. They turned off their phone lines. Their website says they are reachable via messenger and or chat. In both instances they responded over 24 hours later. They provided confusing information. It appeared they did not know what was going on. They offered to make it right by giving me a 10% discount. What good is that to me? Ill never buy from them again.

Here's the deal. SSENSE is trash, shop somewhere else. You are being fooled ALL OF YOU. Being fooled thinking this company runs AS NICE as the site looks. IT DOESN'T. Sure the site is clean looking...the presentation is great. But once you place an order, these goofy mfers will f with your order like nobodies business. You order IN STOCK items, wait a week, then have your ordered cancelled of out of stock. You'll order and wait a month for order to ship. These are my 2 only experiences with this company. I don't have patience for bs. So many online retailers with the same brands. I shop at Saks, I shop Bloomingdales, etc. If I wanted to spend money to be mistreated, I'd call my local Dominatrix.

The shopping interface is very easy to use and the checkout even easier. The items are always perfectly packed and the package itself in excellent conditions. The standard shipping is very fast. It only took 2 days for my order to arrive.

What I like:
First, I cancelled my order in Ssence a number of times, and I was not charged once. Unlike some other places, I still get charge even when my order was cancelled.
Second, customer service on the phone was not bad for me, it was a very straight forward return request.
Third, I received my refund 2 days after Ssence received my return, that was the quickest online refund I ever had. And this matters the most for me.
Forth, they are duty free with some really good prices for Canada, considering how hard it is to buy some of the luxury items in Canada.
Would rate 0 if I could… not only did they send me a faulty item but they advised I order a new one and return the damaged one only for the second one to turn up more damaged that the original one.
Now I am unable to get my refunds of over £800 back for both items from this absolute scam of a company for weeks now.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
They are in breach of their own returns policy that is on their website yet they still fob me off with emails with pointless questions in order to bide more time and not comply or update me on anything at all.
How convenient they were just about to give me a refund once I contacted my credit card company to get my money back for me.

Ssense it's the Worst site I Ever used! I wanted to buy Fendi sneakers. Choosed my size, paid for it. Paimend was done, money was sent. After too days I received mail from the site Ssense, where was written that my Order was cancelled.
I called them back in this time my pair was gone! Although I asked to hold one. (!)
Then I bought another pair little bit bigger, and got same situation... and money still not returned. 421$! Terrible site! Never use this site.

I received a package that is missing one item. The package is in good condition. It is very likely that SSENSE just forget to put it in it! This is not my fault, but I need to wait 2-4 weeks investigation? And the charge will be processed once you received the package! I've using SSENSE since my college time and this is the worst experience ever.
