It took a friend to tell me about starbucks' online website for me to learn that you can register your starbucks card online and earn free drinks. After using the card 30 times, you make gold level. Then, after every 15 transactions, they send you a free drink card.

I already went to Starbucks everyday. I didn't know what I was missing.

Their drip coffee was fantastic... I love this place, great cafe unique atmosphere and delicious coffee.The toast program is also delicious. Great cappuccino and the best chocolate chip cookies in the city.

Its amazing how a simple thing like a cup of warm coffee can lift your spirits up. Starbucks is my go-to for so many reasons, not just the amazing coffee. It reminds me that life is great and there are some many good things to experience. I love the variety of coffee flavors and the delicious snacks.

Me and my friend got Starbucks my friends order was cookies & cream and mine was strawberries & cream they both tasted like milk and ice mixed in a blender almost no taste please make something more delicious with more taste also really expensive and we only bought a small this makes me really angry

To me, the Starbucks coffee used to taste a little better. As if with the years, they stopped paying such attention to every customer, because there are still many of them... But that's a bad approach to business. Not only the coffee isn't as good as it used to be, and I think I'm not the only one who noticed it.

I placed order for 2 drinks for my kids through the app and waited for more than 20 minutes to receive it. When I asked the store employee, I was told that the app timing is not correct and it'll take more time to get the order.

I followed up twice with the employee at the store to get my drinks, but there was no sign of getting any quick response. I asked to cancel the order and without even trying to speed up my order, they canceled it and not even thought of doing anything to get the drinks quickly.

This is really very upsetting and inappropriate behaviour what your employees are doing to clients like us. I'm going to put a bad review on google as well because my family had to leave without enjoying their favourite drink

They keep up the best they can! I have been visiting Starbucks for over a year now. And I couldn't be more pleased with the wonderful service from all their staff. They are friendly, fast and professional. Great experience!

Employees are allowed to refuse to put a name on the cup if they don't like the name; ie Trump. Starbucks says that it is not required to put names on cups or call out names when your order is ready. The problem is that if a person asks for Trump the employee can refuse to take the name or can even refuse the person service. Then the manager is allowed to call the police with a smirk on his face. I understand if they don't put any names on the cups, but not calling out a name when your order is ready? So, just set a bunch of cups on the counter & have the customers find their own orders.
Also, using Santa on your commercials & have him going around telling out "Happy Holidays." If you don't want to advertise Christmas, then don't put Christmas symbols on your commercials & ads.

I'm not amazed why there are so many Starbucks over there. They have the unsurpassed coffee there is! But that's not the oddest thing about them. The most unusual thing is that anywhere you go, they have this cozy and delightful atmosphere. How they do that in every possible corner in the world? Even their staff seemed cozy and relaxed.

My friend and I like the place very much, we always drink delicious cava here and buy delicious treats. But today in the cafe we encountered rudeness from the waitress, who cleans the tables in the street (the bilaterian). Along with the products decided to indulge themselves and liquor (a small glass). This very "chemist" assistant came by and said that you can't drink other people's products.

Wasteful
December 16, 2021

Starbucks is not only wasteful, but the amount of 15 minute old coffee that is poured down the drain, everyday to insure freshness from every Starbucks cafe and it's affiliates, is an environmental disaster. The amount of caffeine going into our rivers, and oceans is criminal.

Starbucks employees that gotten out of hand. They try and act too cool and they think that they're above a lot of people don't like the attitude there. Too pompous and if you're undecided on what to get they don't want to really help you. Understand that they're a busy place but attitude makes a big difference.

I have always enjoyed Starbucks coffee but when managers and customers started to critique what other customers view on the internet via cell phone or laptop, that draws the line. Bow what I view is strictly private. I do not share what I view with anyone. In September of 2021, at the coffee shop in Colonial Heights in Petersburg Virginia I went to a site called Etsy which display hand made items. It showed sewing lingerie. I quickly X out the page because in 2019 a manager came to me about a lady who complained about what was on my cell phone. He said that he did not want to ask me to leave. This year in September the manager sat in front of me and said that what I saw was inappropriate. This was Etsy sewing of lingerie. She didn't say whether it was her or a customer or herself didn't approve. That was my last visit. OH THANK HEAVEN FOR 7-11 COFFEE.

Heartless Company

Starbucks is a heartless company. My daughter works for them and was held at gunpoint during a robbery. She needs to take a few days off to deal with the trauma and they will not give her a few days of pay to cope with what she endured.

Great service

The coffee is somewhat acceptable, but the sandwiches are very good - if you are on the go, traveling both domestically or internationally, a good consistent place to grab something or have a meeting. Google Wifi is ok, not secured (open). It seems like the loyalty program requires more and more stars for free coffee, sandwiches - meaning they have really amped the marketing program, reduced the rewards.

I was not a Starbucks Regular, but I had a wonderful experience while on vacation in Sun River! The service and smiles were refreshing! Sara was a ray of sunshine as she took our order every morning. Sara went above and beyond what was expected and made our experience extra special. The coffee was great but the service we received from Sara was like Sunshine! She made me a convert to Starbucks!
