Yes, it is nice to go into a Starbucks from time to time (depends on the store however) -- especially if you have things to do on a laptop or perhaps read a publication, but the price/quality ratio for their coffee is now beyond absurd.

I was not a Starbucks Regular, but I had a wonderful experience while on vacation in Sun River! The service and smiles were refreshing! Sara was a ray of sunshine as she took our order every morning. Sara went above and beyond what was expected and made our experience extra special. The coffee was great but the service we received from Sara was like Sunshine! She made me a convert to Starbucks! Great drink

The price and quality is two mains things here. First, quality is not bad, it's not "perfect" but it's okay.
Second, price... The price is really really overpriced a lot, why you have to pay 6$ for cup of coffee? I don't know. Pretty much I like Starbucks, but at the sime time they drive me crazy for their prices

Great coffee for a great price. Starbucks is my favorite coffee shop where I have my morning dose every single day. Cheesecake or a sandwich next to my drink is always nice and I am completely satisfied with the services and products. Thanks for making my morning routine special!

Purchased a gift card in Canada with US dollars - was assured by cashier and manager I would have the full value when returning to US - when I got back to US and gave as a gift it only had $14.55. They charged me in USD but only gave me 20$ Canadian in value. When I contacted Starbucks they gave me the run around. This company steals enough from the public already.

Horrible, $5.36 for a fake ham and egg, cheese tasted spoiled, ham must have come out of a trash dumpster, and the egg I think is a rubber dog treat, beware of this sandwich, if this is an example of there food quality I am sure the rest is no better!

Dedicated Starbucks addict here, but just like the quality of your drink can different depending on the barista that makes it, your quality of service when it comes to any issue that customer service helps you with can differ. You will always get a response within 24 hours, which is very nice, and generally you get the help you desired, which is even nicer.

Seriously the best coffee in town! Always great service from the staff, they really know their stuff about coffee too which makes this place stand out among the crowd. This place is unique, I love the regular coffee.

It is no secret that I really do not like corporate chains, but Starbucks is an exception.

Their little cafes can be found in most downtown areas of cities, in airports, and generally scattered here and there. Their pastries and craft sandwiches are wonderful.

People say that their coffee tastes as though the beans were burned -- I would not know about that. But I can vouch for their cold coffees and bottled frapuccinos -- I love the Vanilla frap.

All in all -- a wonderful exception to corporate America.

Their early logo raised eyebrows... I include it below.

Today 8/30/22, I visited this Starbucks Store 7141 E Fletcher Ave
Temple Terrace, FL *******
I ordered a caramel macchiato iced tall. This is my favorite drink I always ordered so I know how is supposed to taste. But today it was a big disappointment not only on the coffee but their service and how they handled my feed back after questioning the coffee having too much milk more than usual. Their respond was well next time you should pay to have an extra shot of coffee so it won't taste like milk so much. I was shocked by this decided to toss the coffee and ask for a refund back to my card. This is not the way to talk to a customer, nor they will continue to have my business.

Store Lundys Lane and Drummond Store Niagara Falls, Ontario
Barristra Anna diffused another staff meltdown when preparing my tea. She stepped in and took over and diffused the situation. I am thankful for all the frontline workers at Starbucks. Anna is far beyond what is expected. Anna is friendly, interactive, professional and always is aware of everything that is happening behind and in front of the counter. She takes an interest in all customer satisfactions with all drink choices. Anna is kind courteous and a beautiful smile. May all your employees learn from the example Anna is demonstrating on excellent customer service and management style. Thank you Anna!

A few weeks ago, I went into Starbucks on Main St, in Brighton to study for my college psychology class. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew after a friend recommended it. When I got my drink, it looked very professional with the different layers of coffee and pumpkin cream. I stirred the two layers satisfyingly together and then took the first drink and I fell in love with the drink. The texture and taste were so creamy. The atmosphere was perfect for studying. I would 100% recommend the pumpkin cream cold brew to anyone who enjoys coffee or if you are looking for something different than the Pumpkin Spice Latte.

Still my favorite in NY. It's always busy so you know it's good ( and will keep kicking) but not so busy that you can't get seats. Soild muffins, good coffee, great service, polite, patronage. Just perfect. Will come back soon

Have been going there for years and the coffee keeps getting worst and worst. People that have no training whatsoever on how to make a latte or a flat white but charge u for it. It's nasty. Train your people.

Never got a good cup of hot mocha from any Starbucks. Like they don't want to put any chocolate in drink, but tie a string around a bar of chocolate and dip it 3 to 4 times on cup and give it to you. As much as you pay, you would think they would figure out how to make decent cup of mocha

My review just about Starbucks ice coffee.
I bought 2 iced coffee, and a few minutes later we have a half glass of ice in every glass. So, you received just half glass coffee and another half - an ice.
I'm not satisfied to buy $2.47 for ice (one coffee costs $4.93).

Starbucks's daily coffee is good but not great. I always order a Tall Blonde Roast with no cream or sugar. I like the taste of it that way, but sometimes I'm not very impressed with the taste and quality of the brew. Their baristas are extremely efficient but not all of them are friendly, I think Peet's Coffee is a better option for true coffee lovers.

This is the review on Starbucks store # ******* University of Central Florida, Orlando, Student union, 2nd floor. The staff in this store are extremely rude treat customer with a discriminatory behavior. You will feel "White racism" and "Black rudeness" by the staff in this location.
Please stay away from this Starbucks store.

Tip for consumers:
Never go to this Starbucks location.

I have been going to Starbucks for years and I love this place so much. I love the quality of their coffee very much. They also have the best workers, and they are all polite and supportive. This is one of my favorite places ever.

Great coffee, really liked the chocolate muffins. The decor of the cafe was also really good and had great vibes.The location was spacious, providing a feeling of liberty, the selection backdrop music was modern and has been in the ideal decibel. Food was yummy and in generous part.

I went to the starbucks in the airport and if the menu's would provide a € per liter price you would think you are buying golden coffee.
I forgot that it has gotten so expensive. Also the airport store was very dirty, it is that it was the only shop around that was open so I bought something here.

I was buying a hot tea in Riverdale NJ Target Starbucks always. But November 30,2020 I asked the woman, which making tea not to touch the hole of the cover in the glass with her hand, because COVID. She did not listen to me. And she poured the tea to the brim of the glass. I asked for another cover to close the glass myself. But I was uncomfortable, because there was glass to protect workers from covid, and I spilled hot tea on my wrist. I asked this woman to give me a napkin, she did not. I asked to call the manager, she began to quickly wipe the table and glass from tea, only when she finished, she called the manager. All this time I stood without help, without ice. One manager came, she said she would call another. Another manager said they didn't accept complaints in writing. My questions are why they worked with money and never wash hands after it and go straight to make coffee, even now when situation so bad with COVID and another question who will answer for my burned hand?

I go to Starbucks everyday! I expect the same drink and the way it taste to be the same everyday! The price for these drinks are not cheap! I want my drink strong with flavor, not to taste like water. I don't want to pay $ 5.00 for watered down drink at Starbucks! Sincerely, Refresher lover!

I just learned about the starbucks reward program and I cannot believe I have been missing out on this. You get free coffee and lots of discounts throughout the year if you just bother to get a starbucks card with your name on it and it is free. If you go to starbucks more than just a few times a month it is worth it.

The place is nice the staff are nice. Staff are usually pretty quick to server and there's often plenty of space to chosen from. Nice atmosphere too. Only things keeping it on four rather than 5 stars is that it is on the pricey side
