Although I shop at Staples for supplies, my last visit was solely to solve a problem that I was having with my Samsung tablet. This very knowledgeable associate spent about 15 minutes figuring out what was wrong and advising me what to do with it. He did not ask to be compensated for his time and he did not suggest any product to purchase. I have found Staples staff to be very willing to help and not impose anything on me, which is why I feel very comfortable going there with questions or to get supplies.
Went to Staples in Alpharetta, the?manager? Richard says I can not use my valid coupon. He said I use to many coupons? Rude about it, I am amazed how bad his attitude is, why issue coupons if customer are told they can not use them. I will go to Walmart.
Returned PC with 3 year paid warranty. Travelled 45 mins to store, having been told it would be checked in the store. Not true! All they did was phone their insurers, who argued and were rude and obstructive. Worst ever customer service experience. Avoid!
Great bargains if on sale and very fast shipping too! Almost anything you need for your office/school supplies can be found here.
But still, if the item is available in Walmart - it's usually cheaper there.
I am an attorney. I have repeated deadlines, etc., requiring various Staples products, services and more importantly knowledgeable advice. But for AARON, Sales Manager's assistance I would never have met my deadlines. I was also greatly assisted by Edith, Assistant Manager on several occasions. I noticed that they did not only treat me w/ personal service, but also kindly helped others. Staples deserves the name Super Store because of them. Reliable!

As an office product need this is my all time favorite place to online shop. Great products, price and shipping! Their delivery policies and service are very good. Their store sales folks could be better informed about location of items in their own store. A minor frustration.
I normally purchase my postage machine cartridges on Amazon. We needed one ASAP, and though the price was a lot more, we ordered through Staples because of the next day delivery. That was 10 AM Tuesday. It is after 5 on Thursday. No Cartridge! And when I finally gave up and told them to cancel the undelivered order, they promised someone would call me in 24 hours!
I was absolutely in a tough spot because my client needed some last second changes to multiple documents right before a major meeting. I arrived at this Staples location from out of town in an Uber trusting that they could get it done. Not only did Carey S., the Print & Marketing Production Supervisor, save the day, the whole team stayed after closing long enough to complete the mission. The meeting was flawless the next day due in large part to the grace, professionalism and teamwork afforded me by this Waltham MA Staples team. Thank you so much!

Staples is the worst place to buy any sort of office supplies. I have gone there several time (My bad) and purchased either pencils or a tri-fold for a project. I can easily walk into Walmart and purchase the same item for much less.
The customer service is terrible. They can't even process a single coupon. You would be better off staying away from Staples.

Order all my office supplies from them no matter how large or small they always deliver. Not fast, but always within the time frame stipulated and never had the BS of an item being replaced with a similar which I've had with other companies
Very impressed with how quickly ordered merchandise is delivered. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it would be better if the merchandise was available in stores and they didn't have to order it online.
Do NOT purchase their protection plan. It is worthless and they lie to you about how it works. The Insurance company destroyed my printer during shipment and refused to replace my printer. The district and store manager didn't even bother to call me. Stay with Amazon on all purchases. You'll be treated better. I am out over $700. So unprofessional.

You can probably find just about anything in office supplies at Staples. I love this store but you have to no your prices. Read the weekly flyer and look for bargains. When a product goes on sale, to my knowledge, it is really on sale. If your looking for some assistance, you might be looking until the three wise men come walking down the street. On the bright side, Staples offers reward miles.
John has always been great at what he does and always with a smile! Even challenged me to battle him in school donation sales:-) I bought 1 wish I could have bought more. Zack was there as well and loved to see the team work with him jumping on the register to help the line go down. John, you are truly an asset to Staples. Missed Frieda being there and her smile as well maybe I'll see her another time god knows I'll be back for more ink for the office printer lol

I went to Staples to print some documents and asked for someone to help me because I can't figure out the self service machines.There were 2 women behind the counter neither were busy with customers and didn't look busy with anything except talking to each other.When I asked for help they told me no.They don't help with printing anymore.So helping customers is no longer something Staples does.I will find a new office store
When it comes to ink cartridges, their selection is limited and maybe there should be a small touch screen system sitting in front that lets you select your brand and model etc etc before looking for someone to help you.
Staples, in my opinion, are an example of what more sites should be like. I ordered some duo-tangs which I misunderstood as being a multicoloured pack, and when I got them, they were all red. So I wrote them requesting a return and within 30 minutes they responded. They gave me my money back and told me I can keep the product as well, and said to donate it to a school or organization. I thought that was absolutely amazing. Also, it got here in no time. Literally. I ordered it one day, it was here the next. Amazing service. Will be ordering my daughters school supplies from there every year.
My son was in west Vancouver Stables with a friend looking at gaming PCs and to get his friends opinion on a desk and chair. Manager comes out of no where and tells them to "go now" and follows them out the store.My son just assumed maybe it was closing cause it's in a mall but he went back an hour later and the store was still open. So why were they randomly kicked out? No customer service at all! Extremely unprofessional.
Phone number is not answered, chat does not work. Ordered printer on 11/27 and order said it would be delivered on 11/29. Checked their site order and today it has not been processed. I can't cancel the order and have no idea of when it will delivered since I cannot get in touch with them. Will not buy again from them!
Amazing customer service. Great quality of a print at a reasonable price! Will go back again for all my prints! They look phenomenal and I always get my print/prints within a couple days of my purchase. Thank you staples! For making my business work!

You may have to purchase photos separately. Sometimes their website won’t allow me to buy multiple prints. I’ll have to do one at a time which gives me multiple different order numbers.

Been on the phone with an Asian woman named "Ann". When they are unable to answer your question they transfer you to the group again so they don't have to deal with you. This is ridiculous and a complete waste of time! I can't use a company that doesn't even monitor their team abroad. It shows complete incompetence.
I ordered a laptop for my son on Staples website. The delivery was late by 2 days, but that's not a big deal until i found out they delivered a USB connector in place of a laptop. Contacted the support, who wants me to return the item before they start the refund. I contested that my refund should be processed right away, as the responsibility of shipping a wrong item is their fault. Why would you delay my refund for your fault? Anyways I started the return process, only to find out that their shipping instructions won't work. I can't even print the shipping label.
THATS IT. I am disputing the transaction with my credit card company. I am not going to return a stupid $10 USB connector by paying its shipping charges (clearly more than its cost). I was feeling bad for Amazon eating their lunch, but now fully understand why they deserve it. Bad customer service.
I used to buy my computers here until I spent $3000. 00 for computer that did not work and sending it in for repair right after purchase and had to pay for that to Boot, I will never Again! I went there not too long ago again-the store was so very dirty-the people were so very rude-the customers so loud and rude! Do not buy anything from Staples, customer hostile policies are in place, especially Quince Orchard store. Worst merchandise return policy ever was communicated to me from the manager of this store. Here it goes, If you have lost your receipt (life happens) then they will give back lowest historical price of the merchandise when you try to return it. In my case they said they will give me back 20% of the price I paid. So if you buy a office chair or a printer worth $1000, as soon as you get out of the store and lose your receipt in parking lot, they will happily take it back at Black Friday price of two years prior i. E. $50. In this age of data science, they will not look at recent price of the merchandise but historical lowest ever.
I've seen people reviewing Staples for their bad shipping, or how much they like their products, but not me. I have a different. Reputation with Staples. It all started when I was going to Staples with my beautiful family of 241. We walk through the doors, and a small goblin-man runs into sight. He pulled out some weird device, and before I knew it, my entire family was dead. Do not go to Staples.

I had a very pleasant experience with customer service/public relations and I am more than satisfied. I will definitely order from them online again. Staff is educated on computers and gives great advice.
"John" was helping us July 3, day before the 4th. For about 30 minutes, he was trying to get a print out for my daughter while at the same time juggling calls from other store customers. Did not quit. That was way beyond the call of duty for a store manager. 90-30 Metropolitan Avenue. Was really impressed.
