I bought an item from Staples.com and had to return it. UNLIKE THE OTHER WEBSITES I HAVE USED, Staples does not print its own return label. Rather, you have to WAIT 24 HOURS to receive an email from UPS in order to return the item.

Placed my order on staples.com at 5:00pm last night. It is 2:00pm next day and it has already been delivered by UPS! Less than 24 hours! I am very happy.
I bought a few rolls of Bounty from them. It came while I was away, and it was raining. The whole thing turned into a soggy mess, and I threw it away. I called staples and complained and they wanted me to fish the stuff out of the dumpster and send it back. I told them forget it, and ordered the same stuff from Amazon. Staples treated like a leper rather than a valued customer. Buy elsewhere!

The worst customer service and delivery I have ever had. I left the form on my door for the guy to leave the package on the first day I saw him read the form (security camera) and proceeded to put the boxes back in the van. I called customer service and they told me to leave the form on the door, which I had. Second day they didn't even attempt to deliver my items. Third day again they left without delivery the items. Customer service won't give a refund until 10 days after the items are back in their warehouse even though I don't even have the items to send back and relying on the same delivery company who won't deliver it to me.
I ordered a laptop from this site. And I needed it asap. It was delivered in 3 days, I'm more than satisfied. I had a great experience with Staples, and pretty sure it wasn't the last one. Thank you Staples Team. I recommend this service to everybody

Ordered an item on the 15th Dec from website, which said 'processing' I got fed up with this' so used their web chat now that it was available after the Xmas period only to be told that the item had been discontinued, this was a 2021 diary insert... no wonder they went bust...
Two times in three weeks I ordered items with a specific estimated delivery date which were never met. The next day I needed to visit the local store to reorder the items thereby loosing my time and using important delivery time. In both instances Veteran Messenger Service was used. This provider is totally unreliable and should not be used. I will not purchase for home delivery if this provider is used. I will cancel the order and either purchase from another provider or pick up at the store. Very unhappy with the delivery service. Can provide order numbers if requested.

They took my black Friday order, emailed me that it was shipped, when I haven't received it and called, they said that it was never shipped and not in stock anymore, in the meantime I lost other black Friday deals. Obviously no compensation. Stay away from them.
I purchased a product that was advertised by Staples to be a MP3 boombox. An MP3 boombox is one that has a USB port capable of playing MP3's. I received the boombox, which did NOT have an MP3 port. When I reported this to Staples, they lamely responded that "it's an MP3 player because you can hook an MP3 player up to the boombox to play out of the speakers." This is the most ridiculous thing EVER!. That's NOT how they advertised it to be an MP3 player. It should be noted that the product was also a CD player which DOES have a place to play a CD, yet, they actually stood by the ridiculous statement that speakers that can hook up to an MP3 player make this unit an MP3 player. When I complained that they advertised this as an MP3 player, I got a response from customer service stating that I should update the information on the product on their website! Can you believe this? Inconveniencing a customer to have to return an item because it was wrongly advertised and then stating that the customer should update accurate information ON THEIR WEBSITE! I will NEVER purchase anything from Staples again!

It has been almost a week now and both of my orders were supposed to be next day delivery because I need things for my business... but my orders keep saying delayed and they keep offering to refund money back to me when I just want my orders delivered... I even put the driver release forms from the Staples website on my door so they will leave the package... they said they tried to deliver but didn't... they didn't even ring the bell or anything
I have been on the phone with customer service everyday and they keep apologizing... I JUST WANT MY ORDERS... my business is losing money because I need these things... I am considering action against them for damages and false advertising...

I purchased the Hp Envy7155 about a year ago because my old Envy was not 5G. It serviced our family well and still worked beautifully when we gave it away. The Staples sales staff told me it was the best brand printer. They did not tell me it is a ink hog. I registered it and spent time with a customer service person to get it running on bluetooth. It is supposed to print pictures. I gave up after about 10 tries. The ink would not print evenly. I barely get 50 copies run before I get a signal and it shuts down because it is out of ink. I was contacted about signing up for an ink program. There is something in the cartridge that tells them to send me ink. I have more that paid for the printer in ink this year. Now the printer won't print in color even though the cartridge is fine.
The page is off center when I copy pages. We have tried to align it, but to no avail. I'm giving this printer away and good riddance!
No more HP products for me. Their products have gotten very shoddy.

It didnt arrive so I call the nightmare of they customer service. They kept putting me on hold for 10 minutes 12 minutes and told me they had no idea where the order was or how long it would take. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for 35 minutes and then disconnected.
I called the next day. Same thing.
I called today. I was told someone would reach out to me in 2 days. I asked to speak to supervisor and again placed on hold this time 45 minutes and was disconnected.
They were quick to take my money from my bank account but have not predicted the product ordered.
The STAPLES located on ******* Campus Way South, Largo MD ******* is horrible, horrible customer service in relation to getting mail shipped using their UPS services. October 13,2020 First off the employee who first assisted me in regards to using their UPS services was very unhelpful when I asked him for assistance with getting a shipment sent out he seemed to not want to help me or respond to my questions, I ended up having another employee help me send out a very important document that I was trying to ship to my daughter in California. I left feeling better that he was more helpful but now I'm I am completely displeased for it seems they have lost my package, it is now OCT 19 it should have been delivered by now but tracking says still waiting for UPS pick up, I called STAPLES for help, first employee told me to contact UPS because they come to store everyday and pick up packages, ok so I called UPS, UPS says they never received the package. I then call back to STAPLES and employee gets the manager Kevin on the phone, he was totally very blah about the whole incident, repeating the same thing previous employee said, UPS comes everyday to pick up packages and if they did not scan it then he doesnt know what to do, so basically they don't know where my package is. Kevin seemed to care less about the importance of my package nor did he offer to refund my money or apologize for losing my package smh never again!
