When attempting to login in to my Starbucks account, I received a response that my password was not recognized. I had the option of resetting it which I did three times receiving acknowledgements that the resets were successful. However, when attempting to use one of the reset passwords, I received the same error message. I chatted with a customer service rep with Starbucks who advised me to reset my password. When that did not work, I was advised to change my browser then call customer service. I spoke with customer service who suggested that I reset my password which also failed. The rep indicated that someone would be sending me an e-mail to help me reset my password and that I should save my receipts when making a future Starbucks purchase because that might help. Unfortunately, I can receive as many Starbucks e-mails as they typically send in a week, but cannot respond or make use of any of their offers other than in person using my Starbucks card which was functional about two months ago.

My friend and I like the place very much, we always drink delicious cava here and buy delicious treats. But today in the cafe we encountered rudeness from the waitress, who cleans the tables in the street (the bilaterian). Along with the products decided to indulge themselves and liquor (a small glass). This very "chemist" assistant came by and said that you can't drink other people's products.

We just went to Starbucks in ATL Concourse C and got awful customer care. The drink I ordered wasn't made correctly and when I let them know they argued that it was. I paid extra for expresso and mocha drizzle which they said they were out of whipped cream too. The only thing that they added for me was the mocha drizzle. They didn't even put the caramel on top plus no whipped cream to put it on. They could have cared less. One lady was screaming at people waiting for their drinks about where to wait. She was very curt! I don't recommend this place.

I was not a Starbucks Regular, but I had a wonderful experience while on vacation in Sun River! The service and smiles were refreshing! Sara was a ray of sunshine as she took our order every morning. Sara went above and beyond what was expected and made our experience extra special. The coffee was great but the service we received from Sara was like Sunshine! She made me a convert to Starbucks! Great drink

Good service, the employees are good at both English and Tagalog. Fast service and the environment are really clean and tidy. And I also appreciate the fact that they use paper straws to support the environment.

Not worth it

I paid $6 for a bar that was the size of a mini cupcake. I love Starbucks I am very addicted to Starbucks for this is absolutely an outrage I don't know where they got that from but this ain't right I would like for Starbucks to fix this thank you

Ordered a carmel frappie with extra whip in the drive thru of Starbucks 6649 W Peoria Ave, Glendale, AZ ******* and No greeting... no have a good day and to add insult to injury they made my order wrong. When I drove up and she handed me the drink there was no whip cream. I politely asked if I could get some added to which the lady replied "Sure but please ask for it next time..." Uhhhhh! I did! But, I didnt say that, I just said please madam and when she handed it back she had an attitude and gave me a stank face. I just said... Good day Ma'am and sipped my drink and it was watery... at this point I just drove off. Not happy to say the least, this Starbucks will never get my money again.

Found Glass in My Frap

I almost drunk a glass that was in my caramel crunch frappuccino... this is the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had at a Starbucks coffee and caramel frappuccino crunch is one of my favorite coffee is and I get it all the time to have glass in my coffee and almost swallowing it what's the most Dreadful bad experience I ever had. Frustrated

I am so beyond frustrated with the service I've been receiving from Starbucks. I called today and spoke to someone to 15 minutes explaining what happened over and over again until I was transferred to someone else who wasn't much help either. Please take the time to understand my issue as I've already wasted so much time with this:

I ordered TWO logo siren cups through the app for pickup June 11. The app said they were in stock at a location far away from me, so I sent my mom to pick them up. I paid $32.37 on the app. When my mom arrived, they said they were out of stock and gave her 4 mystery reusable cups instead. Those are $4 each with the straw, so they only gave her $17 worth of merchandise which is not equivalent to what I paid.

I took your advise and went to return the items, however, I ONLY
HAVE A RECEIPT FOR THE TWO CUPS I ORIGINALLY PURCHASED FOR $32. I do not have a receipt for the cups they decided to give her instead. So, they could only give me store credit, again for $17 and not for the $32 I actually paid.

When I called Starbucks, they had the most difficult time understanding what my issue is and I had to explain the story about 4 times. They keep saying someone will email me, even after I've ALREADY explained that I've been emailing with someone. So they give me a $10 credit and call it a day. Still not what I needed, and still shoring me $5 of what I originally paid.

Additionally, the Starbucks app does tell you if an item is out of stock or in stock. I've been to 3 different Starbucks that say the original cups I tried to purchase were in stock, when they apparently were not. This whole experience has been awful, I've wasted time driving around, talking to people, emailing, literally doing everything I can just to get this resolved. PLEASE tell me you can give me a solution. I just want the two dang cups I paid for, that's literally

Starbucks coffee shops know everything, what do they have there? So in each cafe very comfortable and cozy interior, all the details are thought out and look harmonious. Large range of different coffees, desserts, pastries. Everything is very tasty and appetizing. There is always a pleasant and cozy atmosphere.

This location used to be great. Today, it is cold and curt. If you enter the store unmasked, which is fully within your right to do so as of May 26,2022 (as the governor lifted the mask mandate), the cashiers stand firm and refuse to greet you. They simply stare at you and wait for you to place your order. Last week, the manager stepped right over my feet to get to an impulse item and failed to say "Excuse me" or "Pardon, miss." Sadly, these staffers are discriminatory, and I think Howard Shultz would be appalled. Zero seating. Will report this behavior to corporate and hope for change. Kindness is king.

Nothing to rave about

It's a hit or miss whether they are open on time. Two mornings ago she was slamming everything around and stating it wasn't her fault she was late. I can order the same drink every day and it's totally different. I have yet to see an attendant that is friendly in the last week. This in in a hospital setting. I will never go to another Star Bucks after this.

I reckon that Starbucks is amazing! Last time i went i was so surprised how high quality and perfect the drinks were and there is so many options like almond milk or oat milk and no cream or extra cream.
