Despite the horrible negative comments I have read for 3 days, I still decided to give ssense a shot since only they have the shoes I want to buy with such a steal price. Anxiety starts hitting me after I started the order. The next day came, when I tracked the other, it was already there, at the front of my door. Excellent packaging, excellent quality and super fast, the best online order I have ever experienced before. Recommend you guys give them a chance.
Ordered an $800 designer belt and it arrived in nothing but a kitchen ziplock bag thrown into a battered cardboard shipping box. Contacted their customer service to complain and received an extremely rude, argumentative, and deflective reply saying they were doing it for environmental and sustainability purposes. You guys are full of BS if you think you can convince anyone your idea of environmental packaging is by using PLASTIC ziplock bags. Let's not try to act like there aren't thousands of brands who have adopted sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging options. You guys just want to cut corners and save a few bucks on packaging all the while blaming the designers "for how they shipped it to you" as if there aren't tons of other luxury outlets that offer their own in-house packaging (I can think of 5 just in Canada). Don't market yourselves as a luxury company when you offer such a terrible buying experience and horrific customer service.
This is a company that sells luxury bags without proper packaging. The items I purchased from the website have never came with the original brand boxes. It was okay for the cheaper prices till recently I purchased a bag from the website. The leather bag from Saint Laurent smelt like plastic. I felt the bag might not be real and requested return immediately. I returned the bag right away and didn't hear anything from the company for three weeks.
Finally I called the company, they told me the bag was broken when they received. I originally thought it might be the UPS shipping damage the bag but after these several weeks dispute with the company, I think they might be the one who damaged the bag. I disputed with my credit card company. The SSENSE company told me that they will send the damaged bag back to me ( I have claimed multiple times, I refused to accept any items from the company without legal authorization. I am so scared of the company's practices. They just sent it and told me a fake tracking number. They gave me another tracking number after I pointed out the original tracking number is not even to US) They also replied this to me today.
The fact is that the company has challenged my credit dispute yesterday! They have no intend to return the money back to me anyway, but they are trying to threaten me that they will discard the item if I refuse to accept the package.
If you purchase anything from the company, please take a video when you accept the package and take a video when you return the item! This is the only way you could possibly protect yourself with a company like this.
I'm traveling on Dec. 16th and saw so, e clothes that I liked. Checked their policy and it mentioned 0-2 days to be shipped and they ship using DHL with fastest method, so I thought I have high probability that I'll receive it before my travel. Unfortunately, after 5 days already and now is weekend, still it's not shipped. I'm following up on daily basis and more than once a day and the answer remains that my item is ready and they are waiting for the courier to pick it up. Yesterday, they assured me that it will be shipped before the end of yesterday which obviously didn't happen. Today, I spoke to the customer service and tried to figure out a solution but they were clear that they can't do anything nor they have a way to escalate it. So now, I'm left with the situation that it seems I'm not going to receive it before my travel. Thanks GOD I bought lit by PayPal, I'll make sure that if I didn't receive on time to escalate to PayPal and refund my money + the shipping cost + return cost as it is not my fault that they are not being honest and kept promising to send my stuff

Efficient service. Takes normal time to arrive, but it could be better. Since the prices are in dollars, we should be able to choose currency we want to pay instead of automatic.
If you live in the UK, do not buy from this company! Pay for returns, get asked to remove your feedback for 10% discount that has to be refunded to you! Awful!
I ordered an off-white hoodie and the next morning i double checked the sizing and realized i needed a size down. The size i needed was still in stock and my order did not ship and was still at the warehouse. I called and requested to swap the size for something smaller since my item was still in the hands of SSense. They told me this was not possible. The only way i could get a new size was to ship it back. Why waste money shipping it to me when i already stated it was the wrong size. That's so much extra work when it couldve been taken care of while it was still in the hands of the seller. No attempt was made to swap out my size. Just kept telling me their system wouldnt allow it. Isnt giving the customer what they want the key to great customer service? Why send me the item when i clearly told you it was the wrong size?
Very helpful, quick and all my questions were answered past expectation. I got a restocking date for the item I wanted and would not have got that from anyother clothing site.
I have been trying to communicated with SSENSE since Friday. 4 days now. Customer service phone lines are down. Not available. When you e mail customer service you get a response that they will get back to you in 2-4 days, and then you get some nonsense, nothing to do with the original request, totally unrelated to the question your wrote.
PROBLEM:
I want to return an item. I filled out the return info online, but never return by e mail a return shipping label. I have been asking for 4 days now. What i got is some robot telling me that the item was delivered and what i should do if i did not get it...this was never an issue! What is going on?
Ssense, wake up and get some humans to handle complaints! If i miss the return deadline, i will file a complaint with the credit card company to get a refund. Once you send me the return label you will get the jacket. It is outrageous, that it is impossible to speak to anyone! They simply shut down the toll free 877 number. The local number is constantly busy. Why did i not get the usual return shipping label by e mail?
The shipping time is now 10 days! Is this a joke? All other shores like Mytheresa, matchfashion, Net a porter etc are shipping next day! There is no explanation for this horrible service or lack of service.
Get your act together finally. Enough of excuses!

good luck and get ready for spending days on the phone and e mail. no result. if you want to save agrevation do not shop on this site. good selection, but non existent customer service.

i purchased several items. because it takes forever to get the item, cannot compare sizes. you need to return on, while you still did not receive the other. absolutely horrible shipping and zero customer service. only excuses and more excuses.
I think SSENSE has fast and convenient service, but the return process is slower than the other site such as Farfetch, and I think you guys should have more payment options like Apple Pay. And lastly an apple will be a lot more convenient than regular website.
I ordered online and within just a few days it was delivered to my door, no hassle. The process was a lot quicker than expected. The product came in perfect condition and as described online!
BUYERS BEWARE!
Buyers beware. I just recently bought a brand new Balmain blazer from ssense, or so I thought, and it was horrible. When the Blazer came, right off the bat, the price tag was dangling on the hanger instead of being attached to the blazer as I have seen on my other Balmain purchases as I recently bought another blazer in a different color. It didn't have an extra button that should have came with it, and the jacket does not look new or in great condition with plenty of disgusting wrinkles and signs of minor to some wear. One button on it was clearly loose compared to the other buttons as it was dangling like it was hanging on a loose thread. I called them and after painful and pointless arguments and negotiations, all I can get was $20 to get the jacket to be repaired for the button on a $1470 blazer in which I did not accept. The guy on the phone was not polite and was a bit harsh in his words and the way he was talking. Not good customer service. This may be a little harsh and nit picky, but for a $1500 blazer, this is not acceptable as I work hard for my money. I was suppose to receive a new jacket or they should have given me some type of discount, but that's clearly not the case and I will never be buying from them again. Good luck to the other people who will fall for this scam.
I paid full price and received a refund at a sale price. What happened was I purchased two more after this item went on sale and returned the full price one. Once they received my return, they figured out a way to make this return as in a different order which I made later with a sale price and refunded me the sale price instead.
I suggest that you must keep every piece of evidence when you are communicating with SSENSE - email records, live chat screen shots, and record your phone call conversations with a camera and good audio.
Because I'm also experiencing that they let you request a return RA but NEVER send you one. In another way, not letting you return order that's eligible for return.
If you have similar experiences, don't just quietly swallow their mistreatment, report to Federal Trade Commission (https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/form/main)!
I couldn't get my return label and was blocked from customer service phone call and live chat until I wrote an email warning them that I can report this to FTC.
Tip for consumers:
Keep all your communication record with them. Video, audio, screen shots of live chat.
Because they don't really keep their words, and they use the excuse like having to report to another department.
They may not issue you full refund. Do check on your refunds and keep all records.
I am very pleased with the fast service and this includes shipping, delivery and most important the price offered is better than the other online shopping site.
Creating a set is easy but gaining notice on the site is not. I recommend joining groups and entering their contests to move up on this site. Have not won any prizes so I can't attest to that.

The item itself is very good. Well packaged and the international shipping time is quit short. I will recommend this website to my friends and will definitely shop with ssense again.
Checking out was simple and straightforward. With that, they shipped it that very same day, and it arrived very quickly to my house. I will definitely be buying from them again.
They Cancelled one of my order and then emailed me back saying they found my purchased item, but I need to call and re order on the phone. Too much hassle.
I made an order on the 30th of November and it stated 2-3 business days for delivery its now the 16th of December and its still processing and im travelling on the 20th. I understand that there are delays and im fine with that although i didnt expect to wait 16 days and it still processing which is by far the worst delay and ive made 100s of online orders holiday season. Apart from that as mentioned before im vey understanding, even thought they could've advertised that there are delays, which they didnt. I've been trying to reach customer support to cancel my order and issue a refund through phone calls, facebook messenger, and emails but i've yet to have someone answer or cancel the order. I reached them once over the phone but she told me to hold tight for the order after a wait time of 90 minutes. I have no option on the website to cancel and they arent cancelling the order for me
I bought a pair of Converse shoes from SSENSE and because the fit was not right, I needed to return the item. I did not know this company is based in Montreal, Canada and had to pay international shipping and export fees to return the item which came close to the purchase price of the item. It also took weeks to get a refund. I now think twice before ordering from SSENSE unless I am certain I will keep the purchased item. A suggestion to SSENSE: consider having a US return address/office to keep customers coming back or offer return shipping to your headquarters in Canada at a wholesale price.

Had the worst online shopping experience.
Ordered a t-shirt with express shipping 3-5 days. It took almost 4 weeks to come to the country. During this time customer service representative was trying to convince me that the parcel with the customs, when it clearly wasn't. Because when it did got to the customs 4 weeks later ( the parcel status online was updated straight away) they hold it for another 2 weeks there = 6 + weeks total, after paying tax and duty, the parcel was released but 2 days later post tells me that the parcel was damaged and they posting it back! So i talk to customer service again, which try to blame our customs once again and saying that a lot of customers having troubles with shipping, i get an email saying that i will get a refund after they will get the item back. That's it! So now i have to wait again to even get my refund. Nobody asked if i want a replacement or anything else instead... no compensation... NOTHING... Honestly i do all my shopping online and this one is by far the worst experience that i have ever had.
Would not advice anyone from overseas to order from this website.
