I wanted to purchase multiple (NFT) ships on the primary market and support the Star Atlas team. Unfortunately, when following their documentation, I lost ~$387 on two of the seven ships. I informed them of the perceived gap in documentation and financial loss. This happened in December and they didn't resolve my ticket until February. Their answer was to reimburse me with additional ships, worth less than half of what I had lost.
Needless to say, in my opinion, the user experience is significantly lacking.
