Despite the horrible negative comments I have read for 3 days, I still decided to give ssense a shot since only they have the shoes I want to buy with such a steal price. Anxiety starts hitting me after I started the order. The next day came, when I tracked the other, it was already there, at the front of my door. Excellent packaging, excellent quality and super fast, the best online order I have ever experienced before. Recommend you guys give them a chance.
Ordered an $800 designer belt and it arrived in nothing but a kitchen ziplock bag thrown into a battered cardboard shipping box. Contacted their customer service to complain and received an extremely rude, argumentative, and deflective reply saying they were doing it for environmental and sustainability purposes. You guys are full of BS if you think you can convince anyone your idea of environmental packaging is by using PLASTIC ziplock bags. Let's not try to act like there aren't thousands of brands who have adopted sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging options. You guys just want to cut corners and save a few bucks on packaging all the while blaming the designers "for how they shipped it to you" as if there aren't tons of other luxury outlets that offer their own in-house packaging (I can think of 5 just in Canada). Don't market yourselves as a luxury company when you offer such a terrible buying experience and horrific customer service.
The service was great. Had a very good selection of clothing in the OW selection. I really do look forward to purchasing from this site in the future. The shipping time was absolutely great, especially for the location of the store. So overall a very good our has experience for me as a customer.
The delivery was fast and in excelent condition. I would however have appreciated a bag from the store or Ssense to carry the purchased gift without the box. Also, a bit more personalised details in the packaging would also be nice and appreciated. Had it been so, I would've rated the service with 5 stars (excellent).
The site is easy to navigate and offer great products. The purchasing process was simple and quick. My item was delivered when promised and I love my item! Would definitely purchase again from SSense.

Ordered on 20th Dec, and it's 30th Dec now and my items are still not shipped. I emailed them and the bot replied shipping will take around 5 days and it has been 7 days already (excluding all the holidays). I was trying to talk to a real person and no one replied. Cant believe Ssense do this to their customers. I also see this happened to other customers too. I hope someone will take legal action to them. This is a SCAM.

Their phone agent placed an order for me but their system generated a wrong order with my name is wrong and the agent did not know how come a different customer name show up on my order. As a result, I am not able to receive my order.
She corrected this error, however on the compromise that I had to use a different email address.
Later on, another agent was able to use my regular address but he put the incorrect customer name on the billing address though my name on the shipping address.
I found their service is super poor.
A week after making my order, I had no received any shipping confirmation. When I emailed about the status on my order, I received shipping confirmation within two hours and my order arrived in the next two days. So although there was a mistake initially, as soon as it was brought to the attention of staff, it was immediately taken care of, which I appreciated greatly.
Purchased three items and returned two because they didn't fit. Received refund for one item the day they received the package. Emailed three times about missing refund for second item (provided all relevant information: sku, RA and order number), but received generic responses as if they didn't even look into it. Last communication was on Saturday, called Wednesday to follow up and told me delayed response was due to warehouse being closed on weekends. Told me they would look into it and won't get back to me for another two days. Pretty annoyed at this point as it's been two weeks and still no answer. Tried to look up information to see if this has happened to anyone else and apparently it has.
I wasn't sure about this website. I read some good things & some bad. I decided to take a chance & am glad I did! Ordered some valentino boots. I already owned a pair so already knew they'd fit. I live in Missouri & received them in 2 day's! Am very happy & would order from them again. Can't speak about customer services since I didn't need to contact them.
I have ordered a wallet as a gift for my husband's birthday and i have received an empty box. Now Ssense (on nonsense) is ignoring my emails and calls with no hope for refund. Worst experience ever and a ruined birthday!

Ssence website appears to be great until you want to return an item.
I purchased a pair of Saint Laurent Lolita boots in my usual size and received them they were beautiful but far too big (although the size guide advised to take your usual size) I had to unfortunately return them and then realised ssence do not provide any returns service from the UK so had to send the item back through Royal Mail at a cost to me of £70.
Be cautious when purchasing from the uk!

I ordered ADIDAS ORIGINS on your website in the sale season. I usually wear 7.5. The shoes are like 8 or 8.5. I read your return policy. It's a hassle to return the shoes and order new ones because the price was up again and I need to pay the shipping fee. You should note the shoes have bigger size than other shoes on the webpage.
I ordered a purse from SSENSE was suppose to be delivered in 2 days the tracking number kept saying delayed everyday no change a week goes by I reach out to customer service. No response. I chat with someone they aren't helpful at all they just tell me what the tracking number reflects which is what I see on my end. I call their customer service 4 times each person tells me something different. I go to 2 different USPS locations bc they told me my package is there. My package was not at either locations. Its been 2 weeks now and they don't know where my package is they can't resend another one nor give me a refund. Beware of delivery issues when using SSENSE
The selection for both women and men is exceptional particularly for a Canadian website. Orders are packaged well and arrive in a timely manner. All customer service issues are handled quickly and with a customer focus.
Every night before sleeping, I will browse ssense website and really hope to buy everything! Really like ssense ' product. But sometimes I will choose sale item because I hope to find more cheaper products than Taiwan.
I placed my order during the Black Friday sale, and it s been 10 days and still hear nothing. It was suppose to be a birthday gift. So I email the customer service to questioning why. They said: we couldn't find one of your order, so do you still want the rest? They did not even bother to ask me if I still want to wait it back in stock. They just simply telling me we don't have it. WTF

I purchased a down jacket that was too large. The jacket arrived within 2 days and I returned it immediately with the prepaid postage and was reimbursed immediately. I will definitely shop with Ssense again! So easy and a wonderful selection of designers and clothing!
So I ordered a bag on their site 3 weeks ago and eventhough it cost more than 2000$, it only came with a dustbag. Yes a dustbag, no cards no box. Box I can understand but no cards are just stupid. Feel like they sent me a display bag. So I decided to return the bag. Took 2 weeks to be delivered which I can forgive because of Canada Post delay but now it has been more than 5 business days and no update on the return eventhough it had been delivered to them according to the tracking. I reached out to their chat supports, emails and phone calls. All I got was promises it will be processed but still nothing. What is going on with the company now? Sadly this experience will stop me from shopping with them in the near future and trust me I used to be their loyal customer because I want to support Canadian company. Now I feel like Farfetch and Mytheresa have much better service than Ssense.
I was looking everywhere for a black pair of rockstud Valentino pool slides! Every department store, online sites and every boutique including overseas sites and department stores with no luck... I got soooo lucky Ssense had one pair left in my size I will definitely e a returning costume! Fast shipping and great brands!
I ordered something on December 13th for a Christmas gift. I never got a shipping confirmation. The shipping delays are not shown on the website. I discovered on their Instagram that processing the orders for them would be longer. My friend ordered a sweatshirt 2 days before me and already got it a week ago. When checking the comments on Instagram, I read that people have been waiting for weeks, even months for their packages. I tried calling, it says there is a waiting time of 2 hours. I sent emails and only bots would answer me. They took the money out of my account but I never got any news. Worst costumer service and worse company. Never buying from them again.
I like the selection of the clothing and fashion on SSENSE, yet I had ordered an item weeks ago, and it seems the idem is still "on hold". I don't know what to do about this, and it is very frustrating. I don't know if its just me, or they just have bad shipping, it is just annoying.
Packaging can be better because my item came in a very rugged box I feel that the packaging could me so much better because you item might be damaged through the shopping process! I believe you guys. Horrible company! I ordered my daughter a beige hat for her birthday, the hat came in a big with no plastic or covering! The hat was too small, we returned it the next day and ordered another size (which I will be returning the other size as well as I will never do business with this company again). I received an email stating the hat can not be returned bc it had stains with pictures attached. The pictures showed stains that were never on the hat. The pictures with the stains were not in the same photo, I requested the pictures be resent with the tag attached and stains to verify that this is in fact the hat that I returned, which they did and the new pictures do not show any stains at all! I plan on escalating this situation as this is completely unprofessional and basically scamming people!
Have dealt with ssense for a long time now never let down I have got a couple pairs of dsquared jeans off them and compared them to fake and they r 100 percent authentic off ssense had to deal with a return of a Versace belt because of fitment issue return was a breeze and refunded def recommend this business will continue to do business
