Despite the horrible negative comments I have read for 3 days, I still decided to give ssense a shot since only they have the shoes I want to buy with such a steal price. Anxiety starts hitting me after I started the order. The next day came, when I tracked the other, it was already there, at the front of my door. Excellent packaging, excellent quality and super fast, the best online order I have ever experienced before. Recommend you guys give them a chance.

“Awful buying experience and even worse Customer Service”

Ordered an $800 designer belt and it arrived in nothing but a kitchen ziplock bag thrown into a battered cardboard shipping box. Contacted their customer service to complain and received an extremely rude, argumentative, and deflective reply saying they were doing it for environmental and sustainability purposes. You guys are full of BS if you think you can convince anyone your idea of environmental packaging is by using PLASTIC ziplock bags. Let's not try to act like there aren't thousands of brands who have adopted sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging options. You guys just want to cut corners and save a few bucks on packaging all the while blaming the designers "for how they shipped it to you" as if there aren't tons of other luxury outlets that offer their own in-house packaging (I can think of 5 just in Canada). Don't market yourselves as a luxury company when you offer such a terrible buying experience and horrific customer service.

This was my first time shopping with SSENSE. Product was exactly as described, shipping was extremely quick. The customer service was very helpful - I had a question about sizing and the rep was very knowledgable. I love SSENSE's selection of products, and the great prices. Will definitely buy again.

I tried to order the same coat 3 times and they have decline it everytime tried. I called customer service and they didn't do anything. They said they said there is nothing they can do if it doesn't get passed security measures. I wouldn't recommend anyone to order from this site.

The only problem i had was they kept cancelling my order with out telling me but phoned up and i believe it was Remey was very helpful, he went and placed my order with my over the phone once placed got to me within 3/4 days so very good

I dropped it off at the post office and in a couple of weeks I got my refund. It was quick and simple. Thank you

Used to like the app
But certain things they don't tell you is when you surpass the limit of $800, your automatically getting charged duty free which in my case I was charged $400 for duty free customs. Something I never knew about or I guess anyone …. I called and ask why and to see if they can reinburst my money back and the only thing that they gave me was some couple discounts on my next purchase …
Will NEVER purchase anything from this site again

The worst experience ever! They gave me the run around concerning my credit card info. I had to call them because after 3 days my item hadn't shipped. I changed my billing address, gave them the correct amount they took out of my acct (under $10)
Then they said I still have to wait for fraud protection to look at my account. Michelle is the supervisor I'm told. I ordered the Gucci marmont belt because it's sold everywhere in the US but after reading these reviews I'm sure the universe was just looking out for me. Gucci website it is. I'll wait for the back order to come in November! The worst!

I would have given SSENSE at least 2 stars but the customer service is just HORRIBLE! The shipping was quick and efficient, but if you ever have to return anything prepare and brace yourself for the worse. I have been waiting almost a month to get a refund for an item I returned. My tracking from UPS said the company have received the package. Every time I call someone who barely speaks good English always saying we will reach out to the return department or the warehouse didn't scan the package as received just some BS excuse why they have not refunded my money. This has just become ridiculous. I wish I just could sue the company for pain and suffering at this point LOL! Do better SSENSE

I purchased an Off-White Sweatshirt from SSense. They sent me a defective product and they are handling it poorly. They have horrible Customer Service and do not understand how to treat customers. Most customers on this site are spending tons of money and they deserve EXCELLENT Customer Service. You will not find that with this company. Stay away and find a site with better service.

Delayed Delivery, Unclear communication, and when i cancelled the order EVEN before it was shipped, it was still shipped! It was useless to me at that point, and I was out of the country so I could not return it within the return period! So now i'm lost almost $500 for a piece of item I do not need nor can use. WORST shopping experience from an online merchant.

Ordered a pair of vetement socks from the men's section for my boyfriend. The sizing said they were O/S, so I assumed they were one size fits all for men. When I got them, they were so small they just fit me and I'm a women's size 7. The womens and mens clothing are all mixed into the same sections and the sizing makes 0 sense

Do not order ive ordered 5 times from this website and all five times were canceled because they said they couldn't verify and then even told me to pay with paypal and order was still canceled. Save your time.

I am quite disappointed to hear this.

Originally, my friend placed the same order for me on Dec. 4, we have waited until Dec. 18, the shipment was never received. As the two items went on extra discount, we sent a price adjustment request, but did not receive any reply.

So we cancelled the first order and place the second one on Dec. 18.

Instead of my friend, I have placed the order on Dec. 18 and paid extra for express delivery. I do understand that it is holiday season and it will take longer than usual. I have tried to call a few times and never got anyone to answer the calls.

Now, one of the ites is sold out. I do not know how to express my disappointment but thank you for letting me to know.

The only thing that Sense can offer me is free shipping which is a joke as the shipping is FREE anyways. Hahaha

I typically read reviews about a company before I make a purchase but because my friend spoke highly about the company, I gave it a shot. The order was shipped and received within 2 days. Ordered a sweater from Polyvore. The address on the bag was a street in China. When I opened the bag the sweater had a strong chemical smell and I mean STRONG! I soaked it in cold water and Woolite for 1/2 hr. Then changed the water and added more Woolite then hand-washed it. Laid it out flat to dry. It still smells. Can't ware it because it shrunk even though I used cold water. I believe anyone who gives this company 5 stars must work for them...

Their automatic robot chat online cannot comprehend basic English and cancelled my order placed on the same day. SSENSE is refusing to honour me with the same price of shoes I paid after THEIR system cancelled my order without my authorization after charging. They should honour the same amount. This is crazy.

This was the second order I placed with ssense. The first one was fine, this one is a nightmare. I ordered 2 items totaling over $1000 usd. They were both quite small items a card holder and a super mini bag. When I opened the box it was full of tissue paper and cushioning. There was the cardholder, but no bag. The box was damaged, but it didnt appear that the seal was broken. Emailed customer service they say they are going to do an investigation, days go by and they come back and say my order was packed on cctv. I asked for the cctv they said oh we have no wrong doing on our part. And they push the claim to Canada Post. Canada post said oh there were no damage scans despite sending pics of the damage box. Ssense says we arent taking responsibility and neither is Canada Post. I asked to escalate my claim they said its final. And if I want a refund I should file a claim with my bank. So I'm out of $825 from this big company. Shop at your own risk.

I have a bad experience within their service. Their service is slow and the shipping takes too much time to arrived. And they have a problem in their website when I scroll down, the scroll bar decreases.My friend shared to me her great experience in www.robecart.com, their service are fast and the shipping is fast.
