I ordered a Comodo Essential certificate.

Beside a hiccup from Paypal, the process went smooth, Comodo did their part flawlessly too.

I plan to buy more certificates this week because of the good prices, thank you.

I am an experienced developer and software engineer who builds custom servers and web applications. I was most happy with the experience I had with SSL Certificate - price for quality. I paid a low price for a self-serve certificate, and would have or could have received all the help I needed to install it. So low price didn't mean poor experience. Good Job!

By comparison, Comodo's site has more documentation, and some very slick online tools to verify installations, etc. However, as a seasoned veteran I do not need these, and so the service offered by SSLCertificate is plenty.

This is my first time trying to manage my own server where I will sell hosting, I am hoping that this startup venture is successful. I read reviews about the company having a difficult to use website as well as a difficult checkout process. I assume these issues have been fixed, as it was one of the easiest experiences I've gone through with these things and I've been doing this stuff for over a decade. My previous SSL certificate was from GoDaddy and I decided against renewing with them because of their slow turnaround time as well as price issues. I'm not at all disappointed with sslcertificate.com. 5/5 would definitely shop with them again.

Great experience. I have bought SSL from crazy domain and go daddy before but I have never received the certificates this fast. The level of support is also great, unlike other companies Alexeys was technically sound and actually knew what the issue was and helped me fix it.

Very easy very quick, the one think is that there should be a "revise shopping cart" before placing final payment. I for example had to go back to the cart to eliminate something, as I had made a mistake and ordered 2 certs instead of 1.

My hosting company said that they could not install SSL Certificate I purchased from you. I contacted your customer service for help. After spending an hour with me online, we finally figured out what my hosting company's problem. Your customer service agent went out of her way to stay with me until my problem was resolved even though it wasn't even your issue, it was my hosting company's issue. If my hosting company had the same level of customer support as you guys do I could have resolved my problem with them DAYS earlier! Thanks for the great service.

I was unable to made payment and return a blank screen, www.sslcertificate.com is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500.
After chatting with tech support, they advise to uncheck 'Save my Card' during checkout.

I found an ad while doing a Google search, clicked on it to read more details on the offer.
Then, I compared the company to other companies, and other offers.
It seemed like a really good deal, so, I decided to purchase.
A very easy process.

I had a problem and the chat service was great and solved my problems.

In the process of generating the certificate your platform showed me an error about my server email. And that has happenned to 80% of the people, i have referred to your service. Please, check it out!

There was a 'bait-and-switch' in that the purchase price was only good for one certificate for one year. It was still a great deal, but I would have liked to known that before the purchase (not after).

I am ye to see any faults. In fact I had to buy it from you and cancel that from Godaddy because Godaddy issued SSL started giving OCSP error form Firefox and could not access tamfitronics.com via Firefox both on PC and Mobile. I hope that in the future, both website ownership information will be included as browsers still indicate that "This web site does not supply ownership information."

I bought the certificate, though web server host had problem with installation, sslcertificate were there to assist me in fixing the problem, I really want to commend the support person called Irine, she is the best, am enjoying the product.

You website interface and guides are a bit confusing. You must be more explicit in these things. I am use to deal with unclear interfaces. But not necessary some other people!

I'm worried renewal fees will be too much in a years time, but maybe you'll have discounts then too! Thank you for a great price on an essential product.

Support was absolutely great during the installation process. I accidentally entered my domain incorrectly and a chat support rep corrected it for me and then sent me instructions on how to install my SSL on Apache. I do want to mention that I found an easier way to install the SSL using cPanel so I didn't need to SSH and do it the cumbersome way.

The price was great and I will recommend your website to anyone interesting in purchasing an SSL certificate.
