Although I shop at Staples for supplies, my last visit was solely to solve a problem that I was having with my Samsung tablet. This very knowledgeable associate spent about 15 minutes figuring out what was wrong and advising me what to do with it. He did not ask to be compensated for his time and he did not suggest any product to purchase. I have found Staples staff to be very willing to help and not impose anything on me, which is why I feel very comfortable going there with questions or to get supplies.
Went to Staples in Alpharetta, the?manager? Richard says I can not use my valid coupon. He said I use to many coupons? Rude about it, I am amazed how bad his attitude is, why issue coupons if customer are told they can not use them. I will go to Walmart.
My last three Lap Tops and Devices I have bought at Staples Online. When you shop do not forget to shop Staples Online. It surprised me as a better price and to save shipping ship to your local store. The Laptops I bought did not fail I just upgraded to newer technology and Ipads...
I was amazed when trying to order TZ labels from Staples, that they would only sell me the stock on hand, and could not, or would not order any other tapes I required, even if I paid for them pre order!
This would only be done if I had a registered account, needless to say, I walked away, disgruntled.
I went into local store to purchase a common item. The item was out of stock. The sales associate indicated I could order the item on line and it would arrive the next day by 5pm. I placed the order and paid for the item at the store. I was promised my item would arrive by 5pm. At 4 pm, I had not received my order or heard from Staples. I called the number on my receipt and was assured it would be delivered by 5pm. I called again at 5:15pm and spoke with supervisor who had no clue as to where the item was or when it would be delivered. Next time if the item is not on the shelf, I will leave and not trust the Staples on line order service for timely deliver. It is now 5:42 and still no order or notice of when it will arrive.
I purchased a shredder from the Staples on Ocotillo in Queen Creek, AZ. I also purchased the store warranty. I was told if there was a problem I could return it to the store. After using it off and on for a couple weeks, it jammed and I could not clear it. I was not aware what I purchased was a short time warranty. My husband recently passed away and I was busy with arrangements, did not realize the shredder return needed to be a priority. Today, 6weeks after purchase, I was informed I would need to deal with Asurion to get my money back. I will contact them, but will not deal with Staples again.
I also had a package I needed to return via UPS. This Staples had a UPS outlet. I had all the prepaid labels, but needed the package taped. The person at the desk treated me like she was doing me a favor by taping and receiving my package. I cannot say enough about how poorly I was treated at this store. If this is an example of the Staples service, I will not use them again.

They are very bad with store pickup. I called a store to check if they have a specific laptop and they said yes and once i drove there turns out they never had it.
Online: I submited an order and 2 days later called to check on my order they said the order was canceled from there side and never informed me and by that time the item was sold out.

If you buy online make sure you deliver it to the NEAREST STORE, otherwise you'll never get the item (unless you're sitting at home and waiting for the package). They don't call when they're about to deliver - they deliver between 9 and 5 (when everybody works) - they never deliver on the weekends - and they have 3 attempts. To make things worse, delivery guys enter the building without permission - I never got a call from downstairs, I was nearby, I could have come to take the package. Simply ridiculous! NEVER NEVER NEVER buying again with staples online! Don't bother calling the customer service 877 number - they can't do anything. And then you wonder why Best Buy takes over the business.
I went to Staples on Slauson blvd of Huntington Park,California to buy color inks for my color printers.
I picked 4 different colors of inks and waited a casher to pay for 15minutes.
Nothing busy.but only one cashier-red haired teaching for something for a lady endlessly and other check out site light was on but no one stay there.
Online pick up desk was right next and a girl was sitting without anything doing.
I asked twice someone can help me but all ignored …
Almost no customer inside and several store workers are here and there.
But no one helped …
I asked direct to red haired girl twice to call anybody but she also ignored.
I don't know how this store still exist this location.
Always their service was rude and slow in my 8years experience to visit this store.
Also store workers- mostly Latinos- don't know about product well. This was my last visit of this store and Never gonna return again.

I draw acrchitectural drawings. The other Day I brougt one in to be reproduced from a "thumb Drive". I've done this at Staples for a few years up until two weeks age with no issue. The drawing was 1:1 scale. They couldn't get it right. For some reason they tried to scale it to a paper size. My paper size was not noted. They could have printed the image on any size paper.
To shorten this up. They were new and used the excuse that they didnt have the program to draw it... 1:1 scale? Give me a break.

I ordered masks that I need for the weekend. I ordered on Tuesday because it said one day delivery. Well that changed to two day. Well then it says it was delivered I told CS I was on my porch and there was no delivery. Well they could replace but I wouldn't reeceive it until Monday. Well that doesn't help. I asked for a refund and how disppointed I was with this. The answer was refund will be issued within 24 hours. Was there anything else she could help me with really no sorry or lets see if we can get replacement earlier. Nope no Staples for me
Service sucks, prices suck, products are scarce. And upper management? They're the cause of it all with their no care attitude. This company is getting run right into the ground

My fiance is an employee at Staples and has been there for sometime now and really like what she does. The GM that runs the store is a racist and he talks about his employees and also plays around with her schedule. We have huge bills to pay and giving somebody 40+ hours one week and then giving them 15 hours the next week because she called out SICK on one day SICK THROWING UP how dare you. Ive never seen this kind of job who treats other people the way that they do so unacceptable.

Other major supply stores don't maintain proper selection of products but Staples has never failed me. Their customer service is top notch and they are supportive of military veterans.
I really like staples. They have a great selection of office supplies that are reasonably priced. I would definitely order from them again in the future.
I have a small business and buy all my supplies at Staples. Living in an area with inclement weather (piles of snow!), I appreciate the home delivery.
Consistently they DO have what you need... equally they are ALWAYS overpriced. The only thing I buy there is colored printer paper.
EXCEPTION: their copy centers are well run - moderate price/copy, but machines generally excellent.
WORST: the USPS counter in my Staples is terrible - stay away!
I CALLED THEM TO GET SOME INFORMATION ON DIFFERENT CONNECTORS FOR COMPUTERS AND OTHER ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS, BUT THIS GUY DIDN'T WANT TO LOOK SO HE JUST PUT ME ON HOLD AND NEVER CAME BACK. WILL NEVER ENTER A STAPLES STORE AGAIN. SUCH POOR QUALITY OF EMPLOYEES NOW DAYS, IT AMAZES ME HOW THEY GET JOBS.
Order business cards online that came out totally wrong they could not fix them at the store as well as a stamp they miss printed twice and finally got it right
Always used Staples for my office supplies, but they've closed the 2 stores closest to me. Was dead handy. Still online but probably fighting a losing battle against the big guys.
Basically I was lied to! I received an email saying my shipment would arrive between 2 dates. It never did! When I called they said it would arrive before 8 pm on the final day! It never did! I called again, my order wasn't processed! Then I received an email saying it was delivered the day before! What the f___! I called again and was told it was shipped by UPS and they would get in touch with me in 48 hrs! Whatever that was suppose to mean! Nothing after 48 hours. I have to go on line now because it's the weekend, and I'm told it won't be delivered for another week! What the f___! They lied to me on several occasions, false information! Would they treat a major business that way! Sta[ples you SUCK!
I don't know how they can ship 8000 sheets of paper to my home for free, but they did. Quick and reliable. I will definitely order from them online again
