Although I shop at Staples for supplies, my last visit was solely to solve a problem that I was having with my Samsung tablet. This very knowledgeable associate spent about 15 minutes figuring out what was wrong and advising me what to do with it. He did not ask to be compensated for his time and he did not suggest any product to purchase. I have found Staples staff to be very willing to help and not impose anything on me, which is why I feel very comfortable going there with questions or to get supplies.
Went to Staples in Alpharetta, the?manager? Richard says I can not use my valid coupon. He said I use to many coupons? Rude about it, I am amazed how bad his attitude is, why issue coupons if customer are told they can not use them. I will go to Walmart.

Ordered two cases of coffees, my VERY FIRST time ordering threw staples and I will never again order from here. Such a scam.
Placed my order and over a week later I got ONE box of my coffees but got charged $60 to my account before I received my items and both boxes said they were being delivered the same day and never received the other box called customer service 5 times 2 of the people said it's still coming today call back if it's not there then another lady says idk what happened youll have to call back and then I ask the robot track my order and it says CANCELLED so I called and said I want my money back because they charged me $60 for ONE pack of coffees and cancelled my order on me. She sent out a reshipment request and said I would get a email today but never did I look at UPS tracking it says damage reported empty container and go to my staples account and they DELETED my previous ordered items. So now I'm out $30 and another case of coffee and they are doing nothing about it besides telling me it's on the way when clearly it's not because UPS even said contact the sender
Never had a problem withany of their locations. Their prices are fairly competitive and their selection is as expect- reasonable.
I love Staple.com. They have great prices on coffee packages for Rivo LavAzza. Much better than Keurig! And they offer free shipping. Great!

Looked to match bins previously purchased from Staples - as they need to stack so the base needs to align with the top of another bin.
Did research online and found a few stores which were 30+ minutes away so I ventured out. When arriving, the bin matched the style number online but the product in the store did not match the online pic. Both had the same model numbers though. (Oh, and different online price which was more expensive... but of course, the staff said to ignore it.)
Sales rep called another store and cited the other store had 20+. I asked for them to confirm it matched the pic. Sales rep said they cannot do that. Spoke to manager who then asked rep to call other store and get a visual to see if items in store matched online pic. After doing so, they confirmed the item in the 2nd store did NOT match online pic. The manager remembered the bin had an upgrade 6 months ago - though it no longer allows stacking with the previous model. Online pic was not updated.
No worries... emailed customer service asking to find the legacy model. Their response was:
"I am sorry for the inconvenience. You can place an order online for the item. (Add info about how to order the item - though I provided them the link to it.) We can accept the product for return if it is not what you need."
My response was, "I want to know where to find the legacy item and NOT get the run around of ordering online and then return. I already got the run around from 2 store locations... wasting my time already based on the pic online. Why would you offer another solution to inconvenience me again?"
So it wasn't enough for a customer to do my due diligence of finding the product online, confirming it's in the store, driving to the store, having the one store follow up with another store, and then emailing them - asking for help?
They want me to order it online and if it doesn't match, return it?
Why would I be further inconvenienced. It will be easier to buy a whole new set of stackable bins from someone else.
Quick responses from Staples... provides a TON of inconvenience for the customer... and MORE cost if you're purchasing online. How does this company stay in business?
Over spring break last year I took my laptop computer with me on vacation. In retrospect this was probably a poor decision. From Airport Security man handling it, to it being a losing contestant in bumper cars in the overhead compartment, to my normal abuse of it. Somewhere along that route my display screen got cracked. Not exactly a good thing and even worse for a college student with an unhealthy addiction of facebook and video games. When I arrived home from vacation I went in search of a company that would be able to repair it both within my poor, broke, college student budget and provide some sort of warranty. In my searching a company that kept popping up was Staples Easy Tech. I took it into their local location and chatted up the technicians there. The conversation covered their prices, warranties, and of course the upsell. The price appeared to be much higher than when I had spoken to them on the phone and they kept pestering me to purchase a NEW machine. Being a broke college student I couldn't afford to 'just purchase a new one.' So I took my broken computer home with me. After a few days of the broken machine just sitting there, and a few days of me borrowing a friends laptop I started my quest again for a fix to my issue. I came across a company called secureremotesupport.com. They offered to have a tech come out and fix it, or to send it in with a 24 hour turnaround time. I chose to have it repaired in shop (price break if I sent it in.) It was back to me within 4 days with a new screen, and it was all cleaned up. There also used to be an annoying fan noise that had quit whirring also. Im very pleased that Secure Remote Support received my business and am glad that Easy Tech pushed me towards another company to repair my ailing laptop. I won't be considering Easy Tech again and am very unhappy with the experience.
I purchased a product that was advertised by Staples to be a MP3 boombox. An MP3 boombox is one that has a USB port capable of playing MP3's. I received the boombox, which did NOT have an MP3 port. When I reported this to Staples, they lamely responded that "it's an MP3 player because you can hook an MP3 player up to the boombox to play out of the speakers." This is the most ridiculous thing EVER!. That's NOT how they advertised it to be an MP3 player. It should be noted that the product was also a CD player which DOES have a place to play a CD, yet, they actually stood by the ridiculous statement that speakers that can hook up to an MP3 player make this unit an MP3 player. When I complained that they advertised this as an MP3 player, I got a response from customer service stating that I should update the information on the product on their website! Can you believe this? Inconveniencing a customer to have to return an item because it was wrongly advertised and then stating that the customer should update accurate information ON THEIR WEBSITE! I will NEVER purchase anything from Staples again!
