Purchased a very expensive iron door (That I saw way cheaper after I purchased but that's another story). I was promised this door was in stock and I had to pay full price before my builder (New house) could receive it. That was the first red flag. So it was to be at the Irvine Texas location. Two people I hired to pick it up were there at the stated date and time and of course, they needed more money for handling and "Make ready."

I had to pay $360.00 more to get the door that was already paid in full or they were going to keep my money and door. This was never brought up before. They had me. They were actually screaming at my guys about it. BTW they had driven 4 hours to pick up the door. Scammers that's all I can say.
