Although I shop at Staples for supplies, my last visit was solely to solve a problem that I was having with my Samsung tablet. This very knowledgeable associate spent about 15 minutes figuring out what was wrong and advising me what to do with it. He did not ask to be compensated for his time and he did not suggest any product to purchase. I have found Staples staff to be very willing to help and not impose anything on me, which is why I feel very comfortable going there with questions or to get supplies.
Went to Staples in Alpharetta, the?manager? Richard says I can not use my valid coupon. He said I use to many coupons? Rude about it, I am amazed how bad his attitude is, why issue coupons if customer are told they can not use them. I will go to Walmart.
I bought new office furniture at the hyannis location at a great price and they even assembled for me. I got great treatment from Irena, even though it wasn't her department.
Office supplies and friendly customer service! Affordable prices as well! Hey have a great selection of office supplies. Their prices aren't too bad, and they have great sales.
Due to a review given by an individual on the #506 (3/8") staples claiming
The design had changed, I thought a bit of clarification of tip design
Was appropriate.
I had an issue with Staples regarding the warranty for my laptop as they cannot fix and offered me $750 (NO TAX) I paid almost $1000 for that laptop I got a call from Store Manager from 80 Great Lakes Drive Brampton, ON L6R 2K7 store to help me I went there but the Manager Don never came to talk with me after waiting for ten mins I went to her she was very rude as I asked her to pay me back for my laptop or fix my laptop as I bought extended warranty her colleague Sushil was also not ready to help. Please do not shop at Staples they want to "sell" warranty but when the actual time comes they simply don't care. Also with this attitude I don't recommend any one to go this store. With this attitude towards the customer I wonder why Staples stores are closing.

STAPLES PROVES TO BE A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY, once again!
I was afraid to order anything online. I ordered 5 ink cartridges, and asked to pick it up at the store. It got there, all right, but they listed my name incorrectly, and initially STAPLES staff could not find it. They should have sent a free gift card for $20.00 under separate cover. I didn't receive it. I was fuming!
Take a hint, PERSIST! When they eventually located all of the information, they said that they had made a pretty serious mistake... They had not charged me for the order, and the Gift Card is not sent out until they received the payment. They told me that because it was their mistake, the $161.00. Order was free to me.
I insisted that even though they were unable to locate the Credit Card Charges, that, in fact, the money had been debited from my account. I proved this was true, and not only had they been initially willing to give me that expensive online order for free, but they then sent me the Gift Card, via Express Mail.
I AM IMPRESSED!
This is one of my favorite office supply store where I can find most of my items but lately the service has been lacking in my Baychester Bronx area by the mall.
Well as you can tell by the title we were only refunded HALF of our purchase price because they said what we bought went on sale for half of what we paid even though we showed our reciept for proff of purchse at $139.00 times 2 we bought file cabinets they refunded only $150.00 WOW EVEN CALL CORPORATE NUMBER TO GET HUNG UP ON... F**K ST****S
Your Greensboro Wendover store timing online says Monday to Friday 8:00 Am to 9:00pm
When I arrived to the store I found the time on the door 8:00 am to 8: op pm
Which is fine and understandable due to the pandemic
But the things in unacceptable is I did arrived to the door at 19:56 and the door was closed and 2 of the staff just looking at me behind the glass
Looks like they are in hurry to go home
I will never shop at this store again
I purchased an office chair at Staples a few months ago and sales associate sold me on the protection plan. The chair has ripped and worn and I put through the claim. It took over a month to get the claim. Had to send in my proof 3 x's before they approved claim. I received an egift card for the claim. Went to Stapes and had terrible customer service trying to get the chair. Once I got the chair and went to purchase it with the ecard it did not work. Called asurion the protection plan and they can only say they know of the issue and have technical difficulties with egift cards so I could not use it.
I went home and called corporate customer service at Staples spoke with Angela. She was unaware of the issue and was going to check on it an get back to be. Angela never called me back. I called back next day and nobody knows of an Angela. I had the worse experience with this protection plan. I recommend NOT to purchase a plan from Staples. They are all big on selling their plans but afterwards hey don't care about helping you.
They have good vision and nice deal on their website, especially once I search the tea bag, they even offer that kind of product, really rich rang!
I don't often need office supplies, but am setting up a new home office. Ordered online and had it about 2-3 days later.
A great service, never had any issues. The prices are kinda good, the choice is also... Will use it again(till something happens lol).
I needed a large ski map given out by the Resort to be copied and reduced in size. The results were perfect.
In store printing and copy got much better in Massachusetts but other things or items like laptops are really expensive.
I don't mind shopping here if I can find a good deal. Unfortunately those are usually few and far between.
I was charged $680.52 to send five packages UPS. I have asked for an explanation several times and no response.
I needed printer ink. I had a new printer so used the "find your ink" option online. I ordered the ink, but it wasn't for my printer. I took it to a store for the return and they ordered the correct ink. A week later I needed different colors, since I knew the kind of ink I needed I ordered the three needed colors. The ink was suppose to arrive in 3 days. Three days later 2 of the 3 cartridges showed up, it was a Friday night. Sat morning I called to find out why I hadn't received my entire order, they didn't know but said it would be delivered before 5 on Sat. And to call back if I didn't receive it. No ink. I call. I was then told they don't deliver on Sat as the ink was coming UPS. Still no understanding of why the ink was not all in one package. The frustrating part is there was no email letting me know my order was in two shipments and was not going to arrive as stated when I first placed the order. Staples customer service is outsourced so it was hard to tell if this was a lack of knowledge or a language barrier because my situation was outside the box. I complained to the person and asked if he could pass on what happened so improvements could be made. I think the situation being outside the box resulted in no understanding or action being taken. I have to say I won't be ordering from Staples.com again. What a nightmare, and I still don't have all my ink! Their customer service is subpar.
I stood there for about five minutes staring at the clerk in the Print Section of Staples in Cape Coral Florida. He finally lifted his head from his computer screen and asked, "Can I help you?". I told him I needed to order checks for my company. He nonchalantly went over to another computer screen and "booted" the appropriate software program. He said, "It might take a while to load"... without any choice, I waited patiently. Another customer arrived and the clerk went right to him. After about fifteen minutes, I noticed the program had booted. I also noticed that it appeared as though, after a long wait, the program disappeared! L will never do business with that particular store again while this young man is working there! I was absolutely amazed at how this customer was treated... by the way, I have had a Staples business credit card since 1988... the very first year that Staples came on the scene! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE... YOU HAD BETTER BE READY TO LIVE THERE AWHILE IF YOU PLAN TO HAVE COPIES MADE OR OTHER SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS! THIS STORE IN CAPE CORAL IS THE UNCARING
STAPLES STORE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!
I paid just$4.00 for a pencil sharpener that is $1.99 I talked to manager and he told my that he couldn't give me a refund.

I had purchased a Canon printer with warranty (SquareTrade protection plan) and ran into a problem with the printer during the coverage period. I attempted to file a claim through SquareTrade, following the procedure and meeting all the criteria. SquareTrade would not honor the claim, so I went in person to Staples in Keene, NH, where I purchased the printer and protection plan.
Supervisor Jay LaFord listened to my concern, looked at my receipt and protection plan, and called SquareTrade. He was put on hold for quite a while and when he finally got through, calmly and professionally explained why I was entitled to the claim. He succeeded and SquareTrade reimbursed me the amount for which I was covered.
It had been very stressful working with SquareTrade and I was annoyed that Staples would sell a protection plan that was not honored. Jay resolved the matter promptly and satisfactorily, and he was nice to work with.
My suggestion to anyone who has trouble getting a third-party plan honored is to go to the place where the item was purchased. In this case, Staples in Keene, NH did exactly what a consumer would hope they would do.
Out of Towners beware!
Neglected to mention that if i didn't register my plate with the cashier (or by QR code which i do not do), my car would be ticketed in their lot (identified as staples parking). So having not gone there before and not being aware of something called "indigo parking" (I don't live in Ottawa), I parked in the parking lot and saw that it was for Staple customers. Went in to the store. Spoke with 3 separate members of staff and service was decent and after about 20-30 minutes of shopping, made my purchase (considerable amount of $$$) and went out to my car in the PARKING LOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR STAPLES CUSTOMERS) and found a 100.00 parking ticket on my car. Signage is past the entrance to the parking lot on a one way street and size of text about registering is illegible from entrance of lot.
Went back in and asked to speak with the manager... someone came to the counter and when i asked why no one told me i need to give my plate # to park in the lot, his reply was "that isn't our job" and "there is a QR code to scan right there" and "you would have to call Indigo. And then he gave me an incorrect number to call...
1 - never going to this location EVER again as the lack of empathy and concern for the customer and the customer experience is deplorable. All he did was get defensive that i should even question WHY they say nothing.
2 - never going to Ottawa ever again - the city is run by thieves. There was no indication in the parking spots them selves and if parking requires "authorization" to park, there should be a ticket to validate or some physical confirmation. What if i had been aware and given my plate info and somehow still received a ticket? Who would be responsible then?
3 - To the young gentleman starting his shift, you had no need to apologize but your empathy and concern for my meltdown in the parking lot was much appreciated. I have never had a ticket for anything in my over 30 years of having a license.
Merry Christmas
Staples used to be a good place to get office supplies at decent prices. In recent years, quality has gone down while prices went up.
If you need office supplies fast go to Staples! Great prices and they really do get it to you next day! I love free shipping!
So is am currently attending school for photography online. I had to order 3 specific types of paper for an assignment. The instructor told us to place orders 1 week prior to Assignment due date. When I placed my order for the 3 types of paper it said I would have then by the 4th. Okay great it was on-time for my assignment so I thought. On the 4th I received 2 packages each only contained 1 type of paper. And one was the wrong type of paper. I called customer service and I was told they would resend the paper that I didn't get and the one that was wrong. Okay so I expected my 2 other papers the next day as that is what I was told by customer service. Instead I didn't receive any more packages. When I call customer service I was repeatedly told it was out for delivery. When it was after time it was to be delivered. The. I was told the order had been canceled. I then asked if I was going to be refunded. I was told yes. Then I asked for confirmation to be sent to my email and they agreed. I still have not received and email and it has been 2 days. I have called and told them either send me the papers or give me my refund. I still have not received a confirmation of my refund or a package. I will never purchase online with staples agian! I
But I have only had great experiences with purchasing in store. (they do not carry the items I needed in-store though)
