You will regret it if you invest with this company its been years and i still have not been able to do any trades with my shares that i bought through this company it cost me $700 for this mistake
Very difficult to login to website. Unable to relay messages through their communication system. I invested over two years ago and I have yet to hear any updates.

Sent money 11/25/22. Bank confirms such, but can't get Start Engine to locate or get a call. Very difficult to get a hold of them to help correct their mistake.
They say u get 1000 shares of a stock for $300 before it goes public but when the stock goes public you don't get your 1000 shares. You get as many shares as $300 will buy if that stock at its opening price (if you're lucky) STAY AWAY. KEEP YOUR MONEY
They have no customer service over the phone - only an answering service that tells you to contact them by email - and then they don't respond to the emails sent to them.
They don't tell you the investment is non refundable and that you have to find another sucker to sell your shares to. They don't stand behind the investment. BUYER Beware!
They do not respond to emails, they do not have a phone number to reach them. I have invested in a company but they will not be available. Do not do business with a website that is not transparent.
I'm a public figure with a $9 million dollar domain, which we are launching a business around. The entity is formed, the business plan created and vetted by multiple VCs. My previous startup was acquired by a major tech company. I've decided to crowdfund for this one and was about to launch a campaign on WeFunder dot com. A friend suggested I check out StartEngine. I've never heard of them but reached out. I had a call with a woman named Doryn and that conversation was what motivated this review.
1. She was incredibly condescending.
2. She said Start Engine does not accept "pre-revenue" companies. That's a lie: they do.
3. Oddly, she told me to go with WeFunder! She told me her employer, StartEngine, is too expensive and only has interest in week established companies seeking late rounds of financing. It was so surprising and weird.
I cannot tell you how surprised I was and how put off I was by this arrogant woman who had the people skills of an alligator.
I'm headed over to WeFunder as she instructed, and I'll let you know how it goes!

I recently invested in liguid piston through startengine when I was going through the process of investing $900.00 I mistakenly did the process 3 times, in reality investing $2700. 00 when I realized my mistake I emailed them with my issue, I recieved a response within 5 minutes that someone will look into it, the next day I recieved 2nd email stating they had refunded the 2 extra investments. PAUL MACCHIO.
