Although I shop at Staples for supplies, my last visit was solely to solve a problem that I was having with my Samsung tablet. This very knowledgeable associate spent about 15 minutes figuring out what was wrong and advising me what to do with it. He did not ask to be compensated for his time and he did not suggest any product to purchase. I have found Staples staff to be very willing to help and not impose anything on me, which is why I feel very comfortable going there with questions or to get supplies.
Went to Staples in Alpharetta, the?manager? Richard says I can not use my valid coupon. He said I use to many coupons? Rude about it, I am amazed how bad his attitude is, why issue coupons if customer are told they can not use them. I will go to Walmart.
Couldnt recieve cash back... why. Does staples have signs for consumers to know when making an purchase...
Tip for consumers:
A sign for consumers to recieve cash back

Buyer Beware, Fraudulent activity Staples Ink Recycle Program. Online customer service a joke report!
I've never had a problem. They send you an email when it's ready. I'm in and out in no time!
Eh it is better than other places. Of course I don't have a lot of options, so 5 stars.
EXPLAIN TO ME HOW MY HP IMAGING DRUM BOX WAS COVERED IN BIRD POOP with FEATHERS AND IT WAS INSIDE A STAPLES BOX... THAT IS NASTY AND DANGEROUS
Our local Staples closed, so we now get our office supplies from their web site. Ok I guess.
The place for anything you need to finish the bosses report on your Sunday while he plays golf.
I always use Staples for all my printing paper, ink, photo paper and lots more. Very helpful staff.
Have what i need almost all the time, friendly staff, will always come again in the future.
Great product selection
Quality is key
Very clean stores
Helpful cross trained employees
Not necessarily cost effective however.
Good luck getting a response from them, good products and laptops though especially the HP lineup
SECOND UPDATE: 60 days and never received. Called the rebate department and the person I unfortunately got refused to assist in any manner. I ended up calling The Office of the President of Staples. Spoke with Martha. Not sure how Martha got her job but WOW! I don't think anyone could be any more incompetent. After providing her with the tracking number, the rebate number, our order number and confirmation number, as well as, the dates and confirmations of the rebate from Staples, she said "that rebate is not a valid" I hung up and called back and got a hold of someone with at least a few brain cells. That said, it will be another week or so for anyone to get back to me. I wrote a formal complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. No doubt it will take a year to be looked into but if people do not stand up to fraud and bad business then it will simply continue.
UPDATE TO REVIEW: More time has passed and tried calling Staples again. Took over 1 hour and 3 transfers only to be told its not 15 days for mailing, its an entire month! That month will be up next week... Stay tuned...
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Made the mistake of purchasing a case of copy paper that was advertised to be $10 after getting a rebate back. Its been a month and nothing other than an email stating the rebate has been processed. Called the executive offices of Staples because there was no one to speak with in customer service who had a brain. The woman at the executive offices said it takes 3 weeks from the date of the notice, to receiving the rebate in the mail. I asked where it is was coming from (expecting somewhere out of the US due to the lengthy mailing time quoted). She responded, "a place called Lewisville". I'm in Texas. I asked her if she was referring to Lewisville, Texas? She said yes. I let her know that from where I'm located, one could drive to Lewisville in a matter of 20 minutes and asked how it would be possible it would take 3 weeks. Her response; it takes 3 weeks no matter where you are, even if you are across the country. Bizarre but I waited the 3 weeks. Nothing. There's a reason why this company's current net income is a negative $440 million. Lesson learned. If you see some "deal" where Staples is promising you a rebate, steer clear like its the plague.
Went into the store on Monday to order an office chair - was told the item was in stock in the warehouse and would be delivered to my home on Friday between 9 and 5.
Friday came and went. Received an automated e-mail on Monday informing me that there was no stock of the item, and that my order was cancelled. No notice saying they have more on the way and I should expect it in x-xx days. Just cancelled!
Called customer service right away on Monday. They apologized, and said that they actually did have stock after all (there were apparently 54 at that time), and that I could place another order over the phone. Was asked for my credit card again. I thought ok, mistakes happen. Place an order a second time. Was told I the chair would be delivered the following day (Tuesday) between 9 and 5 pm, so once again made arrangements for someone to be at my home office to receive the chair. On Tuesday, the Staples truck DOES show up, but they're not delivering a chair. Apparently they were here to pick up a RETURN for an office chair. Later that day, I receive another automated e-mail stating that my second chair order has been cancelled due to the item being out of stock. WTF?
Called customer service yet again on Tuesday. Spoke to Keith this time. Explained the situation to him. He apologized and said he was going to call Cindy. Cindy is apparently the staff member who has the e-mail address of someone who works in the warehouse. One gatekeeper who relies on an e-mail inquiries to check warehouse stock. Are you kidding me? Staples clearly does not understand the importance of investing in a quality business process management system. Their inventory is not reconciled with their supply chain which means they have no idea when out of stock items will be replenished (or whether or not they are even on order). Keith assured me he would be in touch by phone or e-mail by the end of the day on Tuesday.
It's Wednesday. No e-mail/phone call from Keith. Called customer service yet again. I'm given the same run around treatment. "Must call Cindy. Cindy must e-mail the warehouse. Warehouse must reply to Cindy. Cindy must call the Customer Service Rep back. Customer service rep must get back to me." Doesn't this sound insane to you? In this day and age with all the cheap and readily available technology that can instantly make these kind of problems go away?! I'm baffled and so unimpressed! Goodbye Staples. Never again!
Everything else is well and competitive but the price is high than other platforms.
THEY STOLE MY MONEY!
I BOUGHT A LAPTOP AND RETURNED IT TO STORE AFTER IT CRASHED THE FIRST DAY I OPENED IT... IT HAS BEEN 9 MONTHS AND STILL NO $$
Did you know that its only ten cents a copy for a regular black and white page copy here~truth
Good range of products and prices, easy to use website and fast delivery.
In two words Staples was very helpful in different situations. Thanks a lot!
Love the savings during back to school- they actually make school shopping affordable!
Overpriced crap rude staff stores as big as airports. Be better at a local shop or pound shop
Not the cheapest but definitely good quality products and good customer service.
I had a couple of transactions with them but had no problems
They price are reasonable and they delivery locally where I live.
