Although I shop at Staples for supplies, my last visit was solely to solve a problem that I was having with my Samsung tablet. This very knowledgeable associate spent about 15 minutes figuring out what was wrong and advising me what to do with it. He did not ask to be compensated for his time and he did not suggest any product to purchase. I have found Staples staff to be very willing to help and not impose anything on me, which is why I feel very comfortable going there with questions or to get supplies.

Staples knows how to turn a good day into bad. I ordered (#*******157) a Brother printer for my homework. They sent it a few days later, but shipped it back because my address was wrong. No it wasn't. It was awful trying to fix this because at every click of the mouse, the company pumps ads from every direction. I finally got an email saying it would be redelivered and was notified it was on my porch. No, it wasn't. It was returned. Back in the barrel, same frustration. The email said it will arrive today. Nope. I'm stuck. I contacted them by email, phone, and chat. The BROTHER HL L2400D is $10 cheaper at Walmart. I ordered two printers from Staples, my first and my last. My name is Lou and I stand by all of my reviews.

I usually go to staples in Mount Vernon NY and the store usually is empty except for the Marketing printer department which the line is very long and you have to be prepared to wait at least 2 hours in order to be helped. This department needs more people working it's really not acceptable the waiting time we spend on the line just to request something simple. I hope this message can be noticed and heard. Thank you
I placed an on-line order of 2 cartons of 10 foam boards measuring 30x40. These can only be purchased on line because of their size. They can only be ordered by the carton so they can be shipped safely and not damaged. Well, I received two boards! Just two. Someone actually opened a carton, took two boards out and wrapped the bottom and top with plastic and sent them to me. Of course they were damaged. I laughed this off with Kristine, the very nice Staples service rep. She reordered my boards. Staples actually sent out a huge truck to pick up the two damaged boards but didn't have my replacement order on that truck. ( What a waste of time). Just got off the line and now they say my replacement has been lost and I cannot reorder as they are sold out. Pretty ridiculous to me! Now I have to wait for my $116. Refund! Staples- get your act together! I will shop elsewhere now as I still need those foam boards.

I run a business and ordered ink from Staples on a Monday. They claim free next-day delivery, that is a lie. I checked my order's status on Tuesday, and the item didn't ship. I contacted customer service and she said it would arrive on Wednesday mysteriously not long after the call I got a shipping notice. The next day I got an email stating the delivery driver left my order at the warehouse and now it will be arriving on Thursday. I contacted customer service and after a 30-minute back and forth she offered me a 20% discount. Save yourself the time and stick to Amazon.
I work from home. Because I am on oxygen - I do not drive. I have 61 empty ink cartridges to return to Staples. THEY will not allow me to return them and get credit with my rewards so I can purchase other items. They said I can only return 10 at a time and I need to purchase $50.00 in ink to even get the rewards for returning the ink. THEY are not helpful at all and will not make any exceptions.

I needed materials for a presentation on the same day. Staples in Wilmington DE has not failed me yet! Chris C at my local store (110) proved to be a superstar at a critical moment. I bought a laptop and additional items totaling $700 I paid with a Visa credit card, the charge went through no problem. The clerk said oh excuse me I must void that transaction I forgot to write up the sale correctly but don't worry about it your credit card will not be charged twice the first charge will not go through. Well that's what he thought it did go through, my bank saw it as fraudulent activity and closed the card! No one at Staples is willing to take responsibility they say it's the banks fault and I am just upset over nothing. Well it's the only credit card I have and now I have to wait 5-7 business days for a new card. I have to call all the accounts that are on auto pay when I get the new card and inform them of the new number. All because the clerk forgot how to ring up the sale properly. Doesn't anyone know how to do their job? What makes matters worse is no one at Staples would even take responsibility! It was just a matter of placing the blame on someone else. I would never ever do business with them again!
This ghetto place can't even print a document because there print me system is way too slow and computers want to rob you and load really slow when we're paying by the minute I spend 38 dollars on 6 pages all by the minute then 2 dollars just for it being on color that's not including the actual print. Straight robbery, y'all need to get y'all store straight. Especially when people spending there money
Ok… this review is for the pen snobs! If you're particular about what you write with, start on a new page when you make a mistake you can't erase, or just like good pens, this one's for your! I used to think I'd have to spend more money for a better pen and writing experience, but I found Pilot G-2 pens and never looked back. This review is specifically about the. 05 extra fine Pilot G-2 pens in blue and black ink. Smooth writing EVERY time which makes for continuous strokes, faster writing and more beautiful pages.

My shipment was stolen and replaced with an a keyboard by somebody and repackaged before it's delivered to me and once I contact them they mention that it's not there problem and you should get your money back from the bank. What a ridiculous service they have. They don't appreciate the customer. How come a big company would reply to a customer like that. Shame on you guys.
Would give them 0 stars. Ordered 5 boxes. For 2 weeks kept getting emails saying order delayed. Told them to cancel. One reply of many said they would cancel. Next email said order delivered and I could return it, but order was not delivered and they ripped me off. Will NEVER deal with Staples again. This has not been resolved and they stole $21 from me for something I never received.
The people at Staples do not have your back. I used to go there regularly and I spent a lot of money there. One day about a year ago my scanner broke and I had a rather large document to email out ASAP for an urgent high-monied business deal. I came to get a document scanned and they told me that they were going to charge me two dollars a page. I even talked to a woman who was an assistant manager; she was completely intransigent and would not even offer some kind of discount. I felt completely devalued as a good customer. I have not been back since and I will not return ever again. I have given my business to people who care about me as a human being and the store apparently did not care about me whatsoever. Moreover, two of the most unethical and self-serving people I have ever met in all of my life are now working in their leadership. If I were you, I would never give these people your business.

Returned PC with 3 year paid warranty. Travelled 45 mins to store, having been told it would be checked in the store. Not true! All they did was phone their insurers, who argued and were rude and obstructive. Worst ever customer service experience. Avoid!
I normally purchase my postage machine cartridges on Amazon. We needed one ASAP, and though the price was a lot more, we ordered through Staples because of the next day delivery. That was 10 AM Tuesday. It is after 5 on Thursday. No Cartridge! And when I finally gave up and told them to cancel the undelivered order, they promised someone would call me in 24 hours!
Staples is the worst place to buy any sort of office supplies. I have gone there several time (My bad) and purchased either pencils or a tri-fold for a project. I can easily walk into Walmart and purchase the same item for much less.
The customer service is terrible. They can't even process a single coupon. You would be better off staying away from Staples.

Do NOT purchase their protection plan. It is worthless and they lie to you about how it works. The Insurance company destroyed my printer during shipment and refused to replace my printer. I went to Staples to print some documents and asked for someone to help me because I can't figure out the self service machines.There were 2 women behind the counter neither were busy with customers and didn't look busy with anything except talking to each other.When I asked for help they told me no.They don't help with printing anymore.So helping customers is no longer something Staples does.I will find a new office store
My son was in west Vancouver Stables with a friend looking at gaming PCs and to get his friends opinion on a desk and chair. Manager comes out of no where and tells them to "go now" and follows them out the store.My son just assumed maybe it was closing cause it's in a mall but he went back an hour later and the store was still open. So why were they randomly kicked out? No customer service at all! Extremely unprofessional.
I think a picture is worth a 1,000 words. I ordered this plastic organizer cart from Staples... price is $51.99 so not exactly dirt cheap. I found it sitting in the middle of the sidewalk in front of my house at around 4:00 this afternoon and this is how it looked... no wrapping whatsoever, and banged up from having slammed into everything in whatever truck it came in. It was also filthy dirty. By the way, no one rang the doorbell when they delivered it... maybe they were afraid I was going to refuse it. Shame on you Staples!
