Despite the horrible negative comments I have read for 3 days, I still decided to give ssense a shot since only they have the shoes I want to buy with such a steal price. Anxiety starts hitting me after I started the order. The next day came, when I tracked the other, it was already there, at the front of my door. Excellent packaging, excellent quality and super fast, the best online order I have ever experienced before. Recommend you guys give them a chance.
Ordered an $800 designer belt and it arrived in nothing but a kitchen ziplock bag thrown into a battered cardboard shipping box. Contacted their customer service to complain and received an extremely rude, argumentative, and deflective reply saying they were doing it for environmental and sustainability purposes. You guys are full of BS if you think you can convince anyone your idea of environmental packaging is by using PLASTIC ziplock bags. Let's not try to act like there aren't thousands of brands who have adopted sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging options. You guys just want to cut corners and save a few bucks on packaging all the while blaming the designers "for how they shipped it to you" as if there aren't tons of other luxury outlets that offer their own in-house packaging (I can think of 5 just in Canada). Don't market yourselves as a luxury company when you offer such a terrible buying experience and horrific customer service.
I had to exchange my shoe due to purchasing the incorrect size. The customer service representatives were amazing and professional! Hard to find great service, today.
I never shopped the sale before but I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible array of great pieces in my size. I just wished I visited the boutique in my last trip to Montreal...
They send you tracking number for item they will NEVER ship! You have to follow up with them with check back 24hrs or else they will take your money and never get any update but a confirmation email of your tracking number UPS NEVER RECEIVED the item! They will first tell you to call UPS and UPS will tell you to call the store coz they NEVER received the Item in the first place to ship. Avoid they will scam you in silence and take your money if you don't follow Up!

Had to return a pair that were a size too small. They advised on the correct method to return said pair. I'm glad I ordered the size up, they fit great and they are straight fire.
It was disappointing that I made a more sale after two days I purchased. I wanted you to inform me that it will be a further sale at least before shipping.
I received a damaged product, which I returned immediately. SSense is claiming I damaged the product and is refusing to refund my purchase. Do not shop this site

Ordered here 3 times back to back! I spoke to the manager the third time and my birthday is in 4 days so you can imagine the exasperation! They lied and told me my method payment was the reason the first time. So i tried paypal twice and used another credit card and they cancelled my order 3 times back to back in 3 days! On the 3rd day the item was no longer available. SSENSE is by the far the worst high end store service i have ever dealt with smh. WARNING DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
I ordered a Canadian Goose coat on Monday and I received it the next day. I am from Toronto. Shipping was super quick. I also LOVE my coat, so warm. I got the Expedition one. Thank you SSENSE.
Shipping was very quick and there were no technical issues, it went very smoothly. My stone island sweatshirt came in perfect condition and in general there were no issues. Very satisfied.
I placed an order with them, they sent me an email after 2 days" we can't process your order" we have to verify that you have access to this bank account so we took a little amount between $1 and $10. I emailed them that amount, then I got another email saying oh this is not enough, we have to send you the order to the billing address instead of the shipping address. I emailed them, called them, I explained why the shipping and billing address are different ( I've never had to do that before) I offered to send my ID Bank statement and whatever they need to make this order haopen. After a lot of back and ford, they approved my order and sent me an email saying that just half of my order is available! Really after making me wait for 10 days! And at this moment while I am writing this the order still not here. You are telling me that the main item I made the order for is sold out! What a joke. Very unprofessional customer service and horrible strategy. While they are putting me on hold for a very unreliable security verification process they just sold my item to someone else.
